Salesforge vs Instantly: Pricing, AI Credits and Sending Limits
Salesforge and Instantly cost almost the same at the entry level: $48 against $47 a month for 5,000 emails. They split at the next tier. Salesforge Growth is $96 for 50,000 emails with AI credits and LinkedIn included; Instantly Hyper Growth is $97 for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. Pick Salesforge for email plus LinkedIn in one seat, Instantly for raw email volume.
Salesforge figures read from salesforge.ai/pricing and the pricing script it loads; Instantly figures from instantly.ai/pricing and its help center, September 2026. Totals and per-email costs are our arithmetic.

The six differences that decide Salesforge vs Instantly
Emails per dollar
At $96 and $97 the two look identical, but Instantly sends 2.5 times as many emails. Growth works out to $1.92 per 1,000 emails; Hyper Growth to $0.78.
Seats
Salesforge Pro is one user; Growth unlocks unlimited users. Instantly includes unlimited seats on every plan, so a two-person team pays $47 on Instantly and $96 on Salesforge.
AI personalization credits
Salesforge meters AI writing: 300 credits on Pro, 1,000 on Growth, 1 per preview and 3 per Primebox draft. Extra credits run from $50 for 2,000 total to $170 for 5,000.
Salesforge includes LinkedIn actions (300 on Pro, 1,000 on Growth) and LinkedIn senders. Instantly's outreach plans list no LinkedIn automation. If LinkedIn steps are part of your sequence, that is Salesforge's clearest win.
Contacts you can hold
Both start at 1,000. Salesforge Growth holds 10,000 active contacts, Instantly Hyper Growth 25,000. Instantly's cap is fixed across campaigns rather than refilled monthly.
Lead data
Both sell it separately. Leadsforge is $49 for 2,000 credits; Instantly's credit plan is $47 for 1,500 ($37.60 annual). Neither sending plan includes a contact database.
ColdMailer next to Salesforge and Instantly
This table is written to show the difference, including where both tools do more than we do. Salesforge and Instantly are sequence platforms with warm-up. ColdMailer writes one message per prospect and sends it through your own SMTP.
| Feature | ColdMailer | Salesforge & Instantly |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price, billed monthly | $49 Starter, 1,000 emails | $48 Salesforge Pro, $47 Instantly Growth, 5,000 emails each |
| Annual billing | Half price: $24.50, $49.50, $124.50 a month | About 17% off on Salesforge, 20% off on Instantly |
| Highest monthly volume on a listed plan | 25,000 emails on Enterprise | 50,000 on Salesforge Growth, 500,000 on Instantly Light Speed |
| AI-written message per prospect | Every email on every plan, no credit meter | Salesforge meters AI credits; compare Instantly's AI features on its own page |
| Sending inboxes | Your own SMTP, Google or Microsoft inbox; unlimited on Pro | Unlimited mailboxes on both, with built-in warm-up |
| LinkedIn steps | Not included | Salesforge includes LinkedIn actions; Instantly's plans list none |
| Lead database | Not included, import your own list | Separate paid add-on on both (Leadsforge, Instantly credits) |
| Seats | No per-seat charge | Salesforge Pro is 1 user; Instantly unlimited on every plan |
Where Salesforge or Instantly do more, the table says so. The honest reason to pick ColdMailer is a written message per prospect sent from inboxes you already own, at a flat monthly price.

How to choose between Salesforge and Instantly in four steps
Write down your monthly send
Under 5,000 emails the two cost the same. Between 5,000 and 50,000, both need their second tier. Above 50,000, Salesforge needs $86 email blocks and Instantly does not until 125,000.
Count the people who send
One sender can sit on Salesforge Pro. Two or more means Salesforge Growth at $96, while Instantly's $47 plan already covers the whole team.
Decide whether LinkedIn is in the sequence
If your reps add connection requests and messages between emails, Salesforge covers that in the same bill. If you only send email, you are paying for LinkedIn you will not use.
Price the AI writing you actually want
If every email should be written by AI, count the credits: 1,000 on Salesforge Growth covers 1,000 previews. Past that, add the top-up. Then test your real list before you commit to a year.
Salesforge vs Instantly: which one costs less?
At 5,000 emails a month the two cost the same, and above that Instantly is cheaper per email while Salesforge includes more per seat. Salesforge Pro is $48 a month and Instantly Growth is $47, each for 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts. At the second tier, Salesforge Growth is $96 for 50,000 emails and 10,000 active contacts, and Instantly Hyper Growth is $97 for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. At 100,000 emails a month Salesforge costs $182 with an extra email block and Instantly still $97.
