Mixmax Pricing and Cost per User, Every Plan and Add-on

Mixmax costs $29 per user a month for Inbox Copilot, $49 for Engagement Copilot and $89 for the full Mixmax Suite on annual billing, or $34, $65 and $105 billed monthly. Sequences to more than 100 people a month start on Engagement Copilot, which covers 1,500 sequence recipients per user.

Every Mixmax figure was read from mixmax.com/pricing in September 2026. Team totals, per-recipient costs and discount percentages are our arithmetic.

Features

The five things that decide your Mixmax bill

Seats, not volume

Every Mixmax plan is priced per user. A five person team pays five times the list price, whatever it sends.

Recipients, not emails

One recipient is one person in a sequence, with every follow-up to that person included. Engagement and Suite cap it at 1,500 a month.

Which Copilot has sequences

Inbox Copilot at $29 stops at 100 sequence recipients a month. Real outbound volume starts on Engagement Copilot at $49.

Annual against monthly

The gap is $5 a month on Inbox Copilot and $16 on Engagement and Suite, so the yearly commitment matters most on the plans that send.

Add-ons on top

Extra recipients run $19 to $59 a month on annual billing, and custom branding with your own tracking domain is $9 per paid seat.

How it works

How to size a Mixmax plan in four steps

Step 01

Count the people who need a seat

Every rep who sends from Mixmax is a paid user. Multiply the plan price by that number before anything else.

Step 02

Count new sequence recipients

Up to 100 a month per user fits Inbox Copilot. Above that you need Engagement Copilot or Suite, which cover 1,500 each.

Step 03

Decide whether you need CRM sync and recording

Full Salesforce sync without activity limits, meeting recording and calendar round robin sit on Suite at $89.

Step 04

Run the trial on a real sequence

The 14-day trial is the full Suite with no card. Watch how many recipients one rep actually enrolls before you pick a Copilot.

How much does Mixmax cost?

Mixmax costs $29 per user a month for Inbox Copilot, $49 per user for Engagement Copilot and $89 per user for Mixmax Suite when billed annually. Billed monthly, the same plans are $34, $65 and $105 per user. Mixmax for Teams, for five or more users, is quoted by sales.

There is also a Free plan at $0 with 20 tracked emails and 50 sequence recipients a month. You cannot sign up for it directly: every account starts on a 14-day trial of the full Suite with no card, then either moves to a paid plan or drops to Free when the trial ends.

Meeting Copilot appears in the plan table but has no standalone price. It comes as part of the Suite. We read every figure on this page from mixmax.com/pricing in September 2026. Team totals, per-recipient costs and discount percentages are our arithmetic, not numbers Mixmax publishes.

What each Mixmax plan includes

The plans split by job rather than by volume. Inbox Copilot is tracking and inbox tools, Engagement Copilot is sequences, and Suite is both plus meetings and full CRM sync.

Plan, annual / monthly per userSequence recipients a monthWhat it is for
Free, $05020 tracked emails, scheduling links, reminders
Inbox Copilot, $29 / $34100Unlimited tracking, inbox categorization, smart send and compose
Engagement Copilot, $49 / $651,500Email and multichannel sequences, AI sequence builder, LinkedIn extension, delegated sending
Mixmax Suite, $89 / $1051,500Both Copilots plus meeting recording, summaries, round robin and full Salesforce sync
Mixmax for Teams, quote3,000Suite plus dialer, Salesforce Insights, custom branding, advanced rules, 5+ users

Salesforce sync is listed on Inbox and Engagement Copilot with activity sync limits, and without that qualifier on Suite. HubSpot sync, Zapier, Slack rules and the Mixmax API are listed on the Copilots too, so a team that only needs HubSpot does not have to buy Suite for the integration alone.

The annual discount is not the same on every plan

Paying yearly saves 24.6% on Engagement Copilot but only 14.7% on Inbox Copilot and 15.2% on Suite. In dollars, that is $192 a year per user on Engagement and Suite, and $60 on Inbox.

PlanMonthly against annual, per userSaved per user a year
Inbox Copilot$34 against $29$60 (14.7%)
Engagement Copilot$65 against $49$192 (24.6%)
Mixmax Suite$105 against $89$192 (15.2%)

Most pricing roundups repeat a single discount figure, and that hides the one plan where the yearly bill moves the most. If the team needs sequences but not meeting recording, Engagement Copilot on annual billing is where Mixmax is cheapest relative to its list price. Percentages here are our arithmetic from the published prices.

Mixmax pricing for a team, from one seat to ten

Because Mixmax bills per user, the team size decides the bill. Five users on Suite cost $445 a month on annual billing and $525 billed monthly. Ten users on Engagement Copilot cost $490 a month on annual billing.

