Snov.io Pricing Plans 2026: Cost Per Credit and Recipient Limits
Snov.io costs $39 a month on Starter and $99 to $738 a month across its four Pro steps, or exactly 25 percent less on a yearly plan. Every plan meters two things at once: credits for finding and verifying contacts, and recipients for the people you email. Seats and follow ups are free, LinkedIn is not included anywhere, and the meter that runs out first decides which plan you really need.
Every Snov.io figure on this page was read from snov.io/pricing and Snov.io's billing FAQ on 10 September 2026 from a US connection. Per credit and per recipient costs are our arithmetic from those list prices.

What decides your Snov.io bill
Two meters, not one
Credits pay for data: saving prospects, searching domains and verifying addresses. Recipients pay for outreach: each new person you email or message on LinkedIn. They are sold together on every plan but they run out independently, so the right plan is the cheapest one where the tighter of the two fits.
A verification costs a full credit
Snov.io charges 1 credit per verification and 1 per prospect. A contact you find and then verify before sending uses 2 credits. That is twice the verification rate Hunter.io charges, and it matters most for teams that clean large imported lists.
Credits roll over, recipients do not
On monthly plans unused credits carry into the next month while you stay subscribed. Unused recipients expire at the end of every billing period. On yearly plans credits pile up through the year and then expire when the plan ends.
Seats and follow ups are free
Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats, unlimited senders and unlimited campaigns. Follow ups to a recipient inside the same billing period cost nothing, so long sequences are good value on Snov.io.
LinkedIn is always extra
No plan includes a LinkedIn slot. Each connected LinkedIn account costs $69 a month, or $62 a month on yearly billing, with an extra $10 off per slot for Sales Suite subscribers according to Snov.io.
The top step has no bulk discount
Ultra at $738 is exactly twice Pro L at $369 and carries exactly twice the credits, recipients and warm up volume. The per unit price stops falling at Pro L, so buy Ultra for convenience, not for a better rate.
ColdMailer versus Snov.io for cold outreach
These are different purchases. Snov.io is a prospecting and outreach suite: a B2B contact database, an email finder and verifier, warm up, multi step campaigns and paid LinkedIn slots in one account, metered by credits and recipients. ColdMailer does one job. It writes a separate message for each prospect on a list you already own, lets you edit it, and sends it through SMTP credentials you connect. Snov.io wins on breadth and on price per contact at volume. The table shows where each one stands.
| Feature | ColdMailer | Snov.io |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price per month | $29 Starter, billed monthly | $39 Starter, billed monthly |
| What the price meters | Emails sent: 1,000, 5,000 or 25,000 a month | Credits for data plus recipients contacted |
| Contact data and verification | Not sold. You bring your own list | Database, finder and verifier, paid in credits |
| How messages are written | A message written for each prospect, editable before it sends | Templates with variables and spintax, plus AI writing tools |
| Follow up sequences | Not part of the plans today | Unlimited follow ups, free within the billing period |
| Warm up | Not included | Included, 3 mailboxes on Starter, unlimited on Pro |
| Sending mailboxes | 2 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Enterprise | Unlimited senders on every plan |
| Seats | Not metered | Unlimited team seats on every plan |
| No | $69 a month per slot, $62 yearly | |
| Trying it first | 25 free emails, one time, no credit card | Free Trial plan with 50 credits and 100 recipients |

How to size a Snov.io plan in four steps
Count new people per month
Take the number of people you will contact for the first time in a month, by email or LinkedIn, and ignore follow ups. That is your recipient number, and it maps straight onto the recipient column: 5,000, 25,000, 50,000, 100,000 or 200,000.
Count the data you need to buy
Add the prospects you will save and the addresses you will verify. A found and verified contact is 2 credits. If you bring your own clean list, this number can be close to zero, and that changes which plan is cheapest.
Pick the plan where both fit
Choose the cheapest plan that covers both numbers. List owners usually hit the recipient cap first from Pro M upward; data buyers usually hit the credit cap first on Starter and Pro S.
Add LinkedIn and choose a term
Add $69 a month per LinkedIn account, or $62 on yearly billing. Take the 25 percent yearly discount only if you will spend the credits inside the year, because yearly credits expire when the plan ends.
