Klenty costs $50, $70 and $99 per user a month for its Starter, Growth and Plus plans when billed annually, and $60, $85 and $119 per user a month when billed quarterly. Those are the only two billing options: Klenty has no month-to-month plan. Enterprise is quote-only, a Parallel and Power Dialer add-on is $45 per user a month, and the 14-day trial is capped at 200 emails.
What most Klenty pricing roundups leave out is that Starter is priced on a volume slider, so $50 is only the bottom rung, and that the quarterly option costs about a fifth more than annual. For a sales lead about to sign, the real question is the team bill: how many reps, which plan, how you pay, and whether the dialer add-on goes on every seat.
We read the prices below from Klenty's pricing page and its help center article on plans and pricing in September 2026. Every team total, yearly figure and per-1,000 number in this article is our arithmetic, not a figure Klenty publishes.
Klenty pricing at a glance
| Plan | Annual, per user per month | Quarterly, per user per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter (email only, base volume) | $50 | $60 |
| Growth (email, calls, LinkedIn, SMS, CRM) | $70 | $85 |
| Plus (Growth plus data credits and coaching) | $99 | $119 |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom quote |
| Parallel and Power Dialer add-on | $45 | $45 |
Klenty advertises "save up to 20%" for paying annually. Run the other way, quarterly billing is a premium: 20% on Starter ($60 against $50), 21.4% on Growth ($85 against $70) and 20.2% on Plus ($119 against $99), by our arithmetic. Quarterly buys you a shorter commitment, not a cheaper one. There is no plan you can cancel after a single month.
How much does Klenty Starter cost at higher volumes?
Starter is the only plan priced by volume. The pricing page has a slider that sets how many contacts and emails you can run through Klenty each month, and the price climbs with it. The default view shows the bottom tier, which is where the $50 figure comes from.
| Contacts and emails a month | Annual, per month | Quarterly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 15,000 contacts, 75,000 emails | $50 | $60 |
| 25,000 contacts, 125,000 emails | $72 | $90 |
| 50,000 contacts, 250,000 emails | $125 | $150 |
| 100,000 contacts, 500,000 emails | $320 | $400 |
| 200,000 contacts | Contact sales | Contact sales |
One wording point to be honest about. The Starter card on the pricing page says "per month billed annually" and does not say per user. Klenty's help center describes the plan as $50 a month per seat when paid annually upfront. We treat Starter as a per-seat price, because that is how the help center bills it, but confirm on your quote whether the higher slider tiers are also multiplied by seats before you size a team on them.
The per-email cost does not fall in a straight line. At the base tier, Starter works out to about $0.67 per 1,000 emails on annual billing, $0.58 at 125,000 emails and $0.50 at 250,000 emails, then rises back to $0.64 at 500,000 emails (our arithmetic). If you are near the 250,000 mark, the step up to the top tier is the least efficient move on the slider.
What each Klenty plan includes
Starter: email only
Starter is a cold email plan. It includes custom domain tracking, random sending intervals, email volume control, email analytics, A/B testing, merge fields and liquid templates, CSV uploads, a live activity feed, the API and Zapier, and a preview and approve step before sending. There is no calling, no LinkedIn and no CRM integration on this tier.
Growth: the multichannel plan
Growth adds the phone. You get 200 calling minutes, a one-click dialer, cold calling features such as number auto-rotation, AI voicemail and IVR detection and AI outcome detection, plus LinkedIn steps, SMS automation, sales stage automation and CRM integrations with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Plus: data, coaching and account-based selling
Plus raises the calling allowance to 1,000 minutes and adds 4,000 data credits for phone numbers and emails, account-based selling, Action AI, call coaching, AI battlecards, live transcription, an AI call scorecard and goals. The help center also lists a WhatsApp integration and a sales admin dashboard on this plan.
The data credits are the line to question. If your team only needs work email addresses and not phone numbers, paying $29 more per rep a month to move from Growth to Plus is an expensive way to get them. A standalone tool such as an email finder with built-in verification covers that job without upgrading every seat.
Growth and Plus are both sold through a "Schedule a demo" button rather than a self-serve checkout, so expect a sales call before you can pay. Enterprise is a custom quote; the help center mentions a monthly customer success review and IP-based login restrictions.
What does Klenty cost for a team?
