Reply.io Pricing 2026: Plans, Cost Per Contact and Seat Math
Reply.io starts at $49 per user per month on a yearly commitment and runs to $899 a month before you have to call sales. The number that decides your bill is not the plan name, it is active contacts, and the seat rule flips at 10,000 of them. Below that step you pay per user. At and above it, users are unlimited. That single break makes a two person team cheaper on twice the contacts, and almost nobody points it out.

What actually drives a Reply.io bill
Active contacts, not emails, are the meter
Reply.io defines an active contact as a unique person you send one first step email to in a month. Every follow up to that same person in the same billing period is free. So a 4 step sequence to 5,000 people is 5,000 active contacts and roughly 20,000 emails, and you buy the 5,000 step, not a 20,000 step. This is the opposite of how relay pricing works and it is the single most common mistake people make when they compare Reply.io to a sender priced on volume.
Seats are metered below 10,000 contacts and free above it
On the Email Volume plan the first four steps, 1,000 through 5,000 contacts, are quoted per user per month. From 10,000 contacts upward the same plan says unlimited users. Reply.io does not flag the switch anywhere on the page. It is visible only if you drag the slider and watch the unit label under the price change from per user per month to unlimited users per month.
Three of the four plans have no checkout
Email Volume is the only plan with a sign up button. Multichannel, AI SDR and Agency all route to a Calendly booking with the sales team. If you are evaluating on a deadline, that matters more than the sticker price, because the published Multichannel and Agency numbers are floors you negotiate up from rather than prices you can pay today.
LinkedIn and calling are separate line items
LinkedIn automation costs $69 a month per account and Calls and SMS costs $29 a month per user, on top of the plan. Multichannel bundles one of each per user, and Agency Core bundles one LinkedIn account per team. On Email Volume you pay for both from the first day, so a single rep who needs LinkedIn is really at plan price plus $69, not plan price.
AI personalization is metered in its own credit pool
The AI and live data credit add on is a separate slider running from 200 credits at $39 a month to 10,000 credits at $599. That is $0.195 per credit at the bottom and $0.0599 at the top, so the pool rewards volume by a factor of about three. Personalizing at scale is a second subscription, not a plan feature.
Email validation is a third meter
Validation runs 5,000 for $20 a month up to 300,000 for $600. That works out to $0.0040 per address at the entry step and $0.0020 at the top two steps, where the per address price stops improving. If you already clean lists elsewhere you are paying for a capability you will not use, and if you do not, it is a third line on the invoice.
ColdMailer versus Reply.io for cold outreach
These two products solve overlapping problems from different directions. Reply.io is a multichannel sales engagement suite: email, LinkedIn, calling and SMS in one timeline, with an AI SDR product bolted on top, priced per user until you buy enough contact volume to escape seats. ColdMailer is narrower on purpose. It sends cold email sequences through SMTP mailboxes you already own, with AI personalization and warmup included, and it does not meter seats or mailboxes at all. If you need dialer and LinkedIn in the same tool, Reply.io does things we do not. If email is the channel and the per seat multiplication is what is hurting, the comparison below is the honest version.
| Feature | ColdMailer | Reply.io |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price per month | $29 Starter, billed monthly | $49 per user, only on a yearly commitment ($59 monthly) |
| What the price meters | Emails sent per month | Active contacts per month, follow ups free |
| Seats | Not metered on any plan | Per user below 10,000 contacts, unlimited at and above it |
| Sending mailboxes | 2 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Enterprise | Unlimited on Email Volume, 10 on Multichannel, subject to a fair usage policy |
| Who sends the mail | Your own SMTP, so the sending reputation is yours | Your mailboxes connected to Reply.io's platform |
| LinkedIn automation | Lead scraping on Pro, no LinkedIn sending | $69 per month per account, one included on Multichannel |
| Calling and SMS | Not offered | $29 per month per user, one included on Multichannel |
| AI personalization | Included on every plan | Separate credit pool, $39 to $599 a month |
| Email validation | Not offered as a paid meter | Separate add on, $20 to $600 a month |
| Can you buy it today | Yes, self serve on all three plans | Only Email Volume; the other three book a sales call |
| Free trial | 14 days, no credit card, on every plan | Free trial on Email Volume and a 14 day trial on Multichannel |
Reply.io figures read from reply.io/pricing on 8 September 2026. ColdMailer figures are our own published plans. Reply.io does things ColdMailer does not, notably LinkedIn automation and a built in dialer, and if you need those in one timeline it is the better fit.
