Saleshandy Pricing 2026: Plans, Seats and the Mailbox Add-On

Saleshandy costs $41 to $189 a month, or $34 to $149 on annual billing. Most roundups still quote last year's prices. Here is every plan, the seat counts, the mailbox fees that are not in the sticker price, and the cost per 1,000 emails.

Saleshandy costs $41 a month on Starter, $99 on Pro and $189 on Scale when you pay monthly, or $34, $76 and $149 a month when you pay for the year upfront. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts, unlimited warm-up, unlimited sequences and a monthly allowance of Lead Finder credits. The prices most comparison articles quote are out of date.

We read these off saleshandy.com/pricing and the machine-readable price sheet Saleshandy publishes at saleshandy.com/pricing.md on 15 September 2026, from a US connection. That second file is worth knowing about: it is Saleshandy's own structured summary of the plan ladder, and it settles arguments that the marketing page leaves open.

Saleshandy pricing at a glance

PlanMonthlyAnnual, per month
Starter$41$34
Pro$99$76
Scale$189$149

Billed as a lump sum, the annual plans come to $408, $912 and $1,788 a year. Saleshandy notes that rates exclude applicable taxes, and that custom plans above Scale go through sales.

The annual discount is not a flat percentage, which is unusual and worth a second look. Starter saves 17.1 percent, Pro saves 23.2 percent and Scale saves 21.2 percent, by our arithmetic from those list prices. Pro is the tier where committing to a year pays best, and it is also the tier Saleshandy marks most popular.

Why most Saleshandy pricing articles quote the wrong numbers

Search for Saleshandy pricing today and you will find a stack of posts quoting Starter at $25, Pro at $69 and Scale at $139 on annual billing, with $36, $99 and $199 monthly. Those were real prices once. They are not the prices on the page now.

The monthly Pro figure of $99 happens to still be correct, which is probably why the error survived so long: one number in the row checks out and nobody re-reads the rest. Starter has moved up $9 a month on annual billing and Scale $10. If you budgeted a year of Scale from a roundup you are $120 short.

This is the normal failure mode of pricing content. Someone reads a vendor page once, the vendor reprices, and the article keeps ranking. It is the reason we date every figure we publish and say which page we read it on.

What you actually get on each plan

Saleshandy sells outreach and its B2B contact database on a single ladder, so there is no second subscription to add. Here is what separates the tiers.

LimitStarterPro
Emails a month6,000100,000
Active prospects2,00030,000
Lead Finder credits a month1,5004,000
Team seats110
Sender rotation across10 accounts100 accounts

Scale sits above both: 200,000 emails a month, unlimited active prospects under a fair usage policy, 8,000 credits a month, unlimited seats and rotation across 1,000 email accounts. It also adds whitelabel, SSO and the higher volume options that run to 300,000 and 600,000 emails on request.

Two limits are worth separating in your head. Prospect storage is unlimited on every plan; the active prospect number only counts the people sitting in live sequences at once. So a large archived database does not cost you anything. A large running campaign does.

Seats are the difference nobody mentions

Saleshandy's own price sheet is blunt about this: seats come with the plan and are never billed per user. Starter carries 1 seat, Pro carries 10 and Scale is unlimited.

That single line reshapes the comparison against per-seat tools. A five-person team on Saleshandy Pro pays $76 a month on annual billing, total. The same five people on a per-user cadence tool at $60 a seat pay $300. This is the strongest thing about Saleshandy's pricing and it is barely mentioned in the roundups, which tend to fixate on the email allowance.

The flip side is that Starter is genuinely single-user. If there are two of you, the entry price is $76 a month on annual billing, not $34.

The mailbox bill that is not in the plan price

Unlimited email accounts means unlimited accounts you connect. It does not mean free mailboxes. Cold outbound needs sending mailboxes on separate domains, and Saleshandy sells those as a separate Email Infrastructure product on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Azure.

TermPer mailbox a monthMinimum order
Annual Fixed$2.991 mailbox
Annual Flexi$3.4925 mailboxes
Quarterly$3.991 mailbox

Domains are $14 a year each and carry up to 5 mailboxes, and Saleshandy notes that a domain renews once a year while mailboxes bill on their own term. Annual Flexi is the only option that includes free mailbox replacement, and replacing a mailbox requires a new domain at $14.

