PlusVibe Pricing Plans with Credits, Yearly Rates and Cost per Email
PlusVibe costs $37 a month for 25,000 emails on Personal and $77 for 150,000 on Business, with Agency from $497. A credit selector raises those to as much as $58 and $220, yearly billing takes two months off, and mailboxes are a separate bill.
Every PlusVibe figure was read from plusvibe.ai/pricing. Cost per 1,000 emails, credit costs and all-in totals are our arithmetic.

What PlusVibe actually bills you for
A plan sized by emails
Personal allows 25,000 emails a month, Business 150,000 and Agency 500,000 or more. The allowance is fixed per plan and does not grow with the credit tier.
A credit tier inside the plan
Credits pay for email finding, verification, scraping and AI personalization. Personal offers 1,000 to 7,000 a month, Business 3,000 to 50,000, and each step raises the price.
Active leads
Campaigns can hold 30,000 active leads on Personal and 100,000 on Business. Stored leads are capped at 300,000 and 1,000,000.
Workspaces, not seats
There is no per-user price. Personal and Business include one workspace, and extra workspaces start at $29 a month.
Mailboxes and setup
Inboxes are not part of any plan. PlusVibe's setup service lists Google Workspace at $4 and Microsoft 365 at $4.50 per inbox a month.
Placement testing
Inbox placement tests are a separate product at $19, $39 or $89 a month for 300, 1,000 or 5,000 test credits.
PlusVibe and ColdMailer priced side by side
PlusVibe is a high-volume sequencing platform with warm-up and enrichment built in. ColdMailer sends a smaller number of individually written emails from the inbox you already own. The prices reflect that difference.

How to work out what PlusVibe will cost you
Count emails, not leads
Multiply your monthly leads by the steps in your sequence. Under 25,000 emails fits Personal. Anything above it needs Business, since there is no overage price.
Add up the credits you will burn
Two verifications or five AI personalizations per credit, one credit per email found. Pick the tier that covers the total, then read the price for that tier.
Price the mailboxes separately
Divide daily sends by what one inbox can safely carry, then price those inboxes with your provider or the $4 to $4.50 setup service.
Decide on yearly last
Two months off saves $74 on Personal and $154 on Business at the base tier. Commit after a month or two of stable sending.
How much does PlusVibe cost?
PlusVibe costs $37 a month for the Personal plan with 25,000 emails, $77 a month for Business with 150,000 emails, and from $497 a month for Agency with 500,000 or more. Paying yearly takes two months off, which brings the entry prices to $30.80, $64.20 and $415 a month. Those are the lowest price on each plan. Both self-serve plans have a credit selector, and moving it raises the price to as much as $58 on Personal and $220 on Business.
| Plan | Monthly, lowest credit tier | Emails and active leads |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | $37 ($30.80 on yearly) | 25,000 emails, 30,000 active leads |
| Business | $77 ($64.20 on yearly) | 150,000 emails, 100,000 active leads |
| Agency | From $497 (from $415 on yearly) | 500,000+ emails, 1,000,000+ active leads |
Every figure on this page was read from plusvibe.ai/pricing. PlusVibe is the new name of pipl.ai, so older reviews that quote pipl.ai plans describe the same product. The cost per 1,000 emails, the credit arithmetic and the comparisons with other tools are ours.
PlusVibe Personal and Business pricing at every credit tier
The plan decides how many emails you can send. The credit tier decides how much lead finding, verification and AI personalization you can do, and it is the only thing that moves the price inside a plan. Personal has four tiers and Business has five.
| Plan and credits | Monthly | Yearly, per month |
|---|---|---|
| Personal, 1,000 credits | $37 | $30.80 |
| Personal, 3,000 credits | $45 | $37.50 |
| Personal, 5,000 credits | $52 | $43.30 |
| Personal, 7,000 credits | $58 | $48.30 |
| Business, 3,000 credits | $77 | $64.20 |
| Business, 7,000 credits | $92 | $76.70 |
| Business, 15,000 credits | $119 | $99.20 |
| Business, 30,000 credits | $165 | $137.50 |
| Business, 50,000 credits | $220 | $183.40 |
The email allowance does not change with the credit tier. A Personal account sends 25,000 emails a month whether it pays $37 or $58, and a Business account sends 150,000 whether it pays $77 or $220. One detail to watch on the yearly view: the small labels next to each tier still show the monthly increments ($8, $15, $21), while the yearly prices actually step up by $6.70, $12.50 and $17.50 a month on Personal.