Reply.io priced against the tools buyers compare it with
Entry price is the cheapest paid plan each vendor publishes in USD, read from that vendor's own pricing page on the date shown in the footnote. These are not equivalent products, so read the meter column before the price column: a tool priced per contact and a tool priced per email are not comparable at the same number.

How to size a Reply.io plan in four steps
Count unique people per month, not emails
Take the number of new prospects you first contact in a month and ignore follow ups entirely. If you sequence 3,000 new people with a five touch cadence, your number is 3,000, not 15,000. That figure is the only one that maps onto Reply.io's slider, and getting it wrong in either direction is what produces the two most common billing surprises.
Count the humans who need to log in
Below the 10,000 contact step every one of them multiplies the price. Two people at the 5,000 step cost $178 a month on yearly billing. Write the seat count down before you look at any price, because it changes the answer more than the contact volume does.
Check whether buying more contacts is cheaper
Compare seats times the price at your real contact volume against the flat price at 10,000 contacts. On yearly billing that flat price is $159. Any team of two or more sitting at the 5,000 step is paying more than the 10,000 step costs, for half the allowance. Do this arithmetic before you buy, not at renewal.
Add the channels and pools you actually need
LinkedIn is $69 per month per account and calling is $29 per user. AI personalization credits start at $39 and email validation at $20. Add only the ones you will use in month one, then total it. That total, not the plan price, is what you should be comparing against any alternative.
How much does Reply.io cost?
Reply.io costs $49 per user per month at 1,000 active contacts on a yearly commitment, rising to $899 a month at 100,000 contacts. Monthly billing on the same steps runs $59 to $999. Multichannel is $89 per user per month yearly, the AI SDR plans start at $500 a month, and Agency Core starts at $210 a month. There is no permanently free plan, only a free trial on the Email Volume plan.
The Email Volume plan is a slider, not a tier. You pick an active contact volume and the price follows. Here is the whole ladder as Reply.io published it on 8 September 2026.
| Active contacts per month | Yearly, per month | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $49 per user | $59 per user |
| 2,000 | $59 per user | $69 per user |
| 3,000 | $69 per user | $79 per user |
| 5,000 | $89 per user | $99 per user |
| 10,000 | $159, unlimited users | $179, unlimited users |
| 25,000 | $259, unlimited users | $299, unlimited users |
| 50,000 | $459, unlimited users | $499, unlimited users |
| 100,000 | $899, unlimited users | $999, unlimited users |
Above 100,000 contacts the slider offers 200,000, 300,000 and 500,000, and all three say contact sales rather than showing a price. That is the point where Reply.io stops publishing and starts negotiating.
What is an active contact in Reply.io pricing?
An active contact is one unique person you send a first step email to inside a billing month. Every follow up to that same person in the same month is included at no extra cost. Reply.io states this in a tooltip on the pricing page and repeats it in the FAQ, and it is the definition that makes the whole ladder make sense.
The practical effect is large. A five touch sequence to 3,000 new prospects generates roughly 15,000 emails but consumes 3,000 active contacts, so you buy the 3,000 step at $69 per user per month, not a 15,000 email plan. Compared against a relay or a sender priced per email, Reply.io looks expensive per contact and cheap per email, which is exactly why the two are so often compared wrongly.
The corollary matters too. If your cadence is short, you are paying for follow up headroom you never use. A single touch campaign to 5,000 people costs the same $89 per user as a nine touch campaign to the same 5,000 people. Short cadences are the worst value on this pricing model and long ones are the best.
Where the Reply.io per user pricing stops and unlimited users starts
Reply.io meters seats on the first four steps of the Email Volume slider and stops metering them from 10,000 active contacts upward. The price label under the number changes from per user per month to unlimited users per month at exactly that step. Nothing on the page announces it.