How much does Snov.io cost?
Snov.io costs $39 a month on Starter, and $99, $189, $369 or $738 a month across its four Pro steps (Pro S, Pro M, Pro L and Ultra) on monthly billing. Paying yearly takes exactly 25 percent off every one of those, so Starter becomes $29.25 a month and Ultra $553.50. Above Ultra, a Custom Ultra plan is priced by the sales team. Every paid plan includes unlimited team seats.
These are the list prices shown on snov.io/pricing on 10 September 2026 from a US connection, in US dollars.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39 | $29.25 |
| Pro S | $99 | $74.25 |
| Pro M | $189 | $141.75 |
| Pro L | $369 | $276.75 |
| Ultra | $738 | $553.50 |
| Custom Ultra | Contact sales | Contact sales |
There is also a 3 month billing option, marked 5 percent off on the toggle. The page source we read carries per plan prices for monthly and yearly only, so we do not quote quarterly figures here. If quarterly billing matters to you, check the toggle on the day you buy.
The plan name tells you less than it seems. What you are really buying is two allowances, credits and recipients, and the next two sections explain why the one that runs out first decides your bill.
What do you get on each Snov.io plan?
Each Snov.io plan is a pair of monthly quotas: credits for finding and verifying contacts, and recipients for the people you email or message on LinkedIn. Starter gives 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients. Pro S gives 5,000 and 25,000, Pro M 20,000 and 50,000, Pro L 50,000 and 100,000, and Ultra 100,000 and 200,000.
| Plan | Credits a month | Recipients a month |
|---|---|---|
| Trial (free) | 50 | 100 |
| Starter, $39 | 1,000 | 5,000 |
| Pro S, $99 | 5,000 | 25,000 |
| Pro M, $189 | 20,000 | 50,000 |
| Pro L, $369 | 50,000 | 100,000 |
| Ultra, $738 | 100,000 | 200,000 |
| Custom Ultra | From 200,000 | From 400,000 |
Everything else on the paid plans is flat: unlimited senders, unlimited follow ups, unlimited campaigns, unlimited prospect storage and unlimited team seats. That is a generous set of flat features, and it is why the two metered numbers above deserve all of your attention.
Data export follows the credit column. Starter can export 1,000 records and Ultra 100,000, and the Trial plan has no export row at all.
What is a credit in Snov.io?
A Snov.io credit is the unit you spend on data. Saving a prospect costs 1 credit and verifying an email address costs 1 credit, and the same pool also pays for email search and domain search. Snov.io states that searching itself is not charged; you pay when you save prospects or view collected company leads.
The verification rate is the number to watch. Because a verification costs a full credit, a contact you find in Snov.io and then run through the verifier before sending uses 2 credits, not 1. A list you bring from somewhere else and only verify uses 1 per address. Hunter.io, for comparison, charges half a credit per verification, which we covered in detail in our Hunter.io vs Snov.io pricing comparison.
Here is what a credit costs if you use every one of them. This is our arithmetic from the published list prices, not a figure Snov.io publishes.
| Plan | Per 1,000 credits, monthly | Per 1,000 credits, yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $39.00 | $29.25 |
| Pro S | $19.80 | $14.85 |
| Pro M | $9.45 | $7.09 |
| Pro L | $7.38 | $5.54 |
| Ultra | $7.38 | $5.54 |
Look at the last two rows. Ultra is exactly two Pro L plans. $738 is twice $369, and Ultra carries exactly twice the credits, twice the recipients and twice the warm up volume per mailbox. The yearly prices hold the same ratio, $553.50 against $276.75. So there is no volume discount between the top two steps. The big discounts sit lower down: Pro S costs 2.5 times Starter for 5 times the credits, and Pro L costs 1.95 times Pro M for 2.5 times the credits.
What counts as a recipient in Snov.io?
A recipient is a lead you contact. Snov.io charges 1 recipient the first time you contact a lead by email or LinkedIn, and every follow up to that same person inside the billing period is free. A four step sequence to 5,000 people therefore uses 5,000 recipients, not 20,000.
