MailReach is cheaper than lemwarm at every mailbox count. MailReach charges $25 a mailbox a month for 1 to 5 mailboxes and falls to $16 at 51 to 100, while lemwarm charges a flat $29 (Essential) or $49 (Smart) per email account. Warming 10 mailboxes costs $195 a month on MailReach and $290 on lemwarm Essential. The bigger finding is the third option: lemwarm is included free in every lemlist plan, and lemlist's $69 Email plan covers unlimited senders, so from 3 mailboxes up it costs less than either warm-up tool on its own.
Every price below was read from mailreach.co/pricing (including the per-mailbox ladder in its pricing calculator), lemwarm.com/pricing and lemlist.com/pricing. Totals and per-mailbox comparisons are our arithmetic, not figures either vendor publishes.
MailReach vs lemwarm pricing at a glance
| MailReach All-In-One | lemwarm | |
|---|---|---|
| How it bills | Per mailbox, price falls with volume | Per email account, flat |
| 1 to 5 mailboxes, monthly | $25 each | $29 Essential, $49 Smart |
| 6 to 20 mailboxes, monthly | $19.50 each | $29 Essential, $49 Smart |
| 21 to 50 mailboxes, monthly | $18 each | $29 Essential, $49 Smart |
| 51 to 100 mailboxes, monthly | $16 each | $29 Essential, $49 Smart |
| Yearly billing | $20 / $15.60 / $14.40 / $12.80 | $24 Essential, $40 Smart |
| Spam tests | 20 credits included, more sold in packs | Deliverability reports and setup check |
| Above the published range | Quote above 100 mailboxes | Custom for more than 10 users |
| Free route | None | Included in every lemlist plan |
Two details matter more than the headline price. MailReach's lower rate applies to every mailbox once you cross a threshold, so 6 mailboxes ($117) cost less than 5 ($125), and 21 ($378) cost less than 20 ($390). lemwarm's toggle says yearly billing saves 20%, but the yearly prices shown, $24 and $40, are 17.2% and 18.4% below the monthly $29 and $49 by our arithmetic.
How much does MailReach cost per mailbox?
MailReach costs $25 per mailbox a month for 1 to 5 mailboxes, $19.50 for 6 to 20, $18 for 21 to 50 and $16 for 51 to 100, or $20, $15.60, $14.40 and $12.80 on yearly billing. Above 100 mailboxes it prices by quote. The plan is called All-In-One and bundles warm-up with 20 spam test credits a month.
Extra spam test credits are sold in packs: 50 for $30, 100 for $55, 200 for $95 and 500 for $210. The pricing page shows $19.50 by default because its slider starts in the 6 to 20 band, which is why most roundups quote $19.50 as a flat rate. It is not flat. A solo founder warming 2 inboxes pays $50 a month, not $39.
How much does lemwarm cost?
lemwarm costs $29 per email account a month on the Essential plan and $49 on Smart, or $24 and $40 a month billed yearly. Quarterly billing takes 10% off. Teams with more than 10 users are sent to sales for volume pricing.
Essential covers automatic warm-up, a technical setup check, deliverability reports, human-written warm-up emails and a network of 20,000+ domains. Smart adds personalized warm-up emails, warm-up of your real email templates, custom deliverability alerts and a warm-up network tailored to your industry. Warming your actual templates is the feature MailReach does not sell, and it is the reason some teams pay the $20 gap between Essential and Smart.
What does warm-up cost at 1, 5, 25 and 100 mailboxes?
The gap widens with every mailbox because MailReach's rate falls and lemwarm's does not. At 1 mailbox MailReach is $4 a month cheaper than lemwarm Essential. At 25 mailboxes it is $275 cheaper, and at 100 it is $1,300 cheaper.
| Mailboxes, monthly billing | MailReach | lemwarm Essential | lemwarm Smart | lemlist Email (lemwarm included) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $25 | $29 | $49 | $69 |
| 3 | $75 | $87 | $147 | $69 |
| 5 | $125 | $145 | $245 | $69 |
| 10 | $195 | $290 | $490 | $69 |
| 25 | $450 | $725 | $1,225 | $69 |
| 50 | $900 | $1,450 | $2,450 | $69 |
| 100 | $1,600 | $2,900 | $4,900 | $69 |
Our arithmetic from list prices. lemwarm above 10 users goes to custom pricing, so the 25, 50 and 100 rows are list price before any negotiated discount. On yearly billing the order holds: 10 mailboxes are $156 a month on MailReach, $240 on lemwarm Essential and $55 on lemlist Email.
Is lemwarm free with lemlist?
Yes. lemlist's pricing page says lemwarm and its deliverability protections are included in all plans. The Email plan is $69 a month ($55 yearly) with unlimited users and unlimited email senders and 50,000 emails a month, so it warms as many mailboxes as you connect at one price.
That changes the math for anyone who also needs a sending tool. Three mailboxes on lemwarm Essential cost $87 a month for warm-up alone, more than lemlist Email at $69 with warm-up, sending, a 650M+ lead database and a unified inbox. The standalone tools only make sense if you are keeping a sender you like and adding warm-up on top, or if you want warm-up from a vendor that is not also your sender. We compare the full lemlist bill on our lemlist pricing page.
Is MailReach better than lemwarm?
For price and for independent placement testing, yes. For warming the exact templates you plan to send, lemwarm Smart has the feature MailReach lacks. MailReach is cheaper at every count, includes 20 spam tests a month and works with any sending tool. lemwarm Smart costs more but warms your real campaign copy, which matters if your templates carry links or phrasing that filters react to.
Both tools only warm reputation. Neither fixes a listed IP or domain, and a sudden drop in opens is often a blocklist entry rather than a warm-up problem, so pair either tool with email blacklist monitoring that alerts you the day a sending domain or IP gets listed.
Which costs less for an agency warming client mailboxes?
MailReach, by a wide margin, unless the agency already sends on lemlist. An agency warming 4 mailboxes for each of 10 clients has 40 mailboxes: $720 a month on MailReach at $18 each, against $1,160 on lemwarm Essential and $1,960 on Smart. On yearly billing MailReach drops to $576.
If those clients send through a platform that includes warm-up, the line disappears entirely. Sending platforms such as Instantly and Smartlead include unlimited warm-up in their plans, which is why our MailReach vs Instantly pricing comparison found 25 mailboxes cost $450 on MailReach and nothing extra on Instantly.
When you do not need a separate warm-up tool
A standalone warm-up subscription is a second bill for a job your sender may already do. ColdMailer includes inbox warm-up with a daily limit per inbox on every plan, alongside inbox rotation, follow-ups that stop on reply and a shared reply inbox. It sends from your own Google, Microsoft or SMTP inbox and has AI write a separate email for each prospect.
Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 emails and 2 sending inboxes. Pro is $99 for 5,000 emails with unlimited inboxes, so warming 10 mailboxes costs nothing beyond the plan, against $195 a month on MailReach. Annual billing halves those prices. The email warm-up page shows how our warm-up and daily caps work, and what email warm-up costs across tools compares the rest of the market, including the MailReach pricing ladder and lemwarm alternatives.
