Instantly Pricing 2026: Instantly AI Pricing Plans and Costs
Instantly costs $47 a month to send, $94 a month if you also want its lead database, and up to $555 on the Agency bundle. The confusion comes from the fact that it is two subscriptions sold on one page, metered differently, and discounted at two different rates when you pay yearly. Here is every plan, what each meter actually counts, and the cost per email and per credit at every tier.
Every Instantly figure here was read from instantly.ai/pricing and Instantly's own plans overview in its help center on 15 September 2026, from a US connection. Cost per email, cost per credit and the annual savings comparison are our arithmetic from those list prices.

The four things that decide your Instantly bill
Two meters, sold apart
Outreach counts emails sent and contacts stored. Instantly Credits counts lookups, enrichment, verification and AI agent actions. They are separate subscriptions on separate tabs, and the one you run short of first decides what you really pay.
The contact cap does not refill
Instantly's help center is explicit that the uploaded contact limit is fixed across all campaigns rather than monthly. Emails reset each month, stored contacts do not, so steady prospecting fills the ceiling and forces an upgrade earlier than send volume suggests.
No rung between $47 and $97
Growth covers 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts. The next plan covers 125,000 and 25,000. There is no way to buy 10,000 emails, so crossing either Growth limit by one doubles the price.
Unlimited mailboxes, at every tier
Instantly does not charge per connected inbox or per seat, and includes warm-up on all of them. For an agency running thirty sending domains that is the single biggest cost difference against per-mailbox competitors, and it is genuinely good value.
Annual discounts are inconsistent
Standalone outreach plans come down a clean 20 percent yearly. Bundles come down about 10 percent. Supersonic and Hyper credits come down 10 percent while Growth credits come down 20 percent, which is what makes the annual bundle the expensive option.
Add-ons beat tiers on price
The $87 outreach add-on carries the same allowance as the $97 plan, and the $425 credit add-on works out at $0.009 a credit against $0.019 to $0.060 on the plans. Topping up is cheaper per unit than climbing the ladder.
ColdMailer against Instantly for cold outreach
These are not the same purchase, and the table is written to make that obvious rather than to flatter us. Instantly is a full outbound suite: sequences, a 450 million contact database, warm-up, inbox rotation and a unified inbox, metered on emails, stored contacts and credits. ColdMailer does one job. It writes a separate message for every prospect on a list you already own, lets you edit each one, and sends it through SMTP credentials you connect. Instantly wins on breadth and on price per email at volume. ColdMailer wins on flat pricing and on what the message itself looks like.
| Feature | ColdMailer | Instantly |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price a month | $29 Starter, billed monthly | $47 Outreach Growth, or $94 with the database |
| What the price meters | Emails sent: 1,000, 5,000 or 25,000 a month | Emails sent, contacts stored, and credits for data work |
| Cost per 1,000 emails at entry | $29.00 on Starter, $9.80 on Pro | $9.40 on Growth, $0.78 on Hyper Growth |
| Stored contact ceiling | None; up to 500 prospects per campaign | 1,000 on Growth, fixed across all campaigns, not monthly |
| Sending mailboxes | 2 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Enterprise | Unlimited on every plan, warm-up included |
| Who owns the sending reputation | You do; it sends through your own SMTP credentials | Instantly's infrastructure, with your connected mailboxes |
| Prospect database | None; you bring your own list | 450 million contacts, on the separate credits subscription |
| Multi-step sequences | No | Yes |
| Built-in warm-up | No | Yes, unlimited, at every tier |
| Message style | A separate message written for each prospect, editable before send | Templates with variables, plus AI variants |
| Annual billing | Half price: $174, $294 or $894 a year | 20 percent off outreach plans, about 10 percent off bundles |
| Trying it | 25 free emails on a new account, no credit card | Free trial of 250 contacts and 1,000 emails |
Instantly figures read from instantly.ai/pricing and its help center plans overview on 15 September 2026. ColdMailer figures from coldmailer.ai/pricing on the same date. Cost per 1,000 is our arithmetic.
Instantly priced against the tools it gets shortlisted with
Entry price is the cheapest paid plan each vendor publishes in US dollars, read from the vendor's own pricing page on the date in the footnote. These tools meter different things, so read the meter column before the price column.
| Tool | Best for | What it meters | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|
| ColdMailer | A message written per prospect, sent from your own SMTP | Emails sent, flat | $29 a month |
| Instantly | High volume sending across many mailboxes, plus a database | Emails, stored contacts, credits | $47 a month |
| Smartlead | Agencies running client campaigns at volume | Emails and active leads | $39 a month |
| Saleshandy | Sequences with a bundled lead database and unlimited mailboxes | Emails and active prospects | $41 a month |
| Snov.io | Finding, verifying and emailing leads in one account | Credits plus recipients | $39 a month |

How to size an Instantly plan in four steps
Count emails, then count contacts
Write down emails you will send in a month and the total number of people you will have loaded in the account. The second number is the one that catches people, because it is a standing ceiling rather than a monthly allowance.