Two details catch people. First, LinkedIn contacts draw from the same recipient quota as email, so running both channels at the same people does not cost twice, but running them at different people does. Second, recipients do not roll over. Snov.io's billing FAQ says unused recipients from a previous month expire at the end of each billing period, even though credits carry over.
| Plan | Per 1,000 recipients, monthly | Per 1,000 recipients, yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $7.80 | $5.85 |
| Pro S | $3.96 | $2.97 |
| Pro M | $3.78 | $2.84 |
| Pro L | $3.69 | $2.77 |
| Ultra | $3.69 | $2.77 |
Again this is our arithmetic, and it assumes you spend the whole recipient quota. Because follow ups are free, the real cost per email sent is lower still for anyone running multi step sequences.
Which Snov.io meter runs out first?
It depends on whether you mostly find data or mostly send. On Starter and Pro S you get 5 recipients for every credit, so data runs out first for most teams. From Pro M upward the ratio drops to 2.5 and then 2 recipients per credit, so a team that sends a lot from its own lists hits the recipient cap first and ends up paying for credits it never uses.
| Plan | Recipients per credit | Meter most likely to bind |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5 to 1 | Data |
| Pro S | 5 to 1 | Data |
| Pro M | 2.5 to 1 | Sending, for list owners |
| Pro L | 2 to 1 | Sending, for list owners |
| Ultra | 2 to 1 | Sending, for list owners |
A worked example. A team that already owns a verified list of 40,000 prospects and wants to email all of them in a month needs 40,000 recipients. The first plan that allows that is Pro M at $189, which also hands them 20,000 credits they did not ask for. If you are in that position, the credit column is dead weight and the only number that matters is the price per recipient.
Does Snov.io have a free plan?
Snov.io has a free plan, labelled Trial in its comparison table, with 50 credits and 100 recipients a month, one warm up mailbox at 15 emails a day, and database access limited to the first 20 prospects of a search. It has no data export and no bulk verification. It is enough to see how the finder and a small campaign work, and not enough to run outreach.
| Allowance | Free Trial plan | Starter, $39 |
|---|---|---|
| Credits | 50 | 1,000 |
| Recipients | 100 | 5,000 |
| Warm up mailboxes | 1, at 15 a day | 3, at 50 a day each |
| Database results | First 20 prospects only | Full database |
| Data export | Not included | 1,000 records |
The practical jump is to Starter at $39, which is twenty times the credits and fifty times the recipients.
How much does Snov.io LinkedIn automation cost?
LinkedIn automation is not included in any Snov.io plan. Each LinkedIn slot, which connects one LinkedIn account, costs $69 a month on monthly billing or $62 a month on yearly billing. Snov.io also states that customers with a Sales Suite subscription get an extra $10 off each slot, and that LinkedIn Automation can be tried free for 7 days.
| Setup | Monthly, list price | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 LinkedIn account | $69 | $62 |
| 3 LinkedIn accounts | $207 | $186 |
| 5 LinkedIn accounts | $345 | $310 |
The multiples are ours. If the $10 Sales Suite reduction applies to the prices above, one slot would come to $59 monthly or $52 yearly, but Snov.io does not print those totals, so confirm at checkout. For a three person sales team using LinkedIn and email together, the slots can cost more than the Starter plan they sit on.
Is the Snov.io annual discount really 25 percent?
Yes, exactly, at every tier. We divided each yearly per month price by its monthly price and every plan comes out at 0.75: $29.25 against $39, $74.25 against $99, $141.75 against $189, $276.75 against $369 and $553.50 against $738. Starter's card says you save $117 a year, which is $9.75 a month times 12, and it checks out.
That is less common than it sounds. Plenty of vendors advertise an "up to" discount that only holds at one step of the ladder. Snov.io's holds everywhere.