UsersEngagement, annual / monthlySuite, annual / monthly
1$49 / $65$89 / $105
3$147 / $195$267 / $315
5$245 / $325$445 / $525
10$490 / $650$890 / $1,050

At five or more users Mixmax also offers Mixmax for Teams, which doubles the included sequence recipients to 3,000 per user and adds the dialer and Salesforce Insights. It has no public price, so the only way to compare it is a quote. Totals in this table are our arithmetic, before custom branding and recipient add-ons.

Mixmax charges per recipient, not per email

A Mixmax sequence recipient is one person you enroll in a sequence in a month, and every follow-up to that person is included. So 1,500 recipients on a four-step sequence can mean up to 6,000 emails without touching the cap.

That is a different meter from most cold email tools, which count emails sent or contacts stored. It makes Mixmax generous for long sequences and tight for wide ones. A rep who wants to reach 3,000 new people a month with a single email hits the cap halfway, while a rep sending seven touches to 1,500 people does not.

Our arithmetic on cost per 1,000 recipients: Engagement Copilot is $32.67 on annual billing and $43.33 monthly, Suite is $59.33 and $70.00, and Inbox Copilot works out at $290 on annual because it only covers 100 recipients. If you need volume rather than inbox tools, Inbox Copilot is the most expensive way to get it.

Mixmax add-on pricing for more recipients and branding

Extra sequence recipients cost $19 a month for 1,500 more, $39 for 5,000 more and $59 for 15,000 more on annual billing, or $25, $45 and $75 billed monthly. They are available on Engagement Copilot and Suite only.

Add-onAnnual / monthlyCost per 1,000 added (our arithmetic)
+1,500 recipients a month$19 / $25$12.67 / $16.67
+5,000 recipients a month$39 / $45$7.80 / $9.00
+15,000 recipients a month$59 / $75$3.93 / $5.00

The largest block is the cheapest per recipient by a wide margin, so a rep who needs 5,000 extra should compare it against the 15,000 block, which costs $20 more a month on annual billing for three times the room. Engagement Copilot plus the 15,000 block is $108 a month on annual for 16,500 recipients, about $6.55 per 1,000.

Custom branding and custom domains, which put your own domain on tracking and calendar links, cost $9 a month on annual or $12 monthly per paid seat on every Copilot. Tracking links on a shared vendor domain are a common deliverability complaint, so budget this line if deliverability matters. The dialer, SMS and local presence add-ons do not have published prices.

Is Mixmax free?

Mixmax has a Free plan, but you only reach it after a 14-day trial of the full Suite, and it is limited to 20 tracked emails and 50 sequence recipients a month. No card is needed for the trial, and the account moves to Free automatically if you do not pick a paid plan.

For a seller, Free is a way to keep scheduling links and reminders, not a way to run outbound. At 50 recipients a month it covers roughly two new prospects a working day.

Does Mixmax work for cold email?

Mixmax can send cold sequences from each rep's Gmail account, and Engagement Copilot adds the AI sequence builder, personalization variables and LinkedIn tasks. It is built as an engagement layer for a sales team, so volume is capped per user and the sending mailbox is the rep's own.

That suits account executives who work a named list and want tracking, meetings and CRM activity in one place. It suits less well a team that wants to spread volume across many sending mailboxes and domains, which is how most dedicated cold email software is built. If your main question is mailbox count and cost per email, our cold email software pricing comparison puts the per-email tools side by side.

Mixmax pricing compared with Mailshake, GMass and lemlist

Mixmax is priced like the other per-seat tools rather than like the volume senders. One user on Engagement Copilot at $65 monthly sits between Mailshake Email Outreach at $49 and Mailshake Sales Engagement at $99, while lemlist's Email plan is $69 flat for the whole team.

Tool and planMonthly priceHow the price scales
Mixmax Engagement Copilot$65 per userPer user, 1,500 recipients each
Mailshake Email Outreach$49 per userPer user, unlimited sends
lemlist Email$69 flatUnlimited users, 50,000 emails

For a team of five, lemlist Email stays at $69 while Mixmax Engagement is $325 billed monthly. The per-seat tools only win when each seat buys something the flat tools lack, which for Mixmax means the Gmail-native tracking, scheduling and CRM work. See Mailshake pricing per user, GMass pricing and lemlist pricing for the full plan tables.

Mixmax against ColdMailer, honestly

Choose Mixmax if your reps live in Gmail and need tracking, meeting scheduling, follow-up sequences and Salesforce or HubSpot sync under one login. Choose ColdMailer if the job is writing a separate first email for every prospect on a list and sending it from your own SMTP, with no charge per seat.

ColdMailer does less than Mixmax around the email. It has no sequences, no meeting tools and no CRM sync. What it does is read each prospect, draft a message for that person, let you edit and approve it, and send it through the inbox you connect. Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 emails with two sending inboxes, Pro is $99 for 5,000 with unlimited inboxes, and annual billing halves both.

Some teams run both: Mixmax for the reps who manage live deals, and ColdMailer for the first touch on new accounts. If that is the setup you are pricing, the sales engagement platform comparison and the email tracking software roundup cover the rest of the stack.