Decide whether you need the database
If you already export clean lists from a tool you pay for, skip Instantly Credits entirely and buy the outreach plan alone at $47. That single decision is the difference between a $47 bill and a $94 one.
Price the parts before the bundle
On monthly billing a bundle is the two plans added up, so there is nothing to gain. On annual billing the parts are cheaper than the bundle by $117.60 to $436.80 a year, because outreach discounts 20 percent and bundles discount about 10.
Check the tier gap against your real volume
If your honest monthly send sits between 5,000 and 125,000 emails, you are paying the $97 Hyper Growth price whatever the exact number. Decide whether that is worth it against a flat-priced sender at your actual volume.
How much does Instantly cost?
Instantly costs $47 a month for the Growth outreach plan, $97 for Hyper Growth and $358 for Light Speed on monthly billing. Its bundles, which add the lead database to the sending tool, cost $94, $194 and $555 a month. Annual billing takes 20 percent off the standalone outreach plans and about 10 percent off the bundles.
Those are the list prices on instantly.ai/pricing, read from a US connection on 15 September 2026. The reason the number people quote varies so much is that Instantly is not one subscription. It is two or three, sold on separate tabs of the same page, and most of the roundups add them up differently.
| Bundle | Monthly | Annual, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $94 | $85 |
| Scale | $194 | $175 |
| Agency | $555 | $500 |
If you only want to send, and you already have a list, you do not need a bundle at all. The outreach plan on its own is the cheaper door in.
| Outreach plan | Monthly | Annual, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Growth | $47 | $37.60 |
| Hyper Growth | $97 | $77.60 |
| Light Speed | $358 | $286.30 |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales |
Instantly is three subscriptions, not one
The pricing page has four tabs: Bundles, Outreach, Instantly Credits and VIP. Outreach is the sending tool. Instantly Credits is the lead database and the AI agents that run on it. A bundle is simply one of each, sold on a single line item.
This matters because the two meters measure different things and run out at different times. Outreach meters emails sent and contacts uploaded. Credits meter data work: SuperSearch lookups, lead enrichment, lead verification, the AI reply agent, the AI sales agent and website visitor identification, per Instantly's own plans overview in its help center.
A team that buys its own data, or exports from a database it already pays for, can run Instantly on the outreach plan alone at $47 a month. A team that wants Instantly to find the prospects too needs credits, and that is where the bill roughly doubles.
| Product | What it meters | Entry price |
|---|---|---|
| Outreach | Emails sent and contacts uploaded | $47 a month |
| Instantly Credits | Lookups, enrichment, verification, AI agents | $9 a month |
| Bundle | Both, on one line | $94 a month |
The Instantly bundle is the two plans added up, to the dollar
On monthly billing, an Instantly bundle carries no discount at all. Every bundle price is the outreach plan plus the credits plan, exactly. We checked all three against the standalone tabs on the same page.
| Bundle | Its two parts | Adds up to |
|---|---|---|
| Starter $94 | Outreach Growth $47 plus Growth Credits $47 | $94 |
| Scale $194 | Outreach Hyper Growth $97 plus Supersonic Credits $97 | $194 |
| Agency $555 | Outreach Light Speed $358 plus Hyper Credits $197 | $555 |
That arithmetic is ours, done from Instantly's list prices, and it lands on the published bundle price every time. So the bundle is a packaging decision, not a saving. There is nothing wrong with that, but it is worth knowing before you assume the bundle is the cheaper route.
One honest caveat. The bundle cards name a few things the standalone cards do not, such as an AI Sales Agent on Starter and the SISR System on Agency. The prices match to the dollar and the metered allowances match, but if a named extra matters to you, confirm it is in the standalone plan before you unbundle.
Paying yearly? The bundle is the expensive way to do it
Instantly's annual discount is not one number. The standalone outreach plans come down a clean 20 percent. The bundles come down about 10 percent. So on annual billing, buying the two parts separately costs less than the bundle that contains them.
Growth falls from $47 to $37.60, which is exactly 0.80. Hyper Growth falls from $97 to $77.60, also exactly 0.80. Light Speed falls from $358 to $286.30, a hair under 20 percent. The bundles fall from $94 to $85, $194 to $175 and $555 to $500, and the page labels that Save 10 percent.