The catch is in the credits, not the price. Snov.io's billing FAQ says unused credits on a yearly plan accumulate while the plan is active but expire when the annual plan ends. On a monthly plan they roll over to the next month as long as the subscription stays active. Switching from a yearly plan to a monthly one cancels the yearly plan with no prorated refund, and any unused credits from it are lost. Buy yearly only if you are confident you will spend the credits inside the year.
| Rule | Monthly billing | Yearly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Price discount | None | 25 percent at every tier |
| Unused credits | Roll over monthly while active | Accumulate, expire at plan end |
| Unused recipients | Expire each period | Expire each period |
Snov.io warm up limits by plan
Snov.io includes email warm up on every plan, but caps both how many mailboxes you can warm at once and how many warm up emails each one sends a day. Starter warms 3 mailboxes at up to 50 a day each. Every Pro step warms unlimited mailboxes, at 100, 200, 500 or 1,000 warm up emails per mailbox per day.
| Plan | Mailboxes warmed at once | Warm up emails per mailbox per day |
|---|---|---|
| Trial | 1 | 15 |
| Starter | 3 | 50 |
| Pro S | Unlimited | 100 |
| Pro M | Unlimited | 200 |
| Pro L | Unlimited | 500 |
| Ultra | Unlimited | 1,000 |
If you already pay a separate warm up tool, count that saving when you compare Snov.io with a sender that does not include warm up. Our cold email software pricing guide lays out which tools bundle it and which bill it on the side.
Snov.io versus ColdMailer on price
On sending volume alone, Snov.io is cheaper than ColdMailer from about 5,000 contacts a month upward, and its free follow ups widen the gap for anyone running sequences. ColdMailer is cheaper only at the smallest volume. What differs is what the money buys: Snov.io sells data plus sequences, ColdMailer writes a separate message for each prospect on a list you already own and sends it from your own mailbox.
| Workload, monthly billing | Snov.io | ColdMailer |
|---|---|---|
| Email 1,000 people you already have, once | Starter, $39 | Starter, $29 |
| Email 5,000 people you already have, once | Starter, $39 | Pro, $49 |
| Email 20,000 people you already have, once | Pro S, $99 | Enterprise, $149 |
| Email 40,000 people a month | Pro M, $189 | Above our largest published plan |
| Find and verify 1,000 new contacts | Starter covers finding or verifying 1,000 | Not sold. Bring your own data |
We would rather you read that table straight than discover it after a month. If you need a contact database, a verifier, warm up, sequences and LinkedIn in one login, Snov.io is the more complete purchase and it is priced well for it.
ColdMailer makes sense for a narrower buyer: you have the list, you do not want the same template with a first name swapped in, and you want every message written for that person and shown to you before it goes out, sent through SMTP credentials you control. Starter is $29 for 1,000 emails, Pro $49 for 5,000 with unlimited sending mailboxes, Enterprise $149 for 25,000. The plans are on our pricing page, and a new account gets 25 free emails to try with no credit card.
Why published Snov.io prices disagree with each other
Snov.io's own page is consistent. The disagreement comes from how third party articles read it: they mix billing periods, rename the tiers, and misread the recipient quotas. These are the specific errors we found in articles ranking for Snov.io pricing on 10 September 2026.
| What some articles say | What the page shows | Likely cause |
|---|---|---|
| Pro 100K listed at about $554 a month | $553.50 is Ultra's yearly per month price. Monthly it is $738 | Yearly and monthly figures mixed in one list |
| Pro M and above have unlimited recipients | The table lists 50,000, 100,000 and 200,000 | The unlimited senders row read as recipients |
| Pro 5K, 20K, 50K, 100K | The page names them Pro S, M, L and Ultra | Older naming by credit count |
| LinkedIn at $69 only | $69 monthly, $62 yearly per slot | The yearly price sits on a separate tab |
The tab issue is worth knowing on its own. Snov.io's pricing page has three tabs, Sales Suite, LinkedIn Automation and Phone and Data Enrichment, and the yearly LinkedIn price and the Sales Suite slot reduction appear only on the second. A read of the default tab misses both.
Who Snov.io is genuinely the right answer for
Snov.io fits a small team that needs to build lists and send to them from one account, wants unlimited seats without paying per user, and values bundled warm up. For that buyer, Starter at $39 or Pro S at $99 is fair value, and the 25 percent yearly discount is real at every tier.
It is a weaker fit in three situations. If you already own your data, the credit meter is money spent on nothing and the recipient cap is the real price. If you verify heavily, a full credit per verification costs twice what Hunter.io charges; see our Hunter.io pricing breakdown. And if you need several LinkedIn accounts, $69 a slot adds up faster than the plan itself.