That break creates an inversion. Once you have two or more people who need to log in, the 10,000 contact plan is cheaper than the 5,000 contact plan, while giving you twice the allowance.
| Seats | 5,000 contacts, yearly | 10,000 contacts, yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $89 a month | $159 a month |
| 2 users | $178 a month | $159 a month |
| 3 users | $267 a month | $159 a month |
| 5 users | $445 a month | $159 a month |
The same holds on monthly billing: two seats at the 5,000 step is $198 against $179 for unlimited users at 10,000. A five person team currently sitting at the 5,000 step on a yearly plan is spending $445 a month where $159 would buy them more. That is $3,432 a year of pure seat tax, paid for the privilege of a smaller contact allowance.
If you take one thing from this page, take this: on Reply.io, never buy a per seat step for a team. Price the 10,000 contact step first and only go below it if you are genuinely a single operator.
Does Reply.io have a free plan?
No. Reply.io has a free trial, not a free plan. The Email Volume card carries a sign up button that starts a trial, and the Multichannel card offers a 14 day trial. There is no permanent zero dollar tier of the kind Hunter.io or Brevo publish, so you cannot park a low volume workflow on Reply.io indefinitely without paying.
This is worth knowing because several comparison articles list Reply.io as having a free tier, apparently by reading the trial button as a plan. If you need a genuinely free allowance for a tiny volume of sending, Reply.io is not the tool, and neither is ColdMailer: we run a 14 day trial on every plan with no credit card and no free tier below it, and we would rather say so plainly than let you find out at day fifteen.
How much does Reply.io Multichannel cost?
Reply.io Multichannel costs $89 per user per month billed yearly, or $99 per user per month billed monthly. It includes 10 mailboxes, unlimited active contacts, email warmup on every mailbox, 50 live data credits a month, up to 200 website visitor reveals a month, one LinkedIn automation account per user and one Calls and SMS seat per user.
The trap on Multichannel is the opposite of the one on Email Volume. Multichannel has no unlimited user step at all. It is per user at every volume, forever, because the contact allowance is already unlimited.
| Seats | Yearly, per month | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $89 | $99 |
| 3 users | $267 | $297 |
| 5 users | $445 | $495 |
| 10 users | $890 | $990 |
For a ten person team that is $10,680 a year on the yearly commitment. Whether that is good value turns entirely on whether all ten people genuinely use LinkedIn and the dialer, because those two included seats are what you are paying the premium for. If half the team only sends email, half the licence is waste, and splitting the team across two tools usually beats paying the multichannel rate for people who only need one channel.
Note also that the Multichannel card routes to a Calendly booking rather than a checkout, so $89 is a starting point in a conversation, not a price you can pay this afternoon.
How much does Reply.io AI SDR cost?
Reply.io's AI SDR plans start at $500 a month for 1,000 active contacts on yearly billing, or $800 a month billed monthly. The AI SDR tab is a separate ladder from the sales outreach plans and is priced roughly ten times higher per contact.
| Active contacts per month | Yearly, per month | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 (AI SDR Starter) | $500 | $800 |
| 2,000 (AI SDR Starter) | $800 | $1,200 |
| 3,000 (AI SDR Starter) | $1,000 | $1,500 |
| 5,000 (AI SDR Growth) | $1,500 | $2,500 |
| 10,000 (AI SDR Growth) | $3,000 | $5,000 |
At 25,000 and 50,000 contacts the tab shows AI SDR Enterprise and contact us. Reply.io also markets a Hire Jason AI SDR card at $500 a month inside the sales outreach tab, which is the same entry number reached from a different route.
The comparison that matters here is not against other software. At $500 to $3,000 a month, an AI SDR sits in the same budget line as a fraction of a human SDR, and it should be evaluated on booked meetings rather than on features. Reply.io's own annual toggle on this tab advertises save up to 50 percent, but the actual saving across the five published steps runs from 33.3 percent to 40.0 percent. Forty percent is the maximum you can actually reach on a published price.
How much does the Reply.io Agency plan cost?
Agency Core starts at $210 a month on Reply.io's plan card, and Agency AI SDR starts at $500 a month per client. Agency Core covers a multi workspace account structure, unlimited clients and users, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited email warmup, a consolidated email and LinkedIn inbox, an agency dashboard, role based access control, custom sequence templates and white label as an option. LinkedIn automation is still charged at $69 a month per account on top.