Put the annual part prices next to the annual bundle price and the gap is real money:
| Annual bundle | Same parts, bought apart | You save a year |
|---|---|---|
| Starter $85 a month | $37.60 plus $37.60 is $75.20 | $117.60 |
| Scale $175 a month | $77.60 plus $87.30 is $164.90 | $121.20 |
| Agency $500 a month | $286.30 plus $177.30 is $463.60 | $436.80 |
Those savings are our arithmetic from Instantly's own annual list prices, not a figure Instantly publishes. The credits side is where the inconsistency comes from: Growth Credits drop the full 20 percent to $37.60, but Supersonic drops only 10 percent to $87.30 and Hyper Credits only 10 percent to $177.30.
Before you act on this, check at checkout that the two separate subscriptions bill into the same workspace the way the bundle does. That is the one thing a pricing page cannot tell you.
Instantly cost per email at every tier
The sticker price hides how steep the curve is. Instantly's cheapest plan is by far its most expensive email.
| Outreach plan | Emails a month | Cost per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| Growth $47 | 5,000 | $9.40 |
| Hyper Growth $97 | 125,000 | $0.78 |
| Light Speed $358 | 500,000 | $0.72 |
| Outreach Add-on $87 | 125,000 | $0.70 |
We divided each monthly price by its published email allowance. Growth costs twelve times more per email than Hyper Growth. If you are genuinely sending 100,000 emails a month, Instantly at $97 is among the cheapest sending you can buy anywhere, and we will say that plainly even though we sell a competing product.
The catch is that almost nobody starts there. Most teams send a few thousand a month for the first year, which puts them on Growth at $9.40 per 1,000, paying a premium rate for a plan sized for someone else.
What is an Instantly credit, and what does one cost?
A credit is the unit Instantly charges for data work rather than sending. Its help center lists the actions that spend credits: SuperSearch, lead enrichment, lead verification, the AI reply agent, the AI sales agent and website visitors.
There are five ways to buy them, and they are not priced on a straight line.
| Credit plan | Credits a month | Cost per credit |
|---|---|---|
| Nano $9 | 150 | $0.060 |
| Growth $47 | 1,500 | $0.031 |
| Supersonic $97 | 5,000 | $0.019 |
| Hyper $197 | 10,000 | $0.020 |
| Add-on $425 | 50,000 | $0.009 |
Two things stand out. Hyper at $0.020 a credit is fractionally worse value than Supersonic at $0.019 at their base allowances, so moving up a tier for credits alone does not pay until you are using the higher end of the Hyper range. And the 50,000 credit add-on at $0.009 is less than half the price per credit of any plan, which makes topping up a cheaper way to buy volume than climbing the ladder.
Nano at $9 a month for 150 credits does not appear on the public pricing page at all. It is listed in the help center. If you only need occasional lookups, it is the cheapest door into the database by a wide margin.
The uploaded contact cap is a standing limit, not a monthly refill
This is the single most misread line in Instantly's pricing, and it is the one most likely to cost you money. Instantly's help center states that the uploaded contact limit is a fixed limit across all campaigns, not per month.
Read that next to the plan allowances and the shape changes completely:
| Plan | Uploaded contacts | Emails a month |
|---|---|---|
| Free trial | 250 | 1,000 |
| Growth $47 | 1,000 | 5,000 |
| Hyper Growth $97 | 25,000 | 125,000 |
| Light Speed $358 | 100,000 | 500,000 |
Emails refill every month. Contacts do not. On Growth you can load 1,000 people in total, and once that ceiling is reached you are clearing out old contacts to make room for new ones rather than getting a fresh 1,000 next month. A team prospecting steadily into new accounts hits the contact wall long before it hits the email wall, which is why so many Instantly users report upgrading sooner than their send volume suggested they would need to.
Without an outreach plan at all, Instantly limits uploads to 250 leads.
The gap between Growth and Hyper Growth is the real pricing decision
There is nothing between $47 and $97. Growth gives 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts. The next step up gives 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. That is a 25 times jump in sending for a little over double the price, with no middle rung.
The practical effect: send 5,001 emails in a month, or load your 1,001st contact, and your price doubles. There is no way to buy 10,000 emails on Instantly. You buy 5,000 or you buy 125,000.
The $87 Email Outreach add-on softens this a little at the top, since it sells another 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails for $10 less than the Hyper Growth plan carrying the same allowance. But it is an add-on to an existing plan, so it does not help the buyer stuck between the first two tiers.
