Mailmeteor Pricing 2026: Plans, Daily Sending Limits and Cost Per Email

Mailmeteor costs $5.99 per user per month on Starter, $17.99 on Premium and $35.99 on Professional when billed monthly, and a free Hobby plan sends up to 500 emails a month. Yearly billing works out to $4.50, $13.50 and $27.00 per user per month, roughly 25 percent off, sold as three months free. The real ceiling on what you can send, though, is often not the plan. It is the Gmail or Google Workspace account the emails go out from.

Every Mailmeteor figure below was read from mailmeteor.com/pricing and Mailmeteor's own quota documentation on 10 September 2026, from a US connection with prices set to USD. Google's limits come from Google's help pages on the same day. Prices move, so check the vendor page before you commit to a year.

How much does Mailmeteor cost?

The yearly column is our division of the annual totals Mailmeteor's checkout uses: $53.99, $161.99 and $323.99 per user per year. Against twelve monthly payments that is 24.9 percent off on Starter and 25.0 percent on Premium and Professional, so the "3 months free" label holds to within a few cents.

Every price is per user. The pricing page says so under the cards, and Mailmeteor's documentation adds that each account has its own email quota. A three person team on Premium pays $53.97 a month and gets three separate allowances, not one shared pool.

What does each Mailmeteor plan include?

Past volume, the plans split on the features that matter for outreach. Starter adds Autopilot sending, email verification, reply detection and branding removal. Premium is the first plan with follow-ups, one email warmup slot, bounce detection, a custom tracking domain and up to 5 sender addresses. Professional raises senders to 10 and adds inbox rotation, CRM integration and team analytics. Contact limits run 5,000 on Free, 50,000 on Starter, 500,000 on Premium and 1,000,000 on Professional.

Is Mailmeteor free?

Yes. The free Hobby plan sends up to 50 emails a day and 500 a month with no credit card, from one sender, with up to 3 campaigns and 5,000 contacts. It covers mail merge from Google Sheets and Docs, the Gmail extension, the Excel add-in, tracking, scheduling and templates. It leaves out follow-ups, verification, reply detection and branding removal, which makes it a way to test the workflow rather than a plan to run a sales pipeline on.

How many emails can you send with Mailmeteor per day?

Mailmeteor allows 50 emails a day on Free, 250 on Starter, up to 1,000 on Premium and up to 2,000 on Professional. Because it sends through your own Gmail or Outlook account, the provider's limit applies on top: a consumer @gmail.com, @hotmail.com or @outlook.com address is held to at most 500 emails a day, whatever plan you buy.

Two things follow from that. On a free Gmail address, Premium and Professional cannot deliver their daily numbers, so paying past Starter buys features rather than volume. On Google Workspace, Professional's 2,000 a day equals the whole of Google's per user limit, and Google counts every message that mailbox sends, so a user who spends the full Mailmeteor quota has nothing left that day for ordinary email. Google says an account that goes over can't send new messages for up to 24 hours.

The Mailmeteor quota also resets on a rolling clock rather than at midnight. Its documentation says the count resets 24 hours after your latest campaign, so a campaign sent at 2 p.m. on Monday frees the quota at 2 p.m. on Tuesday. When you run out, Mailmeteor warns you that the emails won't be sent instead of queuing them.

Mailmeteor cost per email

At full use, Mailmeteor costs about $1.20 per 1,000 emails on Starter and $0.60 per 1,000 on both Premium and Professional, per user on monthly billing. That is our arithmetic, list price divided by the monthly allowance, and it only holds if the whole allowance actually gets sent.

Premium and Professional cost exactly the same per email. The extra $18 a month on Professional buys inbox rotation, twice the senders and team analytics, not cheaper sending. And for someone on a consumer Gmail address, capped at 500 a day or about 15,000 in a 30 day month, Premium really costs $1.20 per 1,000 and Professional $2.40.

Why Mailmeteor prices differ between sites

Mailmeteor's plans have changed, and several pages that rank for its pricing still show older numbers. These are the mismatches we found on 10 September 2026.

The last row is Mailmeteor disagreeing with itself. The pricing page and its comparison table list 5,000 emails a month for Starter, while the quota documentation lists 7,500, and both agree on 250 a day. Plan on 5,000 until they match, because that is the number on the page you pay from.

Where Mailmeteor pricing stops fitting cold outreach

Mailmeteor is priced for mail merge: one person, one mailbox, a spreadsheet of contacts and a template filled in row by row. For that job it is very cheap. The model gets awkward for cold outreach in three ways. Sending volume is tied to how many mailboxes and users you pay for, and every extra user is another $17.99 on Premium. More than one sender arrives only at Premium, and rotating between them only at Professional. And every message is still a template with variables, however well you write it.

If you already send from your own domain, the alternative is a sender that uses your SMTP credentials directly.
