Yes. A new account can personalize and send 25 emails from your own inbox at no cost. It is a one-time allowance rather than a monthly free tier, so it does not refill: once those 25 are used, a plan is what keeps you sending.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your billing page. Stripe prorates the change, so you pay the difference for the time you actually use. No contracts and no cancellation fees.
Sending stops at the limit rather than overcharging you, and your dashboard shows how many you have left and the date the allowance resets. You can move up a plan at any point to keep sending immediately.

Your campaigns are sent through your own mail server, using credentials you connect and we store encrypted. We test the connection before anything is sent. It means your sending domain and reputation stay yours, and replies come straight back to your inbox.
