Maildoso Pricing Plans with Cost per Mailbox, Domain and Email

Maildoso charges $75, $225 or $499 a month for 30, 300 or 1,000 SMTP mailboxes, and the advertised $0.49 per mailbox applies only to the largest plan. Here is the cost per mailbox with domains, the cheapest plan for your count, and what the whole sending stack comes to.

Maildoso costs $75 a month for 30 SMTP mailboxes, $225 for 300 and $499 for 1,000. That is $2.50, $0.75 and $0.49 per mailbox. Domains are not included on the monthly plans and are listed at $12 a year each, with a notice that the fee is $15 from October 2026. The older quarterly plans, which bundle domains, start at $299 a quarter for 32 mailboxes and 8 domains.

Maildoso sells the mailboxes that cold email is sent from. It does not write or send campaigns, and it does not run warm-up. So the bill that matters has three lines: mailboxes, domains and the tool that sends. This page prices each one from Maildoso's own pricing page and FAQ. The per-send costs, break-even counts and stack totals are our arithmetic.

Maildoso pricing plans on monthly billing

There are three published monthly plans. Each is a license for a number of mailboxes, and the price per mailbox falls steeply as the count rises.

PlanMonthly pricePer mailbox
30 mailboxes$75$2.50
300 mailboxes$225$0.75
1,000 mailboxes$499$0.49

Every plan includes the same features: IP rotation, automatic replacement of burned mailboxes, placement tests every three days with a health score per mailbox, API and MCP access, deliverability audits and a 30-day money-back guarantee for new users. There is no feature gating by tier. You are only choosing a quantity.

Maildoso also states a no-discount policy. There are no promotions and no annual plan, so the price on the page is the price everyone pays.

What does Maildoso cost per mailbox once domains are added?

With domains included, Maildoso costs about $2.67 per mailbox on the 30 plan, $0.91 on the 300 plan and $0.66 on the 1,000 plan. The advertised $0.49 covers the mailbox license only.

Maildoso allows up to 99 mailboxes on a domain but recommends no more than 8. At 8 per domain and $15 a year per domain, the domain bill grows with the plan:

PlanDomains at 8 mailboxes eachAll-in monthly cost
30 mailboxes, $754 domains, $5 a month$80.00
300 mailboxes, $22538 domains, $47.50 a month$272.50
1,000 mailboxes, $499125 domains, about $156 a monthAbout $655

On the smallest plan domains barely register. On the largest they add 31% to the bill, and they are paid a year ahead: 125 domains is $1,875 up front. You can avoid part of that by connecting domains you already own, which Maildoso supports through its support team or API.

Which Maildoso plan is cheapest for your mailbox count?

Against the published per-mailbox rates, the 300 plan becomes the cheaper buy at 90 mailboxes and the 1,000 plan at 665. Ninety mailboxes at $2.50 is $225, the price of the whole 300 plan. And 665 mailboxes at $0.75 is $498.75, a quarter short of the 1,000 plan.

Mailboxes you needPublished rate that appliesMonthly cost
3030 plan$75
60$2.50 per mailbox$150
90 to 300300 plan$225
500$0.75 per mailbox$375
665 to 1,0001,000 plan$499

Maildoso sells custom mailbox counts inside the app, on a page called Packages and Add-ons, with prices it says start at $0.49. Those custom rates are not published, so check them after signing up before you buy more licenses than you need. Because you buy a license count and not specific accounts, deleting and recreating mailboxes costs nothing extra.

How much does it cost to send 1,000 cold emails a day on Maildoso?

Sending 1,000 cold emails a day on Maildoso takes 67 mailboxes, because each mailbox is limited to 15 cold emails a day. On the published plans that costs between $167.50 and $225 a month, not the $33 shown in Maildoso's comparison table.

The $33 figure multiplies 67 mailboxes by $0.49, a rate that applies only when you buy 1,000 mailboxes. At 67 mailboxes the published per-mailbox rate is $2.50, or you buy the 300 plan. The same table prices Google Workspace at $165 for the same volume, so at this size the two come out about level. Maildoso's price advantage is real, but it shows up at scale.

Plan filled to 15 a dayEmails a monthPer 1,000 emails (ours)
30 mailboxes, $7513,500$5.56
300 mailboxes, $225135,000$1.67
1,000 mailboxes, $499450,000$1.11

These figures assume 30 sending days. Most teams send on weekdays only, which cuts volume by about a quarter and lifts the cost per 1,000 by the same share.

Maildoso quarterly plans and whether they are still worth it

The pricing page keeps a second tab marked legacy. These plans are billed every three months and include domains, at a ratio of four mailboxes per domain.

