Salesforge Pricing: Pro and Growth Plans, Agent Frank, Mailboxes

Salesforge costs $48 a month for Pro and $96 for Growth on monthly billing, or $40 and $80 billed annually. Pro is one user and 5,000 emails; Growth is unlimited users and 50,000 emails. The numbers that move the bill are AI personalization credits (300 on Pro), extra email blocks at $86, and mailboxes, which are sold separately.

Every Salesforge figure was read from salesforge.ai/pricing, the pricing script it loads and the Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge, Warmforge and Leadsforge pricing pages in September 2026. Totals and per-email costs are our arithmetic.

The five things that decide your Salesforge bill

Monthly or annual

$48 and $96 monthly against $40 and $80 annually. Budget from the toggle you will actually use, not from the number in a review.

One user or a team

Pro stops at one user. The second rep means Growth, which then covers any number of users for one price.

AI credits, not emails

Pro sends 5,000 emails but writes only about 300 with AI. If every email must be unique, credits set the price.

Email blocks above 50,000

Growth scales in $86 blocks of 10,000 active contacts and 50,000 emails, with no volume discount on top.

Mailboxes and domains

Not included. $3 to $4.50 per mailbox a month through the Forge products, plus $14 a year per .com domain.

LinkedIn and Agent Frank

Unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth, and the $499 a month AI SDR as a separate path.

How it works

How to size a Salesforge plan in four steps

Step 01

Count the people who send

One person can stay on Pro. Two or more means Growth, which covers the whole team for $96, or $80 annually.

Step 02

Count the AI-written emails

Pro writes about 300 a month with AI, Growth 1,000. Price any gap at $50 for the first extra 1,000 and $40 per 1,000 after.

Step 03

Size mailboxes and domains

Plan on about 660 emails per mailbox a month and three mailboxes per domain, then price them at $3 to $4.50 each.

Step 04

Pick the billing term last

Annual saves 16.7%. Run the 14-day Growth trial on one real sequence first, then commit.

How much does Salesforge cost?

Salesforge costs $48 a month for Pro and $96 a month for Growth on monthly billing, or $40 and $80 a month billed annually ($480 and $960 a year). Pro covers one user, 5,000 emails and 1,000 active contacts a month. Growth covers unlimited users, 50,000 emails and 10,000 active contacts. Agent Frank, the AI SDR, starts at $499 a month on top.

Most roundups quote Salesforge at $40 and $80. Those are the annual rates. The pricing page renders $40 and $80 before its billing toggle loads, and the page's own pricing script sets the monthly prices at $48 and $96. The page title says the same thing: "Starting at $48/mo". If you plan to pay month to month, budget $48 or $96, not $40 or $80.

Salesforge planMonthly billingAnnual billing
Pro (1 user)$48 a month$40 a month, $480 a year
Growth (unlimited users)$96 a month$80 a month, $960 a year
Agent Frank (AI SDR)$599 a month$499 a month

Prices were read from salesforge.ai/pricing and the pricing script it loads, in September 2026. The annual discount is the "2 months free" on the toggle, which works out to 16.7% on both plans (our arithmetic).

What each Salesforge plan includes

Pro is a one-seat plan built for a founder or a single rep; Growth is the team plan and the only one with the API, A/B testing and CRM integrations. Both connect unlimited mailboxes and include unlimited warm-up through Warmforge, unlimited workspaces, the Primebox unified inbox, mailbox rotation and sentiment tagging.

AI personalization credits3001,000
Email validation credits3001,000
LinkedIn social action credits3001,000

Growth adds the Salesforge API, an MCP and CLI connection for AI assistants, multi-language sequences, A/B testing, ESP matching, AI replies inside Primebox, personal onboarding and priority support. Growth is also the only plan the page lets you top up with extra contacts, emails and credits.