If your real volume is somewhere between 2,000 and 20,000 emails a month, this gap is the thing to price against, not the headline $47.
Where Instantly's own pricing page disagrees with itself
Two inconsistencies are worth knowing about before you budget, because they are the source of most of the wrong numbers in circulation.
The expanded bundle detail lists the wrong component prices. Open the detail under the Scale bundle at $194 and it names an Outreach Hyper Growth plan at $358 a month and Supersonic Credits at $197 a month. On the same page, the Outreach tab prices Hyper Growth at $97 and the Credits tab prices Supersonic at $97. The figures $358 and $197 belong to the tier above in each case. The tab prices are the ones that reconcile, because $97 plus $97 is the published $194.
The Hyper Growth email allowance is shown two ways. The monthly view of the Outreach tab says 125,000 emails a month. The annual view of the same tab says 100,000. Instantly's help center says 125,000, and its own pricing FAQ talks about sending more than 100,000. We quote 125,000 because the help center and the monthly tab agree, but if that ceiling is load-bearing for you, get it in writing before you commit to a year.
Neither of these is a scandal. Pricing pages drift. But it does mean a roundup that copied one tab and not the other is quoting you a number Instantly does not charge.
Instantly pricing compared with the tools buyers shortlist against it
Entry price alone is misleading here, because these tools meter different things. Read the meter before the price.
| Tool | What it meters | Entry price |
|---|---|---|
| ColdMailer | Emails sent, flat | $29 a month |
| Instantly Outreach | Emails and stored contacts | $47 a month |
| Smartlead | Emails and active leads | $39 a month |
| Saleshandy | Emails and active prospects | $41 a month |
| Snov.io | Credits plus recipients | $39 a month |
On raw sending economics above 5,000 emails a month, Instantly is very hard to beat. Unlimited connected mailboxes and unlimited warm-up are included at $47, which is genuinely generous, and Instantly's own FAQ confirms you can connect and warm as many accounts as you need on one subscription.
Where it gets expensive is the second and third subscription. A team that wants the database and the AI agents is at $94 minimum and realistically higher once credits run short, and the contact cap pushes upgrades earlier than send volume would.
Instantly against ColdMailer, honestly
We sell a cold email tool, so here is the fair version rather than the flattering one.
Instantly does more than we do. It has multi-step sequences, a 450 million contact database, built-in warm-up, inbox rotation across unlimited mailboxes and a unified inbox for replies. ColdMailer has none of those. If any one of them is why you are shopping, buy Instantly and do not let a comparison table talk you out of it.
Instantly is also cheaper per email than we are once you are past about 5,000 a month. Hyper Growth at $0.78 per 1,000 beats every ColdMailer plan on that measure, and it is not close.
What ColdMailer does is narrower. You bring a list you already own. It writes a separate message for each person on it, not a template with merge fields, you edit anything you want before it goes, and it sends through SMTP credentials you connect yourself, so the sending reputation is yours and it moves with you. The price is flat and there is no credit meter and no stored-contact ceiling.
| Plan | Emails a month | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1,000 | $29 a month, or $174 a year |
| Pro | 5,000 | $49 a month, or $294 a year |
| Enterprise | 25,000 | $149 a month, or $894 a year |
Paying for a year costs half of paying month to month. A new account gets 25 free emails to try it, with no credit card.
Who should pay for Instantly, and who should not
Buy Instantly if you send more than about 10,000 emails a month, you want warm-up and rotation across many mailboxes without paying per mailbox, and you want the prospect database in the same account as the sender. At that shape it is priced better than almost anything else on the market, and the unlimited mailbox policy is the reason agencies keep landing on it.
Think twice if you send a few thousand a month. You will be on Growth paying $9.40 per 1,000 emails, hitting a standing 1,000 contact ceiling, and looking at a jump to $97 the moment either limit bites. That is the tier where Instantly is least competitive and where most first-time buyers actually sit.
Skip the bundle unless you want the single invoice. On monthly billing it saves nothing, and on annual billing it costs $118 to $437 a year more than buying the same two plans separately, by our arithmetic from Instantly's list prices.
Buy something simpler if you already own a clean list, your volume is under 5,000 a month, and what you actually want is a message written for each individual prospect and sent from your own mailbox. That is a different purchase, and it costs a lot less than a database subscription you will not use. If you are weighing the wider field first, our cold email software comparison lays the category out, and what cold email software costs covers the pricing models side by side.
What Instantly actually costs at four common volumes
A founder sending 1,500 emails a month
Growth at $47, using under a third of the allowance, at an effective $31 per 1,000 emails actually sent. The 1,000 stored contact cap will bite within a few months of steady prospecting. This is the volume where Instantly is least competitive on price.