There is a discrepancy on Reply.io's own page that agencies should resolve before signing. The plan card in the Agencies tab shows $210 a month, while the detailed feature comparison table further down the same page lists the Agency column as starting from $166. The Agencies tab has no monthly versus yearly toggle, so the two numbers are not obviously an annual and a monthly version of each other. Ask which one applies to your commitment.
The third agency option, labelled Hybrid, combines standard multichannel sequences with the AI powered ones and carries no published price at all.
Reply.io add on pricing: LinkedIn, calling, AI credits and validation
Reply.io sells four add ons: LinkedIn automation at $69 a month per account, Calls and SMS at $29 a month per user, AI and live data credits from $39 a month, and email validation from $20 a month. On the Email Volume plan none of these are included, so the plan price is a floor rather than a total.
The AI and live data credit pool is what powers personalization at scale and real time contact data. It rewards volume steeply.
| Credits per month | Price per month | Cost per credit |
|---|---|---|
| 200 | $39 | $0.195 |
| 500 | $69 | $0.138 |
| 1,000 | $119 | $0.119 |
| 2,500 | $219 | $0.0876 |
| 6,000 | $399 | $0.0665 |
| 10,000 | $599 | $0.0599 |
Buying at the 10,000 credit step costs 69 percent less per credit than buying at the 200 credit step. If personalization is central to your process, the small credit packs are the most expensive way to buy it.
Email validation is metered separately and flattens out rather than continuing to improve.
| Validations per month | Price per month | Cost each |
|---|---|---|
| 5,000 | $20 | $0.0040 |
| 25,000 | $75 | $0.0030 |
| 50,000 | $125 | $0.0025 |
| 100,000 | $200 | $0.0020 |
| 300,000 | $600 | $0.0020 |
The per address price stops falling after 100,000, so there is no volume argument for jumping from the 100,000 step to the 300,000 step unless you genuinely need the headroom. For scale, that $0.0040 entry rate is cheaper per verification than Hunter.io's Starter plan, where a verification costs half a credit and Starter credits work out to $24.50 per thousand, or about $0.0123 per verification.
Is the Reply.io annual discount actually 17 percent?
Only at one step. Reply.io's sales outreach tab advertises save up to 17 percent, and the 1,000 contact step does save 16.9 percent. Every other published step saves less, and the 50,000 contact step saves only 8 percent.
| Active contacts | Yearly versus monthly | Actual saving |
|---|---|---|
| 1,000 | $49 against $59 | 16.9% |
| 2,000 | $59 against $69 | 14.5% |
| 3,000 | $69 against $79 | 12.7% |
| 5,000 | $89 against $99 | 10.1% |
| 10,000 | $159 against $179 | 11.2% |
| 25,000 | $259 against $299 | 13.4% |
| 50,000 | $459 against $499 | 8.0% |
| 100,000 | $899 against $999 | 10.0% |
The wording is technically accurate, since up to 17 percent is a ceiling and not a promise. But it points the headline number at the smallest plan on the ladder, which is the one where a year of lock in buys you the least. If you are sizing the 50,000 contact step, the yearly commitment is buying you $480 a year, not the 17 percent you might have budgeted for.
The AI SDR tab makes a bigger claim, save up to 50 percent, against an actual maximum of 40 percent across its five published steps. Read the toggle, do the division, and budget from the number you calculated rather than the one on the banner.
Reply.io versus Instantly on price
Reply.io starts at $49 per user per month yearly and meters active contacts. Instantly starts at $85 a month yearly, meters emails and credits as two separate products, and does not charge per seat. Both were read on 8 September 2026.
| Bundle | Monthly | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Instantly Starter | $94 | $85 |
| Instantly Scale | $194 | $175 |
| Instantly Agency | $555 | $500 |
Instantly Starter allows 5,000 emails a month, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 1,500 credits, with unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup. Scale raises that to 100,000 emails, 25,000 contacts and 5,000 credits. Agency reaches 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts and 10,000 credits.
Because the meters differ, the honest comparison is by workload rather than by sticker. A solo operator first contacting 1,000 people a month with a four step cadence needs 1,000 Reply.io active contacts, which is $49 a month yearly, against Instantly Starter at $85 for 5,000 emails, which that same cadence would exhaust at roughly 1,250 prospects. At that shape Reply.io is cheaper. Add a second seat and Reply.io becomes $98 while Instantly stays at $85, because Instantly does not meter users. The crossover is seats, not volume.