Active contacts are not the same as stored contacts. You can store as many as you like; the cap counts people currently moving through a sequence. A 1,000 contact cap on Pro with a four-step sequence is roughly 4,000 emails, which is why the two limits sit close together.

Is Salesforge per user?

Only Pro is limited to one user. Growth includes unlimited users at the same $96, or $80 annually, so Salesforge does not bill per seat. That matters once a second rep joins: Pro cannot add a seat, so the second person means moving to Growth, not buying another Pro.

For a team the arithmetic is kind. Three reps on Growth pay $96 a month in total, $32 each. The same three reps on a per-user tool such as Mailshake Email Outreach at $49 a seat pay $147. The catch is the shared allowance: 50,000 emails and 10,000 active contacts are split across everyone in the workspace, not granted per person.

The AI personalization credit is the number to check first

Salesforge Pro includes 5,000 emails but only 300 AI personalization credits a month, so at most about 300 prospects get an AI-written email; Growth includes 1,000 credits against 50,000 emails. Salesforge charges one credit per AI preview in a sequence, two with its Overdrive mode, and three for each AI draft in Primebox. Regenerating is free.

Extra credits are sold on Growth. The pricing calculator lists 2,000 credits for $50 a month and every further 1,000 for $40. If you want a unique AI-written email for each of 5,000 prospects a month at one credit apiece, you need 5,000 credits: the included 1,000 plus 4,000 more at $170. That puts Growth at $96 plus $170, or $266 a month (our arithmetic from the calculator's monthly prices).

Prospects written for by AI each monthSalesforge credit costSalesforge total, Growth monthly
1,000Included$96
2,000$50$146
5,000$170$266
10,000$370$466

If your sequences run on templates with merge fields, none of this applies and Salesforge is cheap. If the whole reason you are buying is a different email for every prospect, the credit line is the real price. ColdMailer's AI email personalization writes a separate message for every prospect on every plan, so 5,000 personalized emails on Pro is $99 a month with no credit meter.

What extra emails and contacts cost on Growth

Beyond the included 10,000 active contacts and 50,000 emails, Salesforge Growth sells blocks of 10,000 more active contacts plus 50,000 more emails for $86 a month each on monthly billing. The ladder in the pricing script runs to 200,000 active contacts and 1,000,000 emails.

Emails a month on GrowthMonthly pricePer 1,000 emails
50,000 (10,000 active contacts)$96$1.92
100,000 (20,000)$182$1.82
250,000 (50,000)$440$1.76
500,000 (100,000)$870$1.74

The per-email price barely moves as you scale, because each block costs the same $86. There is no volume discount on top. Validation credits and LinkedIn actions are sold the same way: 11,000 validation credits for $20 a month, and LinkedIn actions from $50 per extra 1,000.

Salesforge mailboxes and domains are a separate bill

Salesforge does not include mailboxes. You connect your own, or buy them from its sister products: Mailforge from $3, Infraforge from $4 and Primeforge from $4.50 per mailbox a month on yearly billing, with a minimum of 10 mailbox slots and .com domains at $14 a year.

Forge productWhat it sellsMailbox price, billed yearly
MailforgeShared, distributed email infrastructure$3 a mailbox a month
InfraforgePrivate infrastructure with dedicated IPs$4 a mailbox a month
PrimeforgeGoogle Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes$4.50 a mailbox a month

Slots are billed whether or not a mailbox sits in them: buy 10 and create five, and you pay for 10. Monthly billing costs more; the same default Mailforge setup showed $75 a month billed monthly against $60 billed yearly. Warm-up is included with any Salesforge plan, so Warmforge's $10 per slot price only applies if you use it on its own.

Sizing it: at 30 cold emails per mailbox per day over 22 sending days, each mailbox carries about 660 emails a month. Sending 50,000 needs 76 mailboxes across 26 domains at three per domain. That is $228 a month on Mailforge or $342 on Primeforge, plus about $30 a month in domains (our arithmetic). Our guide to how many domains cold email needs walks through the same sizing for other volumes.

