HeyReach Pricing and Alternatives: What It Costs and How It Compares
HeyReach is a cloud LinkedIn outreach tool built for agencies: run many LinkedIn accounts at once through one unified inbox, billed per sender from $79 a month, or $999 for the 25-sender agency plan. It solves the invite ceiling by adding more accounts, not by leaving LinkedIn, so every account you add is another one LinkedIn can restrict, and HeyReach sends no email of its own. ColdMailer runs the same outreach over email from inboxes you own, one flat price, no LinkedIn account to lose. Write a cold email below and watch it work.
Free to start. No credit card, no per-sender pricing. Native email sending, AI writing, warmup, and follow-ups included.

What you get when the outreach runs on email instead
One tool, not a two-product stack
HeyReach does LinkedIn and hands the email off to Instantly or Smartlead, so you pay for and manage two systems and stitch the reporting together. ColdMailer sends the email itself: writing, warmup, rotation, follow-ups, and replies in one place.
No fleet of accounts to lose
HeyReach scales by running more LinkedIn accounts, and every one of them automates the platform against its terms. Twenty-five senders is twenty-five accounts that can be restricted. ColdMailer never logs into a LinkedIn profile, so there is nothing to restrict.
Flat price, not per sender
HeyReach's bill grows with every account: Growth is $79 a sender, and the Agency plan is $999 a month for 25. ColdMailer Pro is $49 for the workspace, whatever the headcount, with unlimited mailboxes.
Real personalization, not a template
A LinkedIn connection note is a couple hundred characters and a first-name token. ColdMailer researches each company and writes an opener specific to that prospect, which is the difference between a 2 percent reply rate and a good one.
Volume without the invite wall
HeyReach exists because LinkedIn caps invitations at roughly 100 a week per account by practitioner consensus. Its answer is more accounts. Warmed, rotated mailboxes do not have that ceiling in the first place.
Send from each client's own domain
Agencies love HeyReach for multi-account management, but every client account is a LinkedIn profile on loan. ColdMailer sends from mailboxes on each client's own domain, from one flat workspace price, with no borrowed profile at risk.
ColdMailer vs HeyReach, honestly
These are not the same product. HeyReach automates a fleet of LinkedIn accounts and leaves the email to a separate tool. ColdMailer sends cold email natively. People compare them because both are trying to book the same meeting, and the real question is which channel carries the volume and how much account risk you take on to get it.
| Feature | ColdMailer | HeyReach |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Free, then $49 a month flat, month to month, unlimited mailboxes. | $79 a sender a month on Growth billed monthly, or $63 a sender billed annually. Each LinkedIn account is a sender. |
| Agency cost | $49 a month for the workspace. Add clients without adding to the bill. | $999 a month for the 25-sender Agency plan, or $2,999 a month for Unlimited. |
| Native email | Yes. Sending email is the product: writing, warmup, rotation, and follow-ups included. | No. HeyReach sends LinkedIn messages only; email requires a separate integration with Instantly or Smartlead. |
| Platform risk | None. Email from your own mailbox is permitted everywhere. | Multiplied by account count. LinkedIn prohibits automation, and HeyReach scales by running more accounts, each one exposed. |
| Channel | Email, sent from inboxes you own over your own SMTP, warmed and rotated. | LinkedIn connection requests and messages across many accounts, managed from one unified inbox. |
| Volume ceiling | Set by your mailboxes and domain health, not by a platform. | Each account is capped near 100 invites a week; HeyReach's answer is to add more accounts, which adds more risk. |
| Where HeyReach genuinely wins | Cold email is easy to delete, and some senior buyers never read it. | One inbox across dozens of LinkedIn accounts is genuinely useful for an agency managing many clients, and a LinkedIn touch reaches people whose email you will never find. That is a real advantage. |
| Free option | Free plan, not a trial. 100 emails a month, no credit card, no expiry. | Free trial only; no permanent free tier. |
HeyReach pricing read from heyreach.io/pricing in July 2026: Growth $79 a sender monthly ($63 annually), Agency $999 a month for 25 senders (scaling to 50), Unlimited $2,999 a month, Done For You quote-only.
HeyReach competitors compared on price
HeyReach is a LinkedIn-only sender aimed at agencies, so the honest comparison set spans both LinkedIn tools and the email layer you still need. Every price was read off the vendor's own site in July 2026. Prices are the entry plan billed monthly unless noted; most vendors discount an annual commitment. Where a vendor publishes no price, we say so.

How to move from HeyReach to ColdMailer
Export your lists and your winning copy
Pull the audiences and the messages that actually got replies out of HeyReach while the plan is active. The targeting and the copy are worth keeping; the LinkedIn automation is what you are replacing.
Connect the mailboxes you already own
Point ColdMailer at Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, or any SMTP server, on your own domains or each client's. No shared pool, no borrowed LinkedIn profile.
Verify the list and let the AI write
Bad addresses bounce and bounces cost you reputation, so verification runs first. Then each prospect gets an opener written from their role, company, and what the company just did, not a merge field.
Warm up, then send at real volume
ColdMailer warms every mailbox, rotates across them, paces the sending, and pauses follow-ups the moment someone replies, so one workspace does the work of a 25-account fleet.
Keep LinkedIn for the manual touches
Connect by hand with the prospects who are genuinely worth it. No bot, no fleet of accounts to warm, no fleet to lose.
