Waalaxy Pricing and Alternatives: What It Costs and How It Compares
Waalaxy is the budget LinkedIn automation tool: a Chrome extension plus cloud that sends connection requests and messages from EUR 19 a user a month, with cold email arriving only on its EUR 69 Business tier. It is the cheapest real sequencer in the category, but its invite quotas cap you at 300 to 800 a month, and it still automates LinkedIn against the platform's own terms. ColdMailer runs the outreach over email from inboxes you own, with no quota and no account to lose. Free to start, $49 a month after. Write a cold email below and watch it work.
Free to start. No credit card, no invite quota. LinkedIn lead sourcing, AI writing, warmup, and follow-ups included.

Cold email generator
Runs in your browserFree tool. Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere.
What you get when the outreach runs on email instead
No monthly invite quota
Waalaxy meters you: 300 invitations a month on Pro, 800 on Advanced. Email volume is set by your mailboxes and domain health, not by a plan tier you have to upgrade to send more.
No account to lose
Waalaxy runs as a Chrome extension and cloud service that acts as you on LinkedIn, which LinkedIn prohibits. ColdMailer never touches your profile. It sends email from your mailbox, which is what a mailbox is for.
Email on every plan, not just the top tier
Waalaxy locks cold email behind its EUR 69 Business plan. ColdMailer is an email tool first, so sending, warmup, rotation, and follow-ups are there from the free plan up.
Real personalization, not a merge field
A LinkedIn connection note is a couple hundred characters and a first-name token. ColdMailer researches each company and writes an opener specific to that prospect, which is the difference between a 2 percent reply rate and a good one.
Nothing tied to your browser
Waalaxy's extension leans on your Chrome session. ColdMailer runs the sending in the cloud from your own SMTP, so campaigns keep going whether or not a browser tab is open.
Deliverability built in
Automatic warmup, inbox rotation, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, spam-word scanning, and bounce suppression. Waalaxy's Business-tier email sends; it does not manage your domain reputation for you.
ColdMailer vs Waalaxy, honestly
These are not the same product. Waalaxy automates your LinkedIn account on a budget and meters your invitations by plan. ColdMailer sends cold email. People compare them because both are trying to book the same meeting, and the real question is whether a metered LinkedIn quota or an unmetered email channel gets you the volume you need.
| Feature | ColdMailer | Waalaxy |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Free, then $49 a month flat, month to month, unlimited mailboxes. | EUR 19 a month on Pro, which caps you at 300 invitations a month. Cold email starts on Business at EUR 69. |
| Volume on the entry plan | Set by your mailboxes and domain health. Add mailboxes to send more, no tier change. | 300 invitations a month on Pro, 800 on Advanced. Sending more means paying for a higher tier. |
| When you get email | From the free plan. Email is the product. | Only on the EUR 69 Business tier. Pro and Advanced are LinkedIn actions alone. |
| Platform risk | None. Email from your own mailbox is permitted everywhere. | Real. LinkedIn prohibits third-party software, including browser extensions, that automates activity on its site. |
| How it runs | Cloud sending from your own SMTP. No browser tab required. | Chrome extension plus cloud, leaning on your browser session for some actions. |
| Personalization | AI researches each prospect and writes the opener from what it finds. | Merge fields inside a short connection note. |
| Where Waalaxy genuinely wins | Cold email is easy to delete, and some senior buyers never read it. | It is the cheapest way to run real LinkedIn sequences, and a LinkedIn touch reaches people whose email you will never find. For a solo prospector on a tight budget, that is a fair reason to start there. |
| Free option | Free plan, not a trial. 100 emails a month, no credit card, no expiry. | 14-day free trial; no permanent free plan is shown currently. |

Waalaxy competitors compared on price
Waalaxy is the budget end of LinkedIn automation, so the honest comparison set runs from the cheapest extensions up to the email senders you graduate to for real volume. Every price was read off the vendor's own site in July 2026. Prices are the entry plan billed monthly unless noted; most vendors discount an annual commitment. Waalaxy publishes in euros and we have not converted the figures.