What Salesforge really costs for a whole setup

A 50,000 email a month Salesforge setup costs about $338 a month all in on annual billing with Mailforge mailboxes, and about $452 with Primeforge Google and Microsoft mailboxes. The Growth subscription is the smallest line in that total.

Setup (our arithmetic)What you pay forTotal a month
Founder, 5,000 emails, annual ProPro $40, your existing inboxes$40
Team, 10,000 emails, annual GrowthGrowth $80, 16 Mailforge mailboxes $48, 6 domains $7$135
Team, 50,000 emails, annual GrowthGrowth $80, 76 Mailforge mailboxes $228, 26 domains $30$338
Team, 50,000 emails, annual GrowthGrowth $80, 76 Primeforge mailboxes $342, 26 domains $30$452
Team, 5,000 AI-written emails, monthly GrowthGrowth plus credits $266, 10 Mailforge slots $30, 3 domains $4$300

The cold email software pricing comparison runs the same all-in exercise across the rest of the market, and the calculator at the top of this page does it for ColdMailer at any volume you type.

How much is Agent Frank?

Agent Frank, Salesforge's AI SDR, is listed at $499 a month on annual billing and $599 on the shorter term, sold through a call rather than self-serve checkout. Salesforge frames it as roughly $0.25 per contact at 2,000 or more contacts a month.

Frank prospects from a 500 million contact search engine, writes and sends the outreach in autopilot or co-pilot mode, and comes with a dedicated account manager and a shared Slack channel. The page also lists an email infrastructure add-on at $416 a month for up to 1,000 active contacts. Neither line replaces your sending domains and mailboxes, so the infrastructure maths above still applies.

Salesforge pricing compared with Instantly, Smartlead and lemlist

At the entry level Salesforge Pro at $48 buys about the same 5,000 emails as Instantly Growth at $47. Around $96 the tools split: Salesforge Growth sends 50,000 emails with unlimited users, while Instantly Hyper Growth at $97 sends 125,000 and Smartlead Pro at $94 sends 90,000.

So Salesforge is not the cheapest pure sender at team volume. What it adds at that price is LinkedIn automation with unlimited senders, unlimited users and the credit pools. If your team does not use LinkedIn, Instantly's pricing and Smartlead's plans buy more email for the money. lemlist's $69 Email plan sends 50,000 with unlimited users too, and includes a lead database that Salesforge sells separately through Leadsforge at $49 a month for 2,000 credits. The annual Leadsforge plan is $588 a year, the same as 12 months, and its two free months arrive as extra credits (28,000 instead of 24,000) rather than a lower price.

Does Salesforge have a free trial?

Yes. The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan, and the Pro button signs you up directly. Leadsforge separately gives 100 free credits to test its lead search.

Use the trial to measure the two limits that decide the bill: how many AI personalization credits one real sequence burns, and how many active contacts your cadence keeps in flight. Two weeks is enough for one full sequence of four or five steps, which is enough to see both numbers.

Salesforge against ColdMailer, honestly

Salesforge is the better buy if you want sequences, warm-up, LinkedIn and a team inbox in one place at a low per-email price. ColdMailer is the better buy if you want every email written for its prospect without a credit meter, sent from SMTP you already own.

ColdMailer does one job. You connect your own SMTP inboxes, import a list, and it writes a separate message for each prospect from the details you give it. You read and edit, then send. Every email on every plan is written that way: Starter is $49 a month for 1,000, Pro $99 for 5,000 with unlimited inboxes, Enterprise $249 for 25,000, and annual billing halves each price. There is no warm-up, no LinkedIn, no follow-up sequencer and no unified inbox, and we would rather say that here than have you find out after paying.

Pick Salesforge for volume and channel breadth. Pick ColdMailer when the writing is the product you are paying for, and the SMTP you send from is already yours.