What a PlusVibe enrichment credit buys
One PlusVibe credit buys one business email found, one LinkedIn profile scraped, two email verifications, five websites scraped or five AI personalizations. The pricing page shows this as a conversion grid under the plans. For 1,000 credits it lists 2,000 verifications, or 5,000 websites scraped, or 5,000 AI personalizations, or 1,000 business emails found, or 1,000 LinkedIn profiles.
| Extra credits over the base tier | Added cost a month | Per 1,000 credits (ours) |
|---|---|---|
| Personal, 2,000 more | $8 | $4.00 |
| Personal, 6,000 more | $21 | $3.50 |
| Business, 4,000 more | $15 | $3.75 |
| Business, 12,000 more | $42 | $3.50 |
| Business, 27,000 more | $88 | $3.26 |
| Business, 47,000 more | $143 | $3.04 |
At $3.04 to $4.00 per 1,000 credits, a verification costs about a fifth of a cent and an AI personalization less than a tenth of a cent. That is cheap. The practical limit is the ceiling: Personal stops at 7,000 credits, which covers 14,000 verifications or 35,000 personalizations but not both for a full list.
A worked example. Say you fill Personal's 25,000 emails with a three-step sequence, so about 8,300 leads. Verifying each lead takes 4,150 credits and one AI opening line each takes 1,660. That is 5,810 credits, so the tier you need is 7,000 at $58, not the $37 on the plan card.
PlusVibe cost per 1,000 emails
Filled to its allowance, PlusVibe Personal costs $1.48 per 1,000 emails and Business costs $0.51. On yearly billing those fall to $1.23 and $0.43. Agency at its $497 starting price and 500,000 emails works out to $0.99 per 1,000, almost twice the Business rate.
| Plan | Per 1,000 emails, monthly | Per 1,000 emails, yearly |
|---|---|---|
| Personal, $37 | $1.48 | $1.23 |
| Business, $77 | $0.51 | $0.43 |
| Agency, from $497 | $0.99 | $0.83 |
So Agency is not a volume discount. It is priced on what agencies need to keep clients apart: an isolated sending server, dedicated connector IPs, a workspace per client and white-labeling. A team that only needs more sends gets a better unit price by staying on Business.
These are our figures, and they assume you use the whole allowance. An account that sends 5,000 emails on Personal is paying $7.40 per 1,000.
PlusVibe yearly pricing and the two months off
Yearly billing on PlusVibe costs ten months for twelve, a 16.7% discount. Personal at the base tier is $370 for the year against $444 paid monthly, and Business is $770 against $924. The same ratio holds on every credit tier we checked.
| Plan, base tier | Twelve months paid monthly | One year paid up front |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | $444 | $370 |
| Business | $924 | $770 |
| Agency | From $5,964 | From about $4,970 |
The saving is $74 a year on Personal and $154 on Business. That is modest next to the commitment, so the usual advice holds: run a month or two on monthly billing, confirm your mailboxes hold their inbox placement at your volume, and switch to yearly once the campaign is stable.
Does PlusVibe have a free trial?
Yes. PlusVibe has a 14-day trial with 1,000 emails, up to three connected email accounts and warm-up on three inboxes. The page lists the trial's enrichment credits as 100 on one card and 300 on another, so treat the lower number as the safe one.
A thousand emails over two weeks is enough to test deliverability on three mailboxes and to see the sequence builder and unified inbox in use. It is not enough to judge reply rates on a real campaign, so plan the trial around setup questions: do your mailboxes connect cleanly, does warm-up behave, and does the reporting show what you need.
