Snov.io costs less when you need fresh prospect data, starting at $39 a month with credits and sending included. lemlist Email costs $69 a month for unlimited users sharing a 50,000-email allowance, making it cheaper for teams that already own their list and fit that limit. For three reps using LinkedIn on annual billing, our math puts the two within 75 cents a month, so workflow should decide.
For a founder comparing snov io vs lemlist, the first question is whether the list is ready to send. Prices come from the live snov.io/pricing and lemlist.com/pricing pages. Scenario totals are our math using monthly list prices unless labeled annual. Mailboxes, domains and extra verification are outside those totals. Full plan details are on our Snov.io pricing breakdown and lemlist pricing breakdown.
Snov.io vs lemlist pricing at a glance
| Buying decision | Snov.io | lemlist |
|---|---|---|
| Entry monthly price | Starter $39 | Email $69 |
| Entry annual rate per month | Starter $29.25 | Email $55 |
| Main sending meter | Unique recipients, refilling every 30 days | Email has 50,000 emails a month |
| Users and senders | Unlimited seats and senders | Email unlimited; Multichannel per user with 5 senders each |
| Finding emails | 1 credit per email found or verified | About 5 credits per email, our math |
| $69 a slot monthly, $62 annual | Multichannel $109 per user monthly, $87 annual |
lemlist Email also includes unlimited contacts, lemwarm warm-up, a unified inbox, CRM integrations and API access. Its 650M+ lead database gives you a place to search, but email enrichment still consumes credits. Snov.io bundles data credits with each tier. Neither an unlimited contact list nor unlimited seats tells you how much outreach your subscription covers.
Is Snov.io cheaper than lemlist?
Yes, when you buy prospect data with your sending. Finding and emailing 1,000 new prospects costs $39 on Snov.io Starter versus about $119 on lemlist Email using the enrichment add-on rate. With your own list, lemlist Email can cost less because its $69 price covers unlimited users within 50,000 monthly emails.
Snov.io Starter includes 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients. Pro S costs $99 for 5,000 credits and 25,000 recipients. A recipient is a unique person contacted, so follow-up steps do not multiply that recipient count. Email finding and verification share the credit pool, however. Finding an address and separately verifying it consumes more than finding alone.
Our data scenarios assume one successful email find per prospect, with no separate verification pass. They use lemlist's add-on unit rate as an estimate, ignore temporary trial credits and show recurring costs. Actual credit purchases may involve bundles. That distinction matters before treating an estimated total as a checkout quote.
Our math for five buying scenarios
| Monthly workload | Snov.io | lemlist | Cost finding |
|---|---|---|---|
| Find and email 1,000 new prospects | Starter $39 | Email $69 plus about 5,000 credits at about $50, total about $119 | Snov.io costs less |
| Find and email 5,000 new prospects | Pro S $99 | Email $69 plus about 25,000 credits at about $250, total about $319 | Snov.io costs less |
| 4 users, own list, 10,000 recipients at 3 steps, 30,000 emails | Pro S $99, covers 25,000 recipients | Email $69, unlimited users | lemlist costs $30 less |
| 1 user, own list, 20,000 recipients at 3 steps, 60,000 emails | Pro S $99 | Multichannel $109 | Snov.io costs $10 less |
| 3 reps with LinkedIn | Pro S $99 plus 3 slots at $69, total $306 | 3 Multichannel users at $109, total $327 | Annual rates nearly tie |
The own-list rows expose the billing difference. At 30,000 emails, lemlist Email serves the whole team for $69. At 60,000 emails, that plan's 50,000-email cap no longer fits, even though the contact list is unlimited. The comparison therefore moves to Multichannel at $109 per user. For two users sharing that workload, the bill becomes $218 against Snov.io Pro S at $99.
These are planned sequence totals assuming every recipient gets all 3 steps. Replies may reduce actual sends. Compare your expected email volume with the cap before buying, and include follow-ups in that estimate. For another sending option, see Saleshandy vs lemlist pricing; our Snov.io vs Smartlead cost comparison explores the data-versus-sending tradeoff.
Does lemlist charge per user?
