QuickMail Pricing: Starter, Growth and Agency Plans, Cost per Email

QuickMail costs $49 a month for Starter, $99 for Growth and $299 for Agency, with unlimited users and senders on every plan. Starter stops at 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails, Growth at 25,000 and 100,000, Agency at 100,000 and 500,000. Mailboxes and domains are billed separately, and there is no published annual discount.

Every QuickMail figure was read from quickmail.com/pricing and its pricing FAQ in September 2026. Per-email costs, workspace totals and all-in setups are our arithmetic.

Features

The five things that decide your QuickMail bill

Contacts, not emails

Starter sends 5,000 emails but holds 1,000 contacts. Most teams hit the contact cap first, and that moves them to Growth.

No per-seat charge

Every plan covers unlimited users. Adding a rep costs nothing; adding prospects does.

Workspaces for agencies

Agency includes two and charges $49 for each one after that. It beats separate Growth accounts from five clients up.

Mailboxes you pay for elsewhere

QuickMail sends through your own Google or Microsoft inboxes. At 100,000 emails, mailboxes cost more than the plan.

Monthly only

No annual discount is published, so rivals that cut 17% to 23% for a year pull ahead on yearly billing.

How it works

How to size a QuickMail plan in four steps

Step 01

Count the prospects you will load

Up to 1,000 fits Starter. More than that means Growth at $99, whatever your email volume.

Step 02

Count the emails per prospect

Multiply prospects by the touches in your sequence. Growth covers 100,000 a month, Agency 500,000.

Step 03

Size mailboxes and domains

Plan on about 660 emails per mailbox a month and three mailboxes per domain, then price them with your provider.

Step 04

Use the trial on a real list

Run the 14-day trial on one live campaign. The card is not charged when it ends, so check the contact cap before you pick a plan.

How much does QuickMail cost?

QuickMail costs $49 a month for Starter, $99 a month for Growth and $299 a month for Agency. Starter covers 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails sent a month, Growth 25,000 contacts and 100,000 emails, and Agency 100,000 contacts, 500,000 emails and two workspaces, with extra workspaces at $49 each.

Every plan includes unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts, unlimited users, the MailFlow AutoWarmer and Zapier. The API arrives on Growth and webhooks on Agency. Mailboxes and domains are not part of the subscription: QuickMail sends through the Gmail, Outlook or SMTP inboxes you connect, so those are a second bill.

We read these prices from quickmail.com/pricing in September 2026. The page shows monthly prices only. Every per-1,000 figure, workspace total and all-in setup cost on this page is our arithmetic, not a number QuickMail publishes.

What each QuickMail plan includes

The three plans share the same feature list and differ mainly on volume: Growth gives 25 times the contacts and 20 times the emails of Starter for about twice the price.

Plan and priceContacts and emails a monthAdds
Starter, $491,000 uploaded contacts, 5,000 emailsUnlimited senders, LinkedIn accounts and users, AutoWarmer, Zapier
Growth, $9925,000 uploaded contacts, 100,000 emailsAPI, priority support
Agency, $299100,000 uploaded contacts, 500,000 emails2 workspaces (+$49 each), webhooks

Per 1,000 emails, that works out to $9.80 on Starter, $0.99 on Growth and about $0.60 on Agency when each plan is filled. Starter is by far the most expensive way to send a QuickMail email, and it is also the plan most small teams outgrow first, because of the contact cap covered below.

Why many QuickMail pricing articles quote $89 and $129

Older roundups list QuickMail as Basic $49, Pro $89 and Expert $129, with 30,000 emails on the entry plan. Those plans are no longer on the pricing page. The current lineup is Starter $49, Growth $99 and Agency $299.

The change cuts both ways. The entry price is the same $49, but the entry allowance is smaller: 5,000 emails and 1,000 contacts, not 30,000 emails and 10,000 contacts. At the other end, a single $99 Growth plan now covers 100,000 emails, which under the old lineup needed a higher tier. If you budgeted from a review, redo the sum from the live page before you enter a card.

The 1,000-contact limit on Starter is the number to check first

QuickMail Starter allows 1,000 uploaded contacts against 5,000 emails a month, so it suits a campaign of up to 1,000 prospects with about five touches each. The 1,001st prospect means Growth at $99.

The pricing page labels the limit "Uploaded Contacts" and does not say whether it refills monthly or counts every contact you have ever loaded. That difference decides whether Starter lasts one campaign or a year of them, so ask QuickMail support before you plan around it. Instantly has the same shape on its Growth plan (1,000 contacts, 5,000 emails) and its help center states that its contact cap is a fixed total, not a monthly refill.

For a founder writing to a few hundred accounts a month, Starter is enough. For an SDR team loading a new list every week, it is a trial of the product rather than a working plan, and the real budget line is $99.

Does QuickMail charge per user?

No. QuickMail does not charge per seat. Every plan, including the $49 Starter, includes unlimited users, and each person gets their own login.

That is the main difference from per-user tools. Five reps on QuickMail Growth cost $99 in total, about $19.80 each. The same five reps on lemlist Multichannel cost $545 a month, and on Mailshake Email Outreach $245. The catch is that all users share one pool of contacts and emails, so a large team can hit the Growth ceiling of 100,000 emails before it hits any seat limit.

QuickMail Agency pricing: when the workspace fee pays off

Agency costs $299 a month with two workspaces and $49 for each additional one. On price alone it beats separate Growth accounts from five clients upward; at four clients the two routes cost about the same.