Run this with ColdMailer
Connect your SMTP, let AI personalize every email, and start landing in the inbox. Your first 100 emails a month are free.
How to switch from Waalaxy to ColdMailer
Export your leads and lists
Pull your prospect lists and the messages that got replies out of Waalaxy while the plan runs. The targeting and copy are worth keeping; the LinkedIn automation is what you are replacing.
Connect the mailboxes you already own
Point ColdMailer at Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or any SMTP server. Your domain, your reputation, no extension in your browser.
Verify the list and let the AI write
Bad addresses bounce and bounces cost you reputation, so verification runs first. Then each prospect gets an opener written from their role, company, and what the company just did, not a merge field.
Warm up, then send past the quota
ColdMailer warms the mailboxes, rotates across them, paces the volume, and pauses follow-ups the moment someone replies. There is no 300-a-month invite cap to hit.
Keep LinkedIn for the manual touches
Connect with the prospects who are genuinely worth it, by hand. No extension, no quota, better acceptance rate.
How much does Waalaxy cost?
Waalaxy publishes its plans in euros, and the tiers are defined as much by invitation quotas as by features. Pro is EUR 19 a user a month and caps you at 300 invitations a month. Advanced is EUR 49 a user a month and raises that to 800. Business is EUR 69 a user a month and is the tier that adds cold email and multichannel sequences on top of the LinkedIn actions. All figures read from Waalaxy's own pricing page in July 2026, and we have deliberately not converted them to dollars, since exchange rates move and the vendor bills in euros.
The important detail is the quota. On Pro, 300 invitations a month is roughly 70 a week, which is well inside LinkedIn's own ceiling, so on the cheap plan you are limited by Waalaxy's pricing rather than by LinkedIn. To get near the platform's practical limit you need Advanced, and to send any email at all you need Business. So the real cost of a full multichannel setup is the EUR 69 tier, not the EUR 19 headline.
There is a 14-day free trial, and no permanent free plan is shown on the pricing page currently.
Why do people look for a Waalaxy alternative?
Three reasons come up, and they follow the tiers.
The first is the invitation quota. Waalaxy meters invitations by plan, so the cheap tier is genuinely cheap partly because it does not let you send much. Prospectors who get traction quickly find that 300 invitations a month is not enough pipeline, and the fix is to pay more, either for Advanced or, if they want email too, for Business.
The second is that email is gated. Waalaxy is marketed as multichannel, but cold email only appears on the EUR 69 Business plan. If email is central to your outreach, and for most B2B outbound it is, you are on the top tier from the start, and at that point a dedicated email tool is worth comparing.
The third is the same category issue every LinkedIn tool shares. Waalaxy runs as a Chrome extension that automates your account, which LinkedIn prohibits. The extension model also ties some of the work to your browser being open and logged in. For anyone who does not want the account exposure or the browser dependency, the pull toward email is strong.
Is Waalaxy safe to use? Can it get your LinkedIn account banned?
Waalaxy sets per-plan activity limits and paces its actions, which reduces the chance of a naive over-send triggering a flag. But the underlying exposure is the same as every tool in this category. LinkedIn's help center states that it does not permit third-party software, including bots, plug-ins, or browser extensions, that scrapes, modifies, or automates activity on its website, and Waalaxy is a browser extension that automates activity. Its User Agreement separately prohibits using automated methods to add contacts or send messages.
What that means practically is that the quota keeps you conservative, but conservative is not the same as permitted. You are relying on staying under the radar, and the thing at risk is your LinkedIn profile. There is a second wrinkle with extension-based tools: because part of the automation runs through your logged-in browser, the activity is closely tied to your own session, which is convenient but also means the footprint is very much yours.
If you have decided to automate LinkedIn on a budget, Waalaxy's low quotas make it one of the harder tools to get yourself in trouble with quickly. If you would rather not make the bet at all, move the volume to email, where there is no quota, no extension, and no account to lose. That is the trade ColdMailer exists to make.
Waalaxy vs Dripify vs Octopus CRM: which budget LinkedIn tool is which?
These are the tools people compare when price is the deciding factor, and they differ on quota, hosting, and whether email is even on the table.
| Tool | Entry price (monthly) | Runs where | Sends email? | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Waalaxy | EUR 19/user | Chrome extension plus cloud | Only on Business (EUR 69) | Solo prospectors on a budget |
| Octopus CRM | $9.99/user | Chrome extension | No | The cheapest connection automation |
| Dripify | $59/user | Cloud | Yes, in-sequence | Small teams wanting LinkedIn drips with email steps |
| ColdMailer | $49 flat | Your own SMTP | Yes, that is the product | Putting the volume on email instead |
Octopus CRM is the cheapest, but it is a pure connection-automation extension with no email at all. Waalaxy costs a little more and adds real sequencing, with email reserved for its top tier. Dripify jumps to cloud hosting and includes email steps from its entry plan, though Basic allows only one campaign. All three automate a LinkedIn account, so the risk is the same across them; you are choosing how little to spend, not whether you are exposed.
Does Waalaxy have a free plan?
Waalaxy has historically offered a limited free tier, but its pricing page currently shows a 14-day free trial rather than a permanent free plan. After the trial you are on a paid tier starting at EUR 19 a month, with cold email only from the EUR 69 Business plan.
ColdMailer has a genuine free plan: 100 emails a month from one SMTP connection, no credit card, no expiry date. Because email sending is the core product, the free plan lets you run a real campaign and see replies before you pay anything, rather than just testing LinkedIn actions.
Who switches from Waalaxy to ColdMailer
Prospectors who outgrew the quota
300 invitations a month felt fine until the pipeline needed more. Email volume scales with mailboxes, not with a plan tier you have to keep upgrading.
Anyone who mainly wanted email
If cold email is the point, you are on Waalaxy's EUR 69 tier anyway. A dedicated sender does the writing, warmup, and rotation email actually needs.
People done with the browser extension
Cloud sending from your own SMTP does not care whether a Chrome tab is open, and it does not put your logged-in session in the loop.
Founders who will not risk the profile
Your LinkedIn account is years of network. A budget extension automating it is still automating it. Keep it manual, put the volume on email.