If those describe you, our Snov.io alternatives page compares the options, and Reply.io pricing is the closest multichannel comparison, priced per active contact instead of per credit.
Which Snov.io plan fits which buyer
A founder building a first list
Starter at $39 gives 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients. That is enough to find and verify around 500 contacts and still email them with room to spare. The credit cap binds long before the recipient cap.
A small sales team prospecting weekly
Pro S at $99, or $74.25 yearly, is the best value jump on the ladder: five times Starter's credits and recipients for 2.5 times the price, with unlimited seats so the whole team shares one pool.
An agency verifying client lists
Pro L at $369 gives 50,000 credits, the lowest per credit rate on the ladder. Ultra repeats that rate at double the size, so choose it only if one account with 100,000 credits is simpler to run than two.
A team that already owns its data
Credits are wasted spend here. The recipient cap is the real price, and Pro M at $189 is the first plan that allows 50,000 people a month. Compare that with tools that meter only sending before you buy.
Outbound across email and LinkedIn
Budget the slots separately. Three LinkedIn accounts on yearly billing add $186 a month, which is more than Pro S itself. Remember the LinkedIn contacts come out of the same recipient quota.
Snov.io pricing questions, answered
Snov.io costs $39 a month on Starter and $99, $189, $369 or $738 a month on Pro S, Pro M, Pro L and Ultra, billed monthly. Yearly billing is 25 percent less at every tier, from $29.25 to $553.50 a month. Custom Ultra is quoted by sales. Read from snov.io/pricing on 10 September 2026.
Snov.io has a free plan, shown as Trial in its comparison table, with 50 credits, 100 recipients a month and one warm up mailbox at 15 emails a day. Database results are limited to the first 20 prospects and there is no data export. Paid plans start at $39 a month.
A credit is the unit Snov.io charges for data. Saving a prospect costs 1 credit and verifying an email costs 1 credit, drawn from one shared monthly pool that also covers email and domain search. Searching itself is not charged. Starter includes 1,000 credits a month and Ultra 100,000.
One. Snov.io charges 1 full credit per email verification, the same as saving a prospect. So finding a contact and then verifying it costs 2 credits. Hunter.io charges half a credit per verification, which makes heavy verification roughly twice as expensive per address on Snov.io.
On monthly plans, unused credits roll over to the next month as long as the subscription stays active. On yearly plans they accumulate through the year but expire when the annual plan ends. Recipients never roll over: unused recipients expire at the end of every billing period on both billing types.
No. Snov.io charges 1 recipient the first time you contact a lead by email or LinkedIn, and every follow up to that person inside the same billing period is free. A four step sequence to 5,000 people uses 5,000 recipients, not 20,000 emails.
No. Every paid Snov.io plan includes unlimited team seats, and credits and recipients can be shared across the team. What grows your bill is data and contact volume, plus LinkedIn slots at $69 a month each if you use LinkedIn automation.
Each LinkedIn slot costs $69 a month on monthly billing or $62 a month on yearly billing, and no plan includes one. Snov.io says Sales Suite subscribers get an extra $10 off each slot, and LinkedIn Automation has a 7 day free trial.
Yes. Yearly billing is exactly 25 percent off at every tier: Starter drops from $39 to $29.25 a month and Ultra from $738 to $553.50. The trade off is that unused yearly credits expire when the annual plan ends, and switching to monthly forfeits them with no prorated refund.
Per credit, Pro L and Ultra tie at $7.38 per 1,000 credits monthly, because Ultra is exactly two Pro L plans. Per recipient they also tie at $3.69 per 1,000. The biggest step in value is Starter to Pro S, which costs 2.5 times as much for 5 times the credits and recipients.
On the sticker, yes: Snov.io Starter is $39 for 1,000 credits and Hunter.io Starter is $49 for 2,000. Per unit of data Hunter.io is cheaper, and it charges half a credit per verification against Snov.io's full credit. Snov.io adds a recipient quota, warm up and campaigns that Hunter.io prices differently.
Yes. Snov.io says you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade at any time, and monthly plans renew every 30 days. Changing plans has credit rules: upgrades keep unused credits, but moving from a yearly plan to a monthly one gives no prorated refund and unused credits from the yearly plan are lost.