There is one more thing worth knowing about Instantly's ladder, and we go through it in our Reply.io versus Instantly pricing comparison: each bundle price is exactly its two standalone component plans added together, to the dollar, so if you need only one side of the bundle you are paying the full sticker for the other.
Why published Reply.io prices disagree with each other
Search for Reply.io pricing and you will find articles quoting $49, $59, $60, $70, $89 and $99 as the entry price, all presented as current. Four specific things cause that, and knowing them tells you which number to trust.
The price is a slider, not a tier. Reply.io's Email Volume plan changes price at eleven contact volumes. An article that screenshots the default slider position captures whatever step the page loaded on, which is not the entry price. The entry price is the leftmost step, $49 yearly or $59 monthly.
The yearly and monthly panels look identical. Both render the same layout with a small toggle above them. Scrapers and hurried writers pick up whichever is active by default and print it without the billing term, which is how $49 and $59 both circulate as the answer.
The per user label is dropped. $49 is $49 per user per month. Most roundups print it as a flat plan price, which understates a three person team's bill by a factor of three and completely hides the unlimited user step at 10,000 contacts.
Reply.io's own page carries an internal inconsistency. The Agencies plan card says starts from $210 a month while the feature comparison table on the same page lists the Agency column as starting from $166. Whichever source an article used, it can honestly claim it read the number off reply.io.
Reply.io's pricing page also carries customer count and review score claims. We have deliberately not reprinted them, because we cannot verify them independently, and a comparison page that repeats a vendor's own marketing numbers is not a comparison.
Who Reply.io is genuinely the right answer for
Reply.io is a good fit when three things are true at once: you need email, LinkedIn and phone in a single sequence and a single inbox; you have either one seat or enough contact volume to reach the unlimited user step; and your cadences are long enough that the free follow ups do real work. Under those conditions the active contact meter is generous and the multichannel timeline is genuinely useful.
It is the wrong answer when the shape is different. A three person team sending email only at 5,000 contacts a month pays $267 on yearly billing for a channel mix they do not use, plus $69 per LinkedIn account if they later want one, plus a credit pool for personalization. The seat multiplication is doing most of the damage there, and it is structural rather than a plan you can switch to.
That specific case is what ColdMailer is built for. Sequences go out through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or any SMTP mailboxes you already own, so the sending reputation stays yours, AI personalization and warmup are included rather than metered, and neither seats nor mailboxes are counted. Starter is $29 a month, Pro is $49 with unlimited SMTP mailboxes and LinkedIn lead scraping, and Enterprise is $149 with dedicated IPs and API access. Every plan has a 14 day trial with no credit card. If you want to see the personalization quality before you look at a price at all, write one email to a real prospect with the tool at the top of this page.
If you are actively shopping, our Reply.io alternatives comparison puts the specific tools side by side, and how cold email software pricing works explains why per seat, per email and per contact models produce such different bills at the same workload.
Which Reply.io plan fits which job
A solo founder sending to a few thousand people a month
Email Volume at the 2,000 or 3,000 contact step, $59 or $69 a month on yearly billing, is the plan Reply.io is actually competitive on. One seat means the per user pricing costs you nothing extra, and unlimited mailboxes plus included warmup covers the infrastructure. Skip the LinkedIn add on until you have proof the email channel works.
A two or three person sales team
This is where the seat math bites. Three seats at the 5,000 contact step is $267 a month on yearly billing, against $159 for unlimited users at 10,000 contacts. Unless you are certain you will never exceed 5,000 first touches, the larger plan is both cheaper and roomier. If the team is going to grow, price the 10,000 step from the start.
An agency running outreach for multiple clients
Agency Core starts at $210 a month on the plan card and gives multi workspace structure, unlimited clients and users, unlimited mailboxes, role based access and white label as an option. LinkedIn is still $69 per account on top. Note that Reply.io's own feature comparison table lists the Agency floor as $166 rather than $210, so confirm which number applies to you before signing.
A team that wants an AI SDR rather than a sequencer
The AI SDR tab is a different product at a different scale: $500 a month at 1,000 contacts on yearly billing, $800 at 2,000, $1,000 at 3,000, then $1,500 and $3,000 for Growth at 5,000 and 10,000. Monthly billing on the same steps is $800, $1,200, $1,500, $2,500 and $5,000. Budget for this as a headcount decision, not a tooling one.