PlusVibe vs Instantly on price
PlusVibe is cheaper than Instantly at the entry level and gives five times the sending volume: $37 for 25,000 emails against Instantly Growth at $47 for 5,000. One step up, PlusVibe Business is $77 for 150,000 emails and Instantly Hypergrowth is $97 for 125,000.
| Compared at | PlusVibe | Instantly |
|---|---|---|
| Entry plan | Personal $37, 25,000 emails | Growth $47, 5,000 emails |
| Entry, per 1,000 emails | $1.48 | $9.40 |
| Second plan | Business $77, 150,000 emails | Hypergrowth $97, 125,000 emails |
| Second plan, per 1,000 | $0.51 | $0.78 |
| Lead limit on second plan | 100,000 active leads | 25,000 uploaded contacts |
| Yearly discount | Two months off, 16.7% | 20% |
Instantly's yearly discount is deeper, which narrows the gap: Hypergrowth is $77.60 a month on annual billing against $64.20 for PlusVibe Business. PlusVibe still comes out ahead on listed price at both levels. Where Instantly wins is outside the price list: a much larger user base, more third-party tutorials and integrations, and its own lead database sold as a separate credit plan. Our Instantly pricing breakdown has that full ladder.
What PlusVibe charges for outside the plans
Three things sit beside the Outreach plans and are billed separately: extra workspaces, done-for-you mailbox setup and inbox placement testing.
| Extra | Listed price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Extra workspace | From $29 a month | A separate workspace for a team or client; included on Agency |
| Google Workspace inbox setup | $4 per inbox a month | Mailboxes, domains and DNS configured for you |
| Microsoft 365 inbox setup | $4.50 per inbox a month | The same service on Microsoft mailboxes |
| Azure infrastructure | $49 per domain a month | Dedicated IP setup aimed at agencies |
| Custom setup | $1,500 a month | Multi-domain, CRM-integrated builds |
| Placement test Starter | $19 a month | 300 test credits |
| Placement test Growth | $39 a month | 1,000 test credits |
| Placement test Scale | $89 a month | 5,000 test credits |
Mailboxes are the line most budgets miss. PlusVibe connects any email provider, but the plan does not include the inboxes themselves. Twenty Google Workspace inboxes through the done-for-you service are $80 a month, more than the Business plan they would send through. PlusVibe also lists a fully managed outreach service at $9,876 a month, which is an agency retainer, not software. If you are sizing the mailbox side, our guide to how many domains and mailboxes cold email needs covers the counts.
Does PlusVibe charge per user?
No per-seat price appears anywhere on PlusVibe's pricing page. Plans are priced by email volume and credits, and the feature table lists unlimited team members. What is limited is workspaces: Personal and Business come with one, and more start at $29 a month each.
For an in-house sales team that is a good deal, since five reps cost the same as one. For an agency it matters more, because one workspace per client at $29 adds up. Ten extra client workspaces add $290 to Business, about $367 a month before credits, which is the point where the Agency plan at $497, with client workspaces and white-labeling included, starts to make sense.
PlusVibe against ColdMailer, honestly
PlusVibe is the cheaper tool per email by a wide margin. ColdMailer Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 emails and Pro is $99 for 5,000, against PlusVibe's $37 for 25,000. If your plan is high-volume sequences across dozens of warmed mailboxes, PlusVibe is priced for that and ColdMailer is not.
ColdMailer is built for a different way of sending. You connect the Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or SMTP inbox you already own, import a list, and the AI writes a separate email for every prospect, which you can read and edit before anything goes out. That writing is part of the plan, with no credit meter running next to it. You get a delivery result for each prospect, and a send limit you set yourself.
Teams choose it when the list is small and each account is worth real money: a few hundred to a few thousand named prospects where a careful first email beats a fourth follow-up. In that case the cost that matters is per conversation started, and AI email personalization for every prospect is the feature doing the work. If your numbers look more like 100,000 sends a month, buy a volume platform. Our cold email software pricing comparison lines up the main ones.
Which buyers PlusVibe pricing works well for
Volume senders on a budget
25,000 emails for $37 is among the lowest entry rates in the category, with warm-up and a unified inbox included.
Teams that want one bill for data and sending
Email finding, verification and AI lines come out of the same credit pool, so there is no separate verifier subscription.
In-house sales teams
With no per-seat price, adding reps costs nothing. Only extra workspaces are charged.
Lead generation agencies
Agency from $497 isolates each client on its own sending setup with white-labeling, which Business cannot do.
Developers and ops teams
Business at $77 adds API access, webhooks and Zapier or Make triggers for building outreach into other systems.
Who it fits less well
Teams sending a few hundred carefully written emails a month pay for volume and credits they will not use.