Quarterly planPrice per quarterPer mailbox a month
32 mailboxes, 8 domains$299$3.11
68 mailboxes, 17 domains$499$2.45
400 mailboxes, 100 domains$2,199$1.83

At small counts the two models land close: 32 mailboxes with 8 domains is about $100 a month on quarterly, against $75 for 30 mailboxes plus $10 for the same 8 domains on monthly. At larger counts monthly wins clearly. Four hundred mailboxes with 100 domains is $733 a month on the legacy plan, while 400 mailboxes at the 300 plan's $0.75 rate plus 100 domains comes to about $425. Unless you are already on a quarterly plan, the monthly tab is the one to buy from.

What Maildoso does not include

Three costs sit outside every plan.

Warm-up. Maildoso requires at least 14 days of warm-up on new mailboxes and tells customers to keep it running for the life of the mailbox, at up to 80 warm-up emails a day. It does not run the warm-up itself. That comes from your sending tool or a separate service, and our guide to what email warm-up costs prices the options.

Domains. Covered above. Budget $15 a year each, or bring your own. With dozens of domains behind one campaign, a lapsed DNS record or tracking host can quietly sink a segment of sends, so it is worth putting uptime checks on your sending and tracking domains from the start.

The sender. Maildoso exports mailbox credentials to a sequencer. The campaign tool is a separate subscription, and it is usually the larger decision.

What the whole stack costs with a sending tool

A realistic small setup is the 30 plan: 30 mailboxes, 4 domains and up to 450 cold emails a day. Here is that base with three different senders on top. Sender prices were read from each vendor's pricing page.

Sending toolTool priceTotal with Maildoso 30 plan and domains
Instantly Hypergrowth, 125,000 emails$97$177
Smartlead Pro, 90,000 emails$94$174
ColdMailer Enterprise, 25,000 emails$249$329

ColdMailer is the expensive row here, and that is the honest picture. Thirty mailboxes at full capacity send about 13,500 emails a month, which needs ColdMailer's Enterprise plan. A volume sequencer covers the same sends for under $100. ColdMailer also has no warm-up, so Maildoso mailboxes would need a separate warm-up service on top.

Where ColdMailer fits is a different shape of campaign: a few inboxes you already own, a short list of accounts, and a separate email written by AI for every prospect that you can read before it goes out. Pro at $99 a month covers 5,000 of those from unlimited inboxes, and any SMTP mailbox connects, as our page on sending through your own SMTP explains. If that is your plan, you probably do not need 30 new mailboxes at all. If your plan is 450 sends a day, pair Maildoso with a volume tool. Our cold email software pricing comparison lists them side by side.

Maildoso against Zapmail and Google Workspace on price

Maildoso's mailboxes run on its own SMTP servers. The usual alternatives are resold Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, which cost more per mailbox and carry more sends each.

OptionPer mailbox a monthNotes
Maildoso, 30 plan$2.50Own SMTP servers, 15 cold emails a day
Maildoso, 300 plan$0.75Same limits, domains extra
Zapmail Growth, 30 mailboxes$3.30Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes
Google Workspace direct$7.00Business Starter list price, one user

Price per mailbox is half the comparison. A Google or Microsoft mailbox is commonly run at around 30 cold emails a day, twice Maildoso's limit, so per email the gap is narrower than it looks. Mailbox type also affects placement, and many teams mix providers on purpose. The Zapmail pricing breakdown covers that side, and cold email infrastructure explains how the pieces fit.

Maildoso pricing questions

How much does Maildoso cost?

Maildoso costs $75 a month for 30 mailboxes, $225 for 300 and $499 for 1,000 on monthly billing. Domains are extra at $12 to $15 a year each. Legacy quarterly plans with domains included run $299, $499 and $2,199 a quarter.

Are domains included in Maildoso plans?

Only on the legacy quarterly plans. On monthly plans you buy domains separately or connect ones you already own. Maildoso transfers purchased domains back to you at no charge when your subscription ends.

How many emails can you send per Maildoso mailbox?

Up to 15 cold emails and 80 warm-up emails a day from each mailbox. The infrastructure is tuned for B2B recipients, and Maildoso says campaigns to personal addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo may see lower inbox placement.

Does Maildoso offer discounts or annual pricing?

No. Maildoso publishes a no-discount policy and has no annual plan. Accounts needing more than 10,000 mailboxes are quoted by its sales team.

Does Maildoso have a refund policy?

New users on monthly SMTP packages get a 30-day money-back guarantee. Other cases fall under its general refund policy, and cancellation is handled through support chat or email.

Does Maildoso include warm-up?

No. Warm-up is required for at least 14 days but has to come from your sequencer or a separate warm-up tool. Maildoso measures mailbox health and pauses burned mailboxes for 14 days to recover.

The short version

Maildoso is cheap per mailbox and gets much cheaper with scale, but the $0.49 headline belongs to the 1,000 plan. A team that needs 30 to 70 mailboxes pays $2.50 each, plus domains, plus warm-up, plus a sender. Add those up before comparing it with anything else. And if your outreach is a short list where each email deserves to be written properly, start with the inbox you already have and AI email personalization for every prospect.
