Yesware Pricing and Yesware Cost Per Seat for Every Plan
Yesware costs $15 a seat a month for Pro, $35 for Premium and $65 for Enterprise on annual billing, or $19, $45 and $85 billed monthly. Pro caps campaigns at 20 recipients a month, so outbound teams start on Premium.
Every Yesware figure was read from yesware.com/pricing in September 2026. Team totals and per-credit costs are our arithmetic.

The five things that decide your Yesware bill
Seats, not volume
Every plan is priced per seat. A rep who sends 50 emails a month costs the same as one who sends 5,000.
The campaign recipient cap
Free allows 10 campaign recipients a month and Pro 20. Unlimited campaigns start on Premium.
Salesforce or not
Inbox sidebar, email and calendar sync and list view import sit on Enterprise at $65 to $85 a seat. Without Salesforce, Premium is the ceiling.
Annual against monthly
Annual saves 21.1% to 23.5% depending on the plan, and unused time is not refunded if you cancel.
Prospector credits on top
Lead data is an add-on: 600 credits a year for $450 or 3,000 for $1,500 on annual billing, $0.75 or $0.50 a credit.
ColdMailer against Yesware for outbound email
Yesware is a tracking and campaign layer inside Gmail and Outlook with Salesforce sync. ColdMailer writes one email per prospect and sends it through SMTP inboxes you connect, after you approve it. The rows show where each is the better buy.

How to size a Yesware plan in four steps
Count the reps who need a seat
Every user is a paid seat. Multiply the plan price by that number first, then add credits.
Decide whether they run campaigns
Tracking only fits Pro. Anyone putting more than 20 people a month into campaigns needs Premium.
Check the CRM
Salesforce shops that want inbox sync need Enterprise. HubSpot or no CRM stops at Premium.
Trial before the annual plan
Run the 14-day trial on a real campaign. Annual saves up to 23.5%, but unused months are not refunded.
How much does Yesware cost?
Yesware costs $15 per seat a month for Pro, $35 for Premium and $65 for Enterprise when billed annually. Billed monthly, the same plans are $19, $45 and $85 per seat. There is also a Free plan at $0 with 10 campaign recipients a month.
Every paid plan is priced per seat, so a team pays the list price once for every rep who uses it. Yesware says the annual plan saves up to 23%, and that annual billing is the only discount it offers: no nonprofit plan, no student plan. Payment is by card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), not PayPal, and there is a 14-day trial.
We read every figure on this page from yesware.com/pricing in September 2026. Team totals, per-credit costs and the discount percentage for each plan are our arithmetic, not numbers Yesware publishes.
What each Yesware plan includes
The plans split on two things: how many people you can put into campaigns each month, and whether you need Salesforce inside your inbox. Tracking is unlimited from Pro upward.
| Plan, monthly / annual per seat | Campaign recipients a month | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Free, $0 | 10 | Basic open and attachment tracking, meeting scheduler, email support |
| Pro, $19 / $15 | 20 | Unlimited open, link and attachment tracking, personal activity and recipient engagement reports, phone support |
| Premium, $45 / $35 | Unlimited | Unlimited campaigns and teams, shared templates and campaigns, team reporting, central billing, Yesware branding removed |
| Enterprise, $85 / $65 | Unlimited | Salesforce inbox sidebar, email, reply and calendar sync, list view import, Salesforce single sign-on, trusted IP ranges |
The Free plan's tracking features carry a footnote in Yesware's own comparison table: they are limited to emails sent less than 24 hours ago. Yesware runs as a Chrome extension for Gmail and as an add-on for Outlook, and it works without Salesforce on every plan except that the Salesforce features themselves sit on Enterprise.
The 20-recipient cap that decides your Yesware plan
If you plan to run cold email campaigns in Yesware, Pro is not really an option. It caps campaign recipients at 20 a month, which is one short list, not a prospecting program. Unlimited campaign recipients start on Premium at $35 a seat on annual billing or $45 monthly.
That changes the real entry price. Yesware's headline figure is $15, but that buys a tracking tool: you see opens, clicks and attachment views on emails you write one at a time. The moment a rep wants to put 200 prospects into a multi-step campaign, the plan that allows it costs more than twice as much.