What Salesforge adds for the money is not volume. Its plans include AI personalization credits, email validation credits and LinkedIn actions, and Growth includes unlimited LinkedIn senders. Instantly's outreach plans list no LinkedIn automation and include unlimited seats on every tier. So the choice is less about which is cheaper and more about what you send: email plus LinkedIn with AI drafts in one account, or as much email as possible per dollar.
Both prices below are the vendors' own. Every total, per-email figure and crossover is our arithmetic, and we note where each vendor's page and help center disagree with what reviews quote. Many roundups still list Salesforge at $40 and $80; those are the annual prices, as our Salesforge pricing breakdown shows.
Salesforge vs Instantly pricing, plan by plan
| Plan | Monthly / annual per month | Emails and contacts |
|---|---|---|
| Instantly Growth | $47 / $37.60 | 5,000 emails, 1,000 contacts |
| Salesforge Pro | $48 / $40 | 5,000 emails, 1,000 active contacts, 1 user |
| Salesforge Growth | $96 / $80 | 50,000 emails, 10,000 active contacts |
| Instantly Hyper Growth | $97 / $77.60 | 125,000 emails, 25,000 contacts |
| Instantly Light Speed | $358 / $286.30 | 500,000 emails, 100,000 contacts |
Salesforge's annual discount is two months free, about 16.7%. Instantly's is 20%. That is why the annual comparison tilts slightly further toward Instantly: $37.60 against $40 at the entry tier, and $77.60 against $80 at the second.
Both include unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warm-up. Salesforge's warm-up runs through its own Warmforge product; Instantly's is built into every plan. Salesforge Pro adds 300 credits each of AI personalization, email validation and LinkedIn actions and one LinkedIn sender. Growth raises each credit pool to 1,000, unlocks unlimited users and LinkedIn senders, and adds the API, A/B testing and integrations. Instantly's Outreach plans include unlimited seats from the first tier, and its contact allowance is a fixed cap across all your campaigns rather than a monthly refill, a detail its help center states and its pricing page does not.
Is Salesforge cheaper than Instantly?
Only for a single sender below 5,000 emails, and only by nothing: $48 against $47 is a one-dollar gap in Instantly's favor. Salesforge is cheaper once you count what the plan includes, because Pro bundles 300 AI personalization credits, 300 validation credits and a LinkedIn sender that Instantly does not sell inside its outreach plans. If you would use those, Salesforge gives more for the same $48.
On volume, Instantly is cheaper at every level above 5,000 emails a month. Our cost per 1,000 emails on monthly billing:
| Monthly emails | Salesforge, per month | Instantly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| 5,000 | $48 (Pro) | $47 (Growth) |
| 50,000 | $96 (Growth) | $97 (Hyper Growth) |
| 100,000 | $182 (Growth + 1 block) | $97 (Hyper Growth) |
| 150,000 | $268 (Growth + 2 blocks) | $184 (Hyper Growth + email add-on) |
The Salesforge rows use its Growth add-on: each $86 block adds 50,000 emails and 10,000 contacts a month. The Instantly row at 150,000 uses its $87 Email Outreach add-on, which adds 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts. At 50,000 emails Salesforge works out to $1.92 per 1,000 and Instantly to $0.78 per 1,000 of allowance, since Instantly's $97 covers 125,000.
What does Salesforge AI personalization cost compared with Instantly?
Salesforge sells AI writing on a credit meter; Instantly's outreach plans price sending, not AI drafts. A Salesforge AI credit is spent per preview: 1 credit for a standard preview, 2 for Overdrive and 3 for a Primebox reply draft. Pro includes 300 and Growth 1,000 a month.
The top-up ladder on Growth goes from $50 for 2,000 credits in total to $170 for 5,000. So a team that wants AI to write 5,000 emails a month pays $96 plus $170, or $266 a month, before mailboxes. That is the number to compare with Instantly if AI-written first lines are the reason you are shopping, and it is where a per-prospect writer without a meter changes the arithmetic: ColdMailer's AI personalization writes a separate message for every recipient on every plan, so 5,000 written and sent emails cost $99 on Pro, or $49.50 a month on annual billing.
If you only need AI help on a few hundred messages a month, Salesforge Pro's 300 credits cover it and there is nothing extra to buy.