A two-person team sending 8,000 a month
Hyper Growth at $97, because Growth's 5,000 ceiling is already gone and nothing sits in between. You are buying 125,000 emails and using 8,000, an effective $12.13 per 1,000 sent, even though the list rate is $0.78.
An agency sending 90,000 a month
Hyper Growth at $97 with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up included. At $1.08 per 1,000 actually sent this is excellent value, and it is the shape Instantly is genuinely built and priced for.
A team that also wants the database
Add credits. Growth Credits at $47 buys 1,500 lookups a month, so the realistic entry is $94 and climbs from there as verification and AI agent actions consume the same pool.
A team that already owns its list
You are paying for a database you will not open. At under 5,000 emails a month, a flat-priced sender that writes each message individually costs less and does the narrower job you actually need.
Instantly pricing questions, answered
Instantly costs $47 a month for the Growth outreach plan, $97 for Hyper Growth and $358 for Light Speed. Bundles that add the lead database cost $94, $194 and $555 a month. Annual billing takes 20 percent off the standalone outreach plans and about 10 percent off the bundles. Read from instantly.ai/pricing on 15 September 2026.
Yes. Instantly's help center lists a free trial allowance of 250 uploaded contacts and 1,000 emails, which lets you connect mailboxes and run a small campaign before paying. The lead database is a separate subscription, so trialing the sender does not give you credits for prospect lookups.
No. Instantly has a free trial but no permanent free plan. Without a paid outreach plan your account is limited to uploading 250 leads, which is not enough to run real outbound. The cheapest ongoing paid entry is the $9 a month Nano credits plan for lookups, or $47 a month for the Growth outreach plan if you want to send.
A credit is the unit Instantly charges for data work rather than sending. Its help center lists SuperSearch, lead enrichment, lead verification, the AI reply agent, the AI sales agent and website visitors as the actions that spend credits. Credits are sold separately from the outreach plan, from $9 a month for 150 up to $425 for 50,000.
Growth allows 5,000 emails a month, Hyper Growth 125,000 and Light Speed 500,000. There is no tier between 5,000 and 125,000, so a team sending 10,000 a month pays the $97 Hyper Growth price. An $87 add-on sells a further 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts on top of an existing plan.
Yes. Instantly's pricing FAQ states you can connect and warm as many accounts as you need from any provider on one subscription, with no per-mailbox fee. That is one of the strongest things about its pricing, and it is the main reason agencies running dozens of sending domains choose it over per-inbox competitors.
No. On monthly billing each bundle is exactly the outreach plan plus the credits plan added together, so it saves nothing. On annual billing it is worse: the bundles discount about 10 percent while the standalone outreach plans discount 20 percent, so buying the parts apart costs $117.60 to $436.80 a year less by our arithmetic.
On annual billing the outreach plans work out at $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 a month, which is $451.20, $931.20 and $3,435.60 a year. The bundles bill at $85, $175 and $500 a month, or $1,020, $2,100 and $6,000 a year. Those yearly totals are our multiplication of Instantly's published per-month annual rates.
Only if you buy credits. The outreach plan is the sender and does not include database access. The Instantly Credits subscription carries the 450 million contact database, starting at $9 a month for 150 credits. A bundle simply buys both on one invoice, which is why the entry bundle is $94 rather than $47.
You either move to Light Speed at $358 a month for 100,000 contacts, or add the $87 Email Outreach add-on for another 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails on top of your current plan. The add-on is the cheaper route for one step up, since Hyper Growth carries the same allowance for $97.
No. Instantly does not meter workspace seats, so adding team members does not raise the base price. The meters are emails sent, contacts stored and credits consumed. That makes it cheaper than per-seat tools like Reply.io or Klenty for a team of several people sending from a shared workspace.
Usually not on price. At that volume you are on Growth at $47, which works out to $9.40 per 1,000 emails, and the 1,000 stored contact ceiling is a standing limit rather than a monthly refill, so steady prospecting fills it fast. Instantly's economics turn strongly in your favor above roughly 10,000 emails a month.
Already own your list? You do not need a credit meter
ColdMailer writes a separate message for each prospect on the list you already have and sends it through your own SMTP mailbox. Starter is $29 a month for 1,000 emails, Pro is $49 for 5,000 with unlimited sending inboxes, and Enterprise is $149 for 25,000. Paying yearly costs half. No seats to buy, no credits to burn, and no stored contact ceiling. A new account gets 25 free emails to try, with no credit card.