So the useful question for an outbound team is not "Pro or Premium" but "Premium or Enterprise", and that turns entirely on Salesforce. If your reps log activity in Salesforce and you want it synced from the inbox without copy and paste, Enterprise is the plan. If you run HubSpot, another CRM or none at all, Premium is where you stop.
The annual discount is different on every plan
Yesware advertises "up to 23%" off for annual billing, and that ceiling applies only to Enterprise. Pro saves 21.1%, Premium 22.2% and Enterprise 23.5% (our arithmetic from the listed prices).
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual, per seat a year |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | $19 a month, $228 a year | $180, saves $48 (21.1%) |
| Premium | $45 a month, $540 a year | $420, saves $120 (22.2%) |
| Enterprise | $85 a month, $1,020 a year | $780, saves $240 (23.5%) |
Read the refund policy before you commit a year. Yesware's pricing FAQ says that because it is subscription-based, no refunds are provided for the unused remainder of a term when you cancel; the plan simply stays active until it ends. On an annual Enterprise seat that is $780 per rep locked in on day one. Running the 14-day trial on a real campaign first is the cheap way to find out whether the team will actually use it.
Yesware pricing for a team, from one seat to ten
Five reps on Premium cost $225 a month billed monthly or $175 a month on annual billing, which is $2,100 a year. The same five on Enterprise are $425 monthly or $325 on annual, $3,900 a year.
| Seats | Premium, monthly / annual per month | Enterprise, monthly / annual per month |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $45 / $35 | $85 / $65 |
| 3 | $135 / $105 | $255 / $195 |
| 5 | $225 / $175 | $425 / $325 |
| 10 | $450 / $350 | $850 / $650 |
These are totals before any lead data. Nothing in the seat price changes with volume: a rep who sends 50 emails a month and one who sends 5,000 cost the same. That is the right model for a team where everyone lives in their inbox all day, and an expensive one if only one or two people really run outbound while the rest only need tracking.
Yesware Prospector credits and what a contact really costs
Yesware sells lead data as an add-on called Prospector, drawn from a database it describes as 100+ million B2B contacts. On annual billing, Starter is $37.50 a month for 600 credits a year and Growth is $125 a month for 3,000 credits a year.
Worked out per credit, Starter is $450 a year for 600 credits, or $0.75 each, and Growth is $1,500 a year for 3,000 credits, or $0.50 each (our arithmetic). Credits are shared across the team and cover email addresses, direct phone numbers, list export and one-click add to campaign.
Two caveats from the page itself. It shows $49.50 a month beside both tiers for monthly billing, which cannot be right for the tier that costs $125 on annual, and it lists the monthly allowance as 50 and 250 credits in one table and 40 and 200 in another. We have used only the annual figures above. Confirm the monthly price with Yesware before you buy that way.
For comparison, 600 contacts a year is 50 a month, enough for a rep who hand-picks accounts, not for a volume campaign. If lead data is the main thing you are buying, a dedicated data tool usually costs less per contact; our Hunter.io pricing breakdown and Apollo pricing page work that out per credit.
Is Yesware free?
Yesware has a Free plan at $0 a seat, but it is built as a taster: basic open and attachment tracking limited to emails sent in the last 24 hours, a meeting scheduler, and 10 campaign recipients a month. Paid plans start at $15 a seat on annual billing.
Every paid plan also has a 14-day trial. For a sales team, the trial is the useful part. Ten campaign recipients a month is enough to see how campaigns work, not enough to run outreach.
Does Yesware work for cold email?
Yesware can run cold email campaigns on Premium and Enterprise, sending from each rep's own Gmail or Outlook mailbox. It is strongest as a tracking and follow-up layer for reps who write their own emails, and weaker as a volume cold email engine.
Three limits matter for cold outreach. First, every email goes out from the rep's everyday work mailbox, so the daily sending limits of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 apply, and any reputation damage lands on the address the rep also uses for customers. Second, the plan table lists no warm-up, no mailbox rotation and no separate sending domains, the things dedicated cold email tools are built around. Third, personalization is template-based with merge fields; each email is not written for its reader.
