Dripify Pricing and Alternatives: What It Costs and How It Compares
Dripify is a cloud LinkedIn drip-campaign tool: connection requests, sequenced messages, profile views, and email steps, billed per user from $59 a month. It is a capable product with one structural problem it cannot fix, which is that LinkedIn's own terms prohibit the automation it performs. ColdMailer takes the same LinkedIn-sourced list and runs the outreach over email instead, from inboxes you own, where no platform can restrict your account. Free to start, $49 a month after that. Write a cold email below and see it work.
Free to start. No credit card, no per-seat pricing. LinkedIn lead sourcing, AI writing, warmup, and follow-ups included.

Cold email generator
Runs in your browserFree tool. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.
What you get when you move the outreach to email
No account to lose
Dripify logs into LinkedIn and acts as you, which LinkedIn prohibits. ColdMailer never touches your profile. It sends email from your mailbox, which is what a mailbox is for. The worst case is a deliverability dip you can fix, not a restricted account you cannot appeal.
Flat pricing, not per seat
Dripify bills per user: three people on Basic is $177 a month billed monthly. ColdMailer Pro is $49 a month for the workspace. Add people without re-doing the budget.
Real personalization, not a merge field
A LinkedIn connection note gives you a couple of hundred characters and a first-name token. ColdMailer researches each company and writes an opener specific to that prospect, which is the whole difference between a 2 percent reply rate and a good one.
Volume that is actually available
LinkedIn's invitation ceiling, around 100 a week by practitioner consensus, caps any LinkedIn tool no matter what you pay. Warmed, rotated mailboxes are not capped that way.
Your own sending infrastructure
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or any SMTP server. Your domains, your reputation, no shared pool you split with strangers.
Deliverability built in
Automatic warmup, inbox rotation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, spam-word scanning, and bounce suppression. Dripify's email step sends; it does not manage your domain reputation for you.
ColdMailer vs Dripify, honestly
These are not the same product and the comparison should not pretend otherwise. Dripify automates your LinkedIn account. ColdMailer sends cold email. The reason people compare them is that both are trying to book the same meeting, and you have to choose which channel carries the volume.
| Feature | ColdMailer | Dripify |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Free, then $49 a month flat, month to month, unlimited mailboxes. | $59 a user a month on Basic billed monthly, or $39 a user on an annual commitment. Basic allows one campaign. |
| Cost for a team of three | $49 a month. Seats are not the billing unit. | $177 a month on Basic billed monthly, and $237 on Pro if you need more than one campaign. |
| Platform risk | None. Email from your own mailbox is permitted everywhere. | Real. LinkedIn prohibits third-party software that automates activity, and warns accounts can be restricted or shut down. |
| Channel | Email, sent from inboxes you own over your own SMTP, warmed and rotated. | LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and profile views, with email steps available in the sequence. |
| Volume ceiling | Set by your mailboxes and your domain health, not by a platform. | Capped by LinkedIn's invitation limit, roughly 100 a week by practitioner consensus, whatever plan you buy. |
| Personalization | AI researches each prospect and writes the opener from what it finds. | Merge fields inside a connection note, which LinkedIn keeps short. |
| Where Dripify genuinely wins | Cold email is easy to delete, and some senior buyers never read it. | A LinkedIn touch is warmer and more visible, and it reaches people whose email you will never find. That is a real advantage, and it is why plenty of teams run LinkedIn manually alongside email. |
| Free trial | Free plan, not a trial. 100 emails a month, no credit card, no expiry. | 7-day free trial, no credit card. No permanent free tier. |

Dripify competitors compared on price
Dripify sits between LinkedIn automation and email sequencing, so the honest comparison set includes both. Every price was read off the vendor's own site in July 2026. Prices are the entry plan billed monthly; most vendors discount an annual commitment. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so.