Mailboxes, domains and lead data are a second bill on both
Neither sending plan includes the inboxes you send from. Salesforge sells its own: Mailforge at $3 per mailbox a month, Infraforge at $4 and Primeforge at $4.50, billed yearly with a minimum of 10 slots, plus about $14 a year per .com domain. Instantly connects Google, Microsoft or SMTP inboxes you buy wherever you like. Twenty-five mailboxes on Mailforge come to $75 a month; the same 25 as Google Workspace users at about $7 each come to $175.
| Extra cost | Salesforge | Instantly |
|---|---|---|
| Lead data | Leadsforge $49 for 2,000 credits | $47 for 1,500 credits ($37.60 annual) |
| Mailboxes | Mailforge $3 per mailbox, yearly, 10 minimum | Bring your own inboxes |
| More volume | $86 per 50,000 emails on Growth | $87 per 125,000 emails |
Per 1,000 lead credits, Leadsforge works out to $24.50 and Instantly's entry credit plan to $31.33 on monthly billing. If you already buy data elsewhere, skip both. We compared the sending setups in more depth in our best SMTP for cold email guide.
Does Salesforge or Instantly have a free trial?
Both do. Salesforge runs a 14-day trial on its Growth plan. Instantly's trial is capped at 250 contacts and 1,000 emails. Neither trial tells you much about deliverability at volume, so use it to test your real list, your real copy and your real inboxes, then check the reply rate before you pick a tier.
A ColdMailer account starts with 25 free emails: enough to connect your own inbox, let the AI write a message for 25 real prospects and see the delivery result for each one. It is a one-time allowance, and the paid plans start at $49 a month.
Salesforge vs Instantly vs ColdMailer, honestly
Choose Salesforge if your sequences mix email and LinkedIn, you want AI previews inside the same tool, and one account for the whole team at $96 suits you. Choose Instantly if volume per dollar is the deciding number, your team has several senders, and you do not need LinkedIn steps. Instantly's pricing tiers are covered in our Instantly pricing guide, and if you are also weighing Smartlead, see Smartlead vs Instantly.
ColdMailer is our product and it does less than either of them. There are no LinkedIn steps and no contact database, and the largest plan sends 25,000 emails a month. What it does is write a separate message for every prospect on the list you import, let you edit any of them, and send them through the SMTP, Google or Microsoft inbox you already own, with a delivery result for each prospect. Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 emails, Pro $99 for 5,000 with unlimited inboxes, Enterprise $249 for 25,000, and annual billing is half price.
If the thing you are really paying Salesforge for is AI-written emails, or you want Instantly's volume but with a message that reads as if it was written for one person, start with the 25 free emails and compare replies on the same list.
What Salesforge vs Instantly costs at five setups

Salesforge vs Instantly FAQ
Salesforge is better if you run email and LinkedIn together and want AI previews in the same account. Instantly is better if you mostly send email at volume, because $97 buys 125,000 emails against 50,000 on Salesforge's $96 plan, and every Instantly plan includes unlimited seats. For a single sender under 5,000 emails a month they cost the same.
Salesforge costs $48 a month for Pro and $96 for Growth, or $40 and $80 on annual billing. Instantly costs $47 for Growth, $97 for Hyper Growth and $358 for Light Speed, or $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 annually. The full Salesforge ladder, including credit top-ups, is on our Salesforge pricing page.
Pro is one user. Growth includes unlimited users, so a team pays $96 a month whatever its size. Instantly never charges per seat: every plan, including the $47 Growth plan, allows unlimited team members. For a two-person team sending under 5,000 emails that difference alone is $49 a month.
Not as a plan feature. Instantly's outreach plans list email sending, warm-up and contacts, with no LinkedIn actions or senders. Salesforge includes LinkedIn actions and senders in its plans: 300 actions and one LinkedIn sender on Pro, 1,000 actions and unlimited senders on Growth, with more actions at $50 per 1,000.
Instantly. Hyper Growth covers up to 125,000 emails for $97 a month. Salesforge Growth covers 50,000, and each extra 50,000 costs $86, so 100,000 emails is $182 a month. That is $85 a month more on Salesforge, by our arithmetic.
No. Both let you connect unlimited mailboxes and both include warm-up, but you pay for the inboxes separately. Salesforge sells Mailforge mailboxes from $3 each a month on yearly billing with a 10-slot minimum. With Instantly you bring Google, Microsoft or SMTP inboxes bought elsewhere.
Not in the sending plans. Salesforge sells data through Leadsforge, from $49 a month for 2,000 credits. Instantly sells credits from $47 a month for 1,500, or $37.60 on annual billing. If you need a large database with sending in one seat, compare Instantly vs Apollo.
If you want an AI-written message for every prospect, Salesforge Growth plus 5,000 AI credits is $266 a month. ColdMailer Pro writes and sends 5,000 per-prospect emails through your own inbox for $99 a month, or $49.50 on annual billing. It has no LinkedIn steps or lead database, so it fits teams that already have a list.