Because Growth and Plus are billed per user, the team bill scales with headcount. Here is what the common team sizes come to, all our arithmetic from the published per-user rates.
| Team | Annual, per month | Quarterly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 rep on Growth | $70 | $85 |
| 3 reps on Growth | $210 | $255 |
| 5 reps on Growth | $350 | $425 |
| 10 reps on Growth | $700 | $850 |
| 5 reps on Plus | $495 | $595 |
| Growth plus dialer add-on, per rep | $115 | $130 |
Annual billing is paid upfront, so the number that hits the card is the yearly one. Five Growth reps come to $4,200 a year upfront. On quarterly billing the same team pays $1,275 every three months, or $5,100 over a year, which is $900 more for the flexibility. Ten Growth reps are $8,400 a year on annual and $10,200 on quarterly. Five Plus reps are $5,940 a year on annual.
The dialer add-on is where budgets drift. Adding the Parallel and Power Dialer to every Growth seat takes each rep to $115 a month on annual billing, so five reps become $575 a month, or $6,900 a year. The quarterly row above assumes the add-on stays at $45 on quarterly billing; the pricing page lists it at $45 per user a month without splitting it by billing period, so check that on your quote.
Is Klenty worth it?
Klenty is worth it for SDR teams that call and email prospects every day and work inside a CRM. It is overpriced for founders and teams that only send cold email.
The Growth plan bundles a dialer, calling minutes, LinkedIn steps, SMS and two-way CRM integrations into one per-seat price. For a team of callers that would otherwise buy a separate dialer and a separate sequencer, $70 a rep on annual billing is a reasonable package, and it sits below the enterprise suites. Outreach and Salesloft publish no prices at all and sell on quotes only, so Klenty is often the cheaper sales engagement platform in a shortlist of three.
If nobody on the team picks up the phone, the math turns. Email-first tools charge by volume or by plan, not by seat, so the gap grows with every rep you add.
| Tool and plan | Annual, per month | How seats are billed |
|---|---|---|
| Klenty Growth | $70 | Per user |
| Instantly Growth | $37.60 | Flat, unlimited seats |
| lemlist Email | $55 | Flat, unlimited users |
| Saleshandy Pro | $76 | Flat, 10 users included |
| Smartlead Base | $32.50 | Flat plan |
| ColdMailer Pro (5,000 emails) | $49.50 | No per-seat charge |
Five reps on Klenty Growth are $350 a month on annual billing. Five people on lemlist's Email plan or Saleshandy Pro still pay one plan price. That comparison ignores calling, which the email tools do not replace, but it is the right comparison for a team that does not dial. For full price ladders see our Instantly pricing breakdown, the lemlist pricing guide and the side-by-side table of cold email software pricing.
Does Klenty have a free trial?
Yes. Klenty offers a 14-day trial with no credit card and full access to the product, capped at 200 emails to prospects. If you do not upgrade at the end of the 14 days, the account is deactivated. There is no free plan to fall back on, so plan the trial around one real campaign.
Two hundred emails is enough to test deliverability from your domain and check the CRM sync, not enough to judge reply rates. Klenty says you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees, but on annual billing you have already paid for the year.
Klenty sending limits
Klenty's help center states that, irrespective of plan, you can send 500 emails a day. It does not say whether that cap counts per connected mailbox or per account, so ask before you plan a high-volume send. It sets no limit on the number of prospects or cadences. On Starter, the slider adds a monthly ceiling on contacts and emails, from 15,000 contacts and 75,000 emails at the base tier up to 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails at the top.
The two limits interact. At 500 emails a day, one sender reaches at most about 15,000 emails over a 30-day month, so if the cap applies per mailbox, filling the 75,000-email base tier would take five mailboxes sending at the cap every day (our arithmetic). Most teams send well below the cap to protect their domains, which means the Starter monthly allowance is rarely the binding limit for a small team.
When ColdMailer fits instead
ColdMailer is a narrower tool than Klenty, and it is only a fit if your team needs cold email and nothing else. You import a prospect list, connect your own inbox (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES or any SMTP server), and ColdMailer writes a separate message for each recipient with AI. You review and edit, approve, and it sends from your inbox, with the delivery result shown per prospect.
Pricing is by plan, with no per-seat charge: Starter is $49, Pro $99 and Enterprise $249 a month on monthly billing, or $24.50, $49.50 and $124.50 a month on annual billing. See the ColdMailer pricing page for the email allowance on each plan. A new account gets 25 free emails to try.
What Klenty does that ColdMailer does not: a dialer and calling minutes, SMS, LinkedIn steps, CRM sync, multi-step follow-up sequences and data credits. If your reps live on the phone or your managers report out of Salesforce, Klenty or another sales engagement tool is the right purchase. If you are a founder or a small team writing to a few hundred or a few thousand prospects a month and want each email written for the person reading it, compare the options on our Klenty alternative for cold email page and the wider list of the best cold email software.