Where Yesware is genuinely good is the other side of the job: knowing who opened a proposal, when an attachment was viewed, which template gets replies, and logging it all to Salesforce. Multi-channel campaigns with call and LinkedIn touches are on the paid plans too, which ColdMailer does not offer.
Yesware pricing compared with Mixmax, Mailshake and GMass
Yesware is the cheapest of the inbox-based sales tools at entry, $15 a seat, but its campaign plan at $35 sits close to the others. Mixmax needs $49 a seat on annual billing for real sequence volume, Mailshake $45 on annual for unlimited sends.
| Tool | Plan with real campaign volume | Price per seat, annual / monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Yesware | Premium, unlimited campaign recipients | $35 / $45 |
| Mixmax | Engagement Copilot, 1,500 sequence recipients | $49 / $65 |
| Mailshake | Email Outreach, unlimited sends | $45 / $49 |
On Gmail with deeper sequence rules, Mixmax is the usual rival; we price it tier by tier on our Mixmax pricing page, and put the two side by side in Yesware vs Mixmax pricing. Mailshake adds a dialer on its Sales Engagement plan, covered on our Mailshake pricing page. For the full market, including tools that bill by volume instead of seats, see cold email software pricing.
Yesware against ColdMailer, honestly
They solve different parts of outbound. Yesware tracks and sequences the emails your reps write in Gmail or Outlook and syncs them to Salesforce. ColdMailer writes a separate email for each prospect on your list and sends it through SMTP inboxes you connect, after you approve it.
ColdMailer does not bill per seat. Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 emails and 2 sending inboxes, Pro is $99 for 5,000 emails and unlimited inboxes, and Enterprise is $249 for 25,000. On annual billing those drop to $24.50, $49.50 and $124.50 a month. A new account gets 25 free emails to try, no card.
For one rep, Yesware Premium on annual ($35) costs more than ColdMailer Starter on annual ($24.50) but less than ColdMailer Pro ($49.50). For two reps on monthly billing, Premium is $90 against ColdMailer Pro at $99. At three reps the order flips: $135 a month for Yesware Premium against $99 for 5,000 emails shared by the whole team (our arithmetic).
What you give up with ColdMailer is real: it has no open tracking, no meeting scheduler, no Salesforce sync and no multi-step follow-up sequences today. If your reps need those, Yesware or Mixmax is the better buy. If the job is getting a well-researched first email in front of a few thousand prospects a month from inboxes that are not your reps' main addresses, ColdMailer is built for exactly that.

Yesware pricing questions, answered

For a rep who lives in Gmail or Outlook and needs to know when prospects open emails and attachments, yes, Pro at $15 to $19 a seat is inexpensive tracking. For cold email campaigns it is worth it only on Premium or above, because Pro caps campaigns at 20 recipients a month.
Yes. Every Yesware plan is priced per seat, and the number of users on the plan sets the bill. Five reps on Premium are $175 a month on annual billing or $225 billed monthly (our arithmetic from the listed seat prices).
Pro is for one seller: unlimited tracking, personal reports and 20 campaign recipients a month. Premium adds unlimited campaigns and teams, shared templates and campaigns, team reporting, central billing and removal of Yesware branding. Premium is $35 against $15 on annual billing.
Yes. Yesware offers a 14-day free trial, and it also keeps a Free plan at $0 a seat with basic tracking and 10 campaign recipients a month. There is no nonprofit or student discount; annual billing is the only discount.
Not for unused time. Yesware's pricing FAQ says it is subscription-based and provides no refunds for the unused remainder of a term when you cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, so test on the trial before paying annually.
No. Yesware works without Salesforce on Free, Pro and Premium. The Salesforce inbox sidebar, email and calendar sync, bi-directional activity sync and list view import are Enterprise features, at $65 a seat on annual billing or $85 monthly.
If you mainly need tracking, Yesware Pro is already cheap. For volume cold email across a team, a tool that bills by emails instead of seats usually costs less once you pass two or three reps; ColdMailer Pro is $99 a month for 5,000 personalized emails with no per-seat charge.