Run the numbers on a realistic agency setup. Twenty-five mailboxes on Annual Flexi is $87.25 a month, and the five domains they sit on add $70 a year, about $5.83 a month. That is roughly $93 a month on top of the plan, which means a Pro account at $76 annual is really $169 a month all in. The infrastructure line more than doubles the sticker price, and it is the number to budget against.

Saleshandy cost per 1,000 emails

PlanMonthly billingAnnual billing
Starter, 6,000 emails$6.83$5.67
Pro, 100,000 emails$0.99$0.76
Scale, 200,000 emails$0.95$0.75

We divided each price by its published email allowance. The pattern is the same one every metered cold email tool has: the entry plan costs roughly seven times more per email than the tier above it, and the step from Pro to Scale barely moves the rate at all. If you are choosing between Pro and Scale, do it on seats, active prospects and whitelabel, not on cost per email, because there is almost nothing in it.

How Lead Finder credits are spent

Credits buy contact data, not sending. One credit reveals a verified work email. A verified mobile number costs 6, and because revealing a phone also reveals the email, the two together cost 7. Saleshandy charges nothing when a lookup fails to find anything, which is a fairer model than paying per query.

The database is 852 million contacts and 42 million companies, enriched through a waterfall across nine providers. On annual billing the whole year of credits is deposited upfront rather than metered monthly, so Starter gets 18,000 at once, Pro 48,000 and Scale 96,000. For a team that prospects in bursts rather than evenly, that upfront deposit is a genuine advantage.

Email verification credits are separate and one-time: 500 on Starter, 1,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Scale. Once those run out you buy top-up packs, which run from 500 to 100,000 credits.

Is there a Saleshandy free trial?

Yes. Saleshandy offers a 7-day free trial on paid plans with no credit card required, and its price sheet notes that trial sending is capped at 100 emails. That is enough to connect a mailbox, import a list and watch a sequence fire, but not enough to judge deliverability at volume. Plan the trial around testing the workflow, not the inbox placement.

Saleshandy against ColdMailer, honestly

We sell a cold email tool, so here is the fair version. Saleshandy does more than we do. It runs multi-step sequences with automated follow-ups, rotates senders across many mailboxes, warms them up, bundles a contact database and gives you a unified inbox for replies. ColdMailer does none of that. If sequences or a built-in database are why you are shopping, Saleshandy is the better buy and no comparison table should talk you out of it.

Saleshandy is also far cheaper per email above about 6,000 a month. Pro at $0.76 per 1,000 beats anything we charge.

What we do is narrower. You bring a list you already own, and ColdMailer writes a separate message for each person on it rather than filling merge fields in one template. You edit anything before it sends, and it goes through SMTP credentials you connect yourself, so the sending reputation stays yours. Starter is $29 a month for 1,000 emails, Pro is $49 for 5,000 with unlimited sending inboxes, and paying yearly costs half. There are no credits, no active prospect ceiling and no mailbox line item, because you use mailboxes you already pay for.

The honest dividing line is volume and list ownership. Under 5,000 emails a month with a list you already have, a flat-priced sender is cheaper and simpler. Above that, or if you need the database and the sequences, Saleshandy is priced well for what it does.

Who Saleshandy pricing suits

A small team, on Pro. Ten seats, 100,000 emails and 4,000 credits a month for $76 on annual billing is hard to argue with, especially with no per-user charge. This is the plan Saleshandy is really built around.

An agency, on Scale. Unlimited seats, unlimited active prospects and whitelabel at $149 a month annual is competitive against anything with a per-client fee. Scale suits agencies and the consultants who sell outbound as a productized service, since whitelabel lets the reporting carry their own brand.

Not a solo sender on Starter. At $34 a month annual for 6,000 emails you are paying $5.67 per 1,000, the worst rate on the ladder, plus mailbox fees, for a database allowance a solo operator rarely exhausts. If you already own your list, that money is better spent elsewhere.

If you are still building the shortlist, we keep a running breakdown of what cold email software costs across the market, a full teardown of Instantly pricing and its bundle math, and a look at the tools teams move to when Saleshandy stops fitting. Whichever you land on, the mailboxes underneath matter as much as the tool, so it is worth reading how to pick the right SMTP setup for cold email before you commit to a year.