Clients (one workspace each)Agency planSeparate Growth accounts
2$299$198
3$348$297
4$397$396
5$446$495
10$691$990
20$1,181$1,980

Totals are our arithmetic. The Agency plan also pools 500,000 emails across all clients, against 100,000 per separate Growth account, and adds webhooks. At 10 clients the Agency route comes to $69.10 per client a month before mailboxes.

QuickMail mailboxes and domains are a separate bill

QuickMail sends from the inboxes you connect, using Google's or Microsoft's own servers, so every mailbox and domain is paid for outside the subscription. At volume, that line is larger than the QuickMail plan.

Setup (our arithmetic)Mailboxes and domainsMonthly total
Starter, 5,000 emails8 Google Workspace mailboxes at $7, 3 domainsAbout $108.50
Growth, 100,000 emails152 mailboxes at $3, 51 domainsAbout $614.50
Growth, 100,000 emails152 mailboxes at $4.50, 51 domainsAbout $842.50

Assumptions: about 660 emails per mailbox a month (30 a day over 22 sending days), three mailboxes per domain and $14 a year per domain. QuickMail advertises domain purchase and inbox setup inside the product, but we did not find a published price for it, so the table uses standard market rates. See how many domains and mailboxes cold email needs for the sizing logic.

QuickMail pricing compared with Instantly, Smartlead and Saleshandy

QuickMail's tiers mirror Instantly's almost exactly: Starter at $49 matches Instantly Growth at $47 on allowances, and Growth at $99 sits against Instantly Hyper Growth at $97, which sends 125,000 emails instead of 100,000.

Tool and planMonthly priceEmails a month
QuickMail Starter$495,000
Instantly Growth$47 ($37.60 annual)5,000
Smartlead Base$39 ($32.50 annual)6,000
Saleshandy Starter$41 ($34 annual)6,000
QuickMail Growth$99100,000
Instantly Hyper Growth$97 ($77.60 annual)125,000
Smartlead Pro$94 ($78.30 annual)90,000
Saleshandy Pro$99 ($76 annual)100,000
QuickMail Agency$299500,000
Instantly Light Speed$358 ($286.30 annual)500,000

On monthly billing QuickMail is within a few dollars of the field at every tier, and at the top it undercuts Instantly Light Speed by $59. The gap opens on annual billing: every competitor in the table discounts a yearly plan and QuickMail's page lists none. The full tier-by-tier breakdown is in QuickMail vs Instantly pricing, and each rival has its own page: Instantly pricing, Smartlead pricing and Saleshandy pricing.

Does QuickMail have a free trial?

Yes. QuickMail offers a 14-day free trial on every plan, and it asks for a card at signup. It does not charge the card or start a subscription when the trial ends, so the trial will not turn into a bill on its own.

There is no free plan. After the trial you pick a paid tier, with no contract, and QuickMail prorates changes to the second, so moving from Starter to Growth mid-month costs only the difference. Use the trial to answer the two questions that set the bill: how many contacts you will load, and how many mailboxes you need to send your volume safely.

Is there a QuickMail annual discount?

The QuickMail pricing page lists monthly prices only, with no annual toggle and no published yearly discount, as of September 2026.

That is unusual in this category. Instantly, Smartlead and Saleshandy all cut 17% to 23% for a year up front. A team that already pays yearly elsewhere should compare annual against annual: Instantly Hyper Growth is $77.60 a month on a yearly plan against QuickMail Growth at $99, a difference of $256.80 a year for 25,000 more emails a month. If you want a yearly contract, ask QuickMail sales directly; we could not find one in public.

QuickMail against ColdMailer, honestly

QuickMail is the better buy if you want sequences, warm-up, inbox rotation, LinkedIn steps and a shared reply inbox at a low per-email price. ColdMailer is the better buy if what you need is a separate email written for each prospect with AI, sent from SMTP you already own.

On volume per dollar QuickMail wins clearly: $99 buys 100,000 QuickMail emails and 5,000 ColdMailer emails. ColdMailer does not run follow-up sequences, warm-up, rotation, LinkedIn or a unified inbox. What it does is read each prospect's details, write a message for that person, let you edit and approve it, and send it through your Gmail, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES or other SMTP account with a delivery result per prospect.

ColdMailer is $49, $99 and $249 a month on monthly billing, or $24.50, $49.50 and $124.50 a month billed yearly, which is 50% off. See the ColdMailer pricing page for the allowances, or the wider list of the best cold email software. A new account gets 25 free emails to try, no card.

Use cases

What QuickMail costs at five common setups

1

A founder writing to 800 accounts

Starter at $49 holds the list with room for five touches each, plus about $56 for eight Google Workspace inboxes.

2

A three person SDR team

Growth at $99 covers all three, $33 each, sharing 25,000 contacts and 100,000 emails.

3

A team sending 100,000 a month

Growth at $99 plus roughly 152 mailboxes and 51 domains: about $614.50 a month at $3 a mailbox.

4

An agency with ten clients

Agency at $299 plus eight extra workspaces is $691 a month, $69.10 per client before mailboxes.

5

A team that wants every email written per prospect

QuickMail sends templates at scale. If each message must be written for its reader, that is a different tool.

On monthly billing they are within a few dollars at the low and middle tiers, and QuickMail Agency is $59 cheaper than Instantly Light Speed for the same 500,000 emails. On annual billing Instantly is cheaper at every tier, because QuickMail does not publish a yearly discount.

Count the prospects you will load, not the emails. Up to 1,000 prospects fits Starter at $49. Anything above that needs Growth at $99. Agencies running five or more client workspaces save money on Agency at $299.