Someone who only needs email and hates seat pricing
If LinkedIn and dialer are not part of the job, per seat pricing is pure overhead. Sending cold sequences through SMTP mailboxes you already own removes both the seat meter and the mailbox meter, which is the case ColdMailer is built for. Try the generator above on a real prospect and judge the personalization before you compare prices.
Reply.io pricing: common questions
Reply.io costs $49 per user per month at 1,000 active contacts on a yearly commitment, or $59 per user billed monthly. The Email Volume ladder runs to $899 a month at 100,000 contacts. Multichannel is $89 per user per month yearly, AI SDR plans start at $500 a month, and Agency Core starts at $210. Read from reply.io/pricing on 8 September 2026.
No. Reply.io offers a free trial on the Email Volume plan and a 14 day trial on Multichannel, but it does not publish a permanently free tier. Several comparison articles list one, apparently by mistaking the trial button for a plan. If you need a permanent zero dollar allowance, Reply.io is not the tool.
An active contact is one unique person you send a first step email to within a billing month. All follow ups to that person in the same month are included at no extra charge. So a five touch sequence to 3,000 prospects consumes 3,000 active contacts, not 15,000, which is why Reply.io's price per email looks low and its price per contact looks high.
Partly. The Email Volume plan is priced per user at 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000 active contacts, and becomes unlimited users from 10,000 contacts upward. The Multichannel plan is priced per user at every volume with no unlimited step. Agency Core includes unlimited users. Nothing on the page announces the switch, so you have to move the slider and watch the unit label change.
For any team of two or more, yes. Two seats at the 5,000 contact step cost $178 a month on yearly billing, while unlimited users at the 10,000 contact step cost $159. Three seats cost $267 against the same $159. Buying twice the contact allowance is cheaper than buying a second seat, and this holds on monthly billing too.
LinkedIn automation costs $69 a month per account on top of your plan. The Multichannel plan includes one LinkedIn account per user, and Agency Core includes one per team. On the Email Volume plan it is a pure add on, so a single rep who needs LinkedIn is really paying the plan price plus $69.
Reply.io AI SDR starts at $500 a month for 1,000 active contacts on yearly billing, or $800 billed monthly. It rises to $800 and $1,000 yearly at 2,000 and 3,000 contacts, then $1,500 and $3,000 for AI SDR Growth at 5,000 and 10,000 contacts. Above 25,000 contacts the tier is Enterprise and unpriced.
Yes, as a separate add on. Validation runs from 5,000 addresses at $20 a month to 300,000 at $600. That is $0.0040 per address at the entry step, falling to $0.0020 at 100,000 and staying there at 300,000, so the per address price stops improving after the 100,000 step.
On the Email Volume plan, buy the 10,000 contact step at $159 a month on yearly billing, because it includes unlimited users. Five seats at the 5,000 contact step would cost $445 a month for half the allowance. On Multichannel, five users cost $445 a month yearly or $495 monthly, since that plan meters seats at every volume.
Only the Email Volume plan. Its card carries a sign up button that starts a trial. Multichannel, AI SDR and Agency all link to a Calendly booking with the Reply.io sales team, so their published prices are floors you negotiate from rather than prices you can pay today.
It depends on the meter that is hurting you. If seats are the problem, a tool that does not count them removes the multiplication entirely: ColdMailer is $29 a month for Starter and $49 for Pro with unlimited SMTP mailboxes, no seat fees and AI personalization included. Smartlead starts at $39 and Instantly at $85 a month yearly, neither of which meters users either.
Yes, but less than advertised at most steps. The sales outreach tab says save up to 17 percent, which is true only at the 1,000 contact step (16.9 percent). The other seven published steps save between 8.0 and 14.5 percent. The AI SDR tab advertises up to 50 percent against an actual maximum of 40 percent.
Paying per seat for a channel mix you do not use?
ColdMailer sends cold sequences through the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailboxes you already own, with AI personalization and warmup included instead of metered. No seat fees, no mailbox fees, no separate credit pool. Starter $29, Pro $49 with unlimited sending mailboxes, Enterprise $149. Every plan has a 14 day trial and no credit card is required.