Email does not, but Multichannel does. Email costs $69 monthly or $55 a month billed yearly and includes unlimited users and senders. Multichannel costs $109 per user monthly or $87 yearly, with 5 senders per user. Adding reps is therefore a different budget decision depending on which plan you choose.
For a sales lead comparing lemlist vs snov.io, the plan name matters more than a headline seat price. Snov.io includes unlimited seats and senders across its plans. lemlist Email can serve a team economically, but its flat price does not carry over when the team needs Multichannel features or email volume above the Email cap.
Which is better for LinkedIn outreach, Snov.io or lemlist?
On annual pricing, choose by workflow because the three-rep costs nearly match. Snov.io Pro S plus 3 LinkedIn slots totals $260.25 a month at annual rates. Three lemlist Multichannel users total $261. That 75-cent gap is too small to settle the choice without testing how your reps build and manage sequences.
Our annual math is $74.25 plus 3 times $62 for Snov.io, against 3 times $87 for lemlist. Monthly billing gives $306 against $327. Snov.io lets you add LinkedIn slots to its base subscription; lemlist includes LinkedIn automation in each Multichannel seat. Use the trials to compare the handoff between email, LinkedIn steps and replies.
How much does it cost to find emails on lemlist?
The enrichment add-on costs $20 monthly for 2,000 credits, enough for 400 emails. Our math is 5 credits per email, about $0.05 each. On yearly billing the add-on costs $16 a month. Credits are charged only on success and roll over while you stay subscribed, so unused credits can support later prospecting.
Phone enrichment uses the same pool at a different rate. The add-on covers 100 phones, which works out to 20 credits or about $0.20 per phone on monthly pricing. Mixing phone and email searches changes how many addresses your pool buys. Access to the database alone should not be budgeted as unlimited usable email data.
What annual billing and trials change
Snov.io annual billing is exactly 25% off. Beyond Starter and Pro S, monthly tiers are Pro M at $189, Pro L at $369 and Ultra at $738. Their annual monthly equivalents are $141.75, $276.75 and $553.50. Ultra is exactly twice Pro L, so the top tier does not introduce a better volume discount.
lemlist advertises 20% annual savings and 10% quarterly savings. Use its published $55 Email and $87 Multichannel annual rates for budgeting. Snov.io's trial includes 50 credits and 100 recipients. lemlist's standard trial lasts 14 days with Multichannel features, 200 credits and no card required. Its extended 30-day trial banner is a limited-time offer, not the standard duration.
What belongs in the budget beyond software
Snov.io offers done-for-you Google mailboxes at $5 a month and domains from $12 a year. Keep those separate from the scenario totals and account for inboxes you already own. Credits also need their own budget line if you verify imported records or enrich phone numbers.
To track cost per reply or per meeting across tools, use a marketing analytics dashboard with your subscription, data and mailbox costs alongside actual outcomes. The lower invoice is useful only if the workflow produces conversations your team can use. Our ListKit vs Snov.io pricing comparison examines a bundled alternative.
Where ColdMailer fits
ColdMailer fits when you already have the prospects and want one email written for each person. Import a CSV, let AI draft each email and send from your own Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inbox. Starter costs $49 a month for 1,000 emails, with 25 free emails to try.
Follow-ups run up to 5 steps and stop on reply, with inbox rotation, warm-up and a shared reply inbox. ColdMailer does not include a lead database, verification or LinkedIn automation. CRM handoff uses CSV export rather than sync. Consider it for writing and sending from your own inbox, with data sourced separately.
Which subscription should you buy?
Our reading is straightforward. Buy Snov.io if fresh data drives the purchase. Choose lemlist Email if you own the list, have several users and stay under 50,000 emails a month. For LinkedIn on annual billing, treat the price as a tie and pick the workflow your reps prefer.
If neither fits, compare our alternatives to lemlist and alternatives to Snov.io, or review cold email software pricing by workload. Before entering your card, count new data needs, recipients, follow-up emails and LinkedIn users separately. Those are the inputs that change this bill.
Put this into practice with ColdMailer
Bring your own SMTP, let AI personalize every message, and land in the inbox, not spam. A new account gets 25 free emails, no credit card required.