Run this with ColdMailer
Connect your SMTP, let AI personalize every email, and start landing in the inbox. Your first 100 emails a month are free.
How to switch from Dripify to ColdMailer
Export your leads before the seat lapses
Pull your campaign lists and the messages that actually got replies out of Dripify while the subscription still runs. The copy is worth keeping; the LinkedIn automation is what you are replacing.
Connect the mailboxes you already own
Point ColdMailer at Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or any SMTP server. Your domain, your reputation, no shared pool.
Verify the list and let the AI write
Bad addresses bounce and bounces cost you reputation, so verification runs first. Then each prospect gets an opener written from their role, company, and what the company just did.
Warm up, then send
ColdMailer warms the mailboxes, rotates across them, paces the volume, and pauses the follow-ups the moment someone replies.
Keep LinkedIn for the manual touches
Connect with the twenty prospects a week who are genuinely worth it, by hand. No bot, no risk, better acceptance rate.
How much does Dripify cost?
Dripify publishes three prices and hides one. Basic is $59 a user a month billed monthly, or $39 a user on an annual commitment. Pro is $79 a user billed monthly, or $59 annually. Advanced, the tier Dripify marks most popular, is $99 a user billed monthly, or $79 annually. Enterprise has no published price and requires a sales conversation. All figures read from Dripify's own pricing page in July 2026.
The line most people miss is that Basic allows a single campaign. If you are running more than one segment, which is most real outbound, you are on Pro or Advanced, and the entry price is $79 to $99 a user a month rather than $59. For a team of three on Advanced billed monthly, that is $297 a month, or roughly $3,600 a year. Dripify includes 100 email-finder credits, with extra bundles sold separately from $29.
There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card, and no permanent free tier.
Why do people look for a Dripify alternative?
Three reasons come up repeatedly, and only one of them is about the product being bad.
The first is per-seat pricing. LinkedIn automation is billed per person because it drives one person's account, so the bill grows linearly with the team. That is inherent to the model, not a Dripify flaw, but it makes the tool expensive for a small team running a lot of outbound.
The second is the volume ceiling. Whatever you spend, LinkedIn caps invitations at a level it will not publish, widely reported as around 100 a week. Once you hit it, more budget buys nothing. Teams that need real pipeline volume run into that wall and go looking for a channel without one.
The third, and the one worth taking seriously, is account risk. Dripify automates activity on LinkedIn, and LinkedIn's terms prohibit exactly that. Its safety algorithms and human-behavior simulation lower the chance of detection; they do not make the activity permitted. If the profile you have spent a decade building gets restricted, no refund covers that.
Is Dripify safe to use? Can it get your LinkedIn account banned?
Dripify markets safety features (activity limits, human behavior simulation, a dedicated local IP) and they do reduce the odds of a restriction compared to hammering the platform with a naive script. But the honest framing is this: LinkedIn's help center states it does not permit third-party software that automates activity on its site, and its User Agreement prohibits using automated methods to add contacts or send messages. Dripify does both. So does every competitor in this category.
What that means practically is that you are not protected by a rule, you are protected by not being noticed, and the thing you are risking is an asset you cannot rebuild quickly. LinkedIn will not tell you what triggered a restriction, which also means you cannot reliably tune your way back to safety.
If you have decided to automate LinkedIn regardless, Dripify's pacing controls are among the more conservative in the category. If you would rather not make that bet at all, move the volume to email and keep your LinkedIn activity manual. That is the trade ColdMailer exists to make.
Dripify vs Expandi vs Waalaxy: which LinkedIn tool is which?
They overlap enough to be confusing and differ enough to matter.
| Tool | Entry price (monthly) | Runs where | Sends email? | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dripify | $59/user | Cloud | Yes, in-sequence | Teams wanting LinkedIn drips with email steps |
| Expandi | $99 per LinkedIn account | Cloud, dedicated IP per account | Yes, multichannel | Multichannel campaigns where account safety marketing matters |
| Waalaxy | EUR 19/user | Chrome extension plus cloud | Only on Business (EUR 69) | Solo prospectors on a budget |
| ColdMailer | $49 flat | Your own SMTP | Yes, that is the product | Putting the volume on email instead of LinkedIn |
Expandi is the one that leans hardest on safety positioning: a dedicated country-matched IP per account, profile warm-up, and enforced daily limits. Waalaxy is the cheapest real sequencer, but its invite quotas (300 a month on Pro, 800 on the higher tiers) are the practical constraint, and email only arrives on the Business tier. Dripify sits in the middle: cloud-based, per user, email steps included from the entry plan.
All three automate a LinkedIn account, so all three carry the same category risk. Choosing between them is choosing how you want to spend, not whether you are exposed.
Does Dripify have a free plan?
No. Dripify offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, and there is no permanent free tier. When the trial ends you are on a paid plan starting at $59 a user a month billed monthly.
ColdMailer has a genuine free plan: 100 emails a month from one SMTP connection, no credit card, no expiry date. It is enough to run a real test campaign and see replies before you decide anything.
Who switches from Dripify to ColdMailer
Teams that hit LinkedIn's invite ceiling
You are paying per seat for a channel that will not let you send more than about 100 invitations a week per account. Email does not have that wall.
Founders who will not risk the profile
Your LinkedIn account is a decade of network and credibility. Automating it to save an hour a day is a bad trade. Keep it manual, put the volume on email.
Agencies with per-client sending
Per-seat LinkedIn pricing multiplies by client. Email sends from mailboxes on each client's own domain, from one flat workspace price.
Anyone whose buyers are not on LinkedIn daily
Plenty of operations, finance, and trades buyers have an account they check monthly. The email lands the same day.