How much does HeyReach cost?
HeyReach publishes three prices and quotes a fourth. Growth is $79 a month per sender billed monthly, or $63 a sender on an annual commitment. Agency is $999 a month for 25 sender seats, scaling up to 50. Unlimited is $2,999 a month. Done For You, the managed-service tier, has no published price and needs a sales conversation. All figures read from HeyReach's own pricing page in July 2026.
A sender in HeyReach means a LinkedIn account, not a person, so the cost tracks the number of profiles you are automating rather than the size of your team. That is deliberate: HeyReach is built for agencies that run outreach from dozens of client accounts at once and want them all in one inbox. For a solo user with one account, $79 a month buys a lot of product you will not use. For an agency running 25 accounts, the $999 plan works out to about $40 an account, which is where the pricing actually makes sense.
There is a free trial and no permanent free tier. Note also what the price does not include: HeyReach does not send email, so if your sequences use email steps you are also paying for Instantly, Smartlead, or a comparable sender on top.
Why do agencies look for a HeyReach alternative?
Three reasons come up, and the first two are structural rather than complaints about the product.
The first is that HeyReach only does half the job. It is a LinkedIn sender with no native email, so any multichannel sequence needs a second tool wired in. That means two subscriptions, two sets of sending limits, two places reporting lives, and an integration to maintain. Teams that want one system for the whole outreach motion find that the LinkedIn-only scope forces a stack.
The second is multiplied account risk. HeyReach's whole model is running many LinkedIn accounts in parallel to get past the per-account invite cap. That works, but it means the exposure scales with you: LinkedIn prohibits the automation, and a 25-account operation is 25 profiles that can be restricted in a wave. Agencies that automate client accounts are risking assets that are not even theirs.
The third is cost at scale. Per-sender pricing is fine at one or two accounts and adds up fast at ten or twenty. The $999 Agency plan is competitive per account, but it is still a four-figure monthly commitment before you have added the email tool.
Is HeyReach safe to use? Can it get LinkedIn accounts restricted?
HeyReach runs in the cloud with per-account controls and pacing, which lowers the odds of any single account being flagged compared with a crude script. But the exposure is real and it scales with the number of accounts you run. LinkedIn's help center states plainly that it does not permit third-party software, including bots, plug-ins, and extensions, that automates activity on its website, and its User Agreement separately prohibits using automated methods to add contacts or send messages. HeyReach does both, across every account in the workspace.
The uncomfortable math for an agency is that risk compounds. If any one account has a small monthly chance of a restriction, running 25 of them means restrictions are not a rare event, they are a recurring operating cost. And when an account gets restricted, LinkedIn does not explain why or how to avoid it next time, so you cannot tune your way to safety. For an agency automating client profiles, a wave of restrictions is not just a subscription problem, it is a client-relationship problem.
If you have decided to automate LinkedIn at scale regardless, HeyReach's unified inbox and per-account pacing are genuinely well built for that job. If you would rather not bet a fleet of accounts, put the volume on email, where there is no account to restrict and no per-account ceiling to work around.
HeyReach vs Expandi vs Dripify: which LinkedIn tool is which?
They overlap enough to blur together and differ enough to matter, especially on who they are built for.
| Tool | Entry price (monthly) | Billing unit | Native email? | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| HeyReach | $79 per sender | Per LinkedIn account | No, integrations only | Agencies running many accounts |
| Expandi | $99 per account | Per LinkedIn account | Yes, multichannel | Multichannel with account-safety focus |
| Dripify | $59 per user | Per user | Yes, in-sequence steps | Small teams wanting LinkedIn drips |
| ColdMailer | $49 flat | Per workspace | Yes, that is the product | Putting volume on email instead of LinkedIn |
HeyReach is the multi-account specialist: its whole reason to exist is managing many LinkedIn senders from one inbox, which is why agencies pick it. Expandi leans hardest on account safety, with a dedicated country-matched IP per account. Dripify is the simplest and cheapest single-user LinkedIn tool with email steps built in. All three automate LinkedIn accounts, so all three carry the same category risk; HeyReach's design just means you tend to carry that risk across a lot of accounts at once.
Does HeyReach have a free plan?
No. HeyReach offers a free trial so you can test the product, but there is no permanent free tier. When the trial ends you are on a paid plan starting at $79 a month per sender.
ColdMailer has a genuine free plan: 100 emails a month from one SMTP connection, no credit card, no expiry. It is enough to run a real test campaign and see replies before you commit to anything, and because email sending is native, you are testing the whole outreach motion, not just the LinkedIn half of it.
Who switches from HeyReach to ColdMailer
Agencies tired of managing a fleet of accounts
Warming, rotating, and nursing 25 LinkedIn profiles is a job in itself, and any of them can be restricted. Email sends from mailboxes on each client's own domain, from one flat workspace price, with nothing borrowed.
Teams that do not want a two-tool stack
HeyReach plus Instantly is two subscriptions and two sets of limits. One native sender does the writing, warmup, rotation, and follow-ups in a single place.
Anyone who hit the invite ceiling
HeyReach gets past LinkedIn's per-account cap by adding accounts. Email does not have the cap, so you do not need the fleet.
Buyers who are not on LinkedIn daily
Plenty of operations, finance, and trades decision-makers check LinkedIn monthly. The email lands the same day.
